The One and Only Smackdown Thread for 11/21/02

John Cena Vs Rikishi? Match of the year? hmm...
  2. Let's not forget that although everyone (i say everyone, i don't particularly want to see it) wants to see Hogan|McMahon, we have had this situation before, as in McMahon|Flair, and boy, did *that* work..

    C'mon Jeff God Damnit!!

it's the sort of thing you'd expect the great owen hart doing at a house show, against austin or something, he's shout stun me while austin was on the top rope, that would have been classic... (btw, when was the last time austin was on the top rope??)

    C'mon Jeff God Damnit!!

I'm confused... did The Beast call out any spots while he was with Vince and Co.? lol, sorry, i thought you were talking about shamrock's mic skills, not calling spots, sorry

Now HEYMAN is holding down talent

He was the guy who made the cat look good now *that* sums it up, yes?

    RVD VS HBK

Not to be argumentative, but most of those ECW 30+ minute matches consisted of 15 minutes of posing, stalling, and playing to the crowd. So a lot like his wwe matches then?

Shamrock? Nah, you've got to give that title to Dan Severn, who entertained us for... well, he should have never been in the WWF to begin with.
  8. When Van Dam came in with ECW, he wasn't booed, his natural cockyness and his ability got him over nearly straight away, and during his match with jeff, in to the match, he got te majority of cheers anyway, so i can't see how RVD was ever booed...

You know what Raw was missing

I don't know, he can be quite funny sometimes, usually because of the timing, but i wasn't impressed when he cut michaels off at SS, he was going to bitch about triple h!

    Looking for a Picture

While someone is asking for a pic, can someone tell me where the pic is of mattitude? (it's the wwe sign upside down) i've seen it on here, but it's disapeared
  12. C) Shawn will job cleanly to Van Dam, and HHH will retire *wakes up*
  13. Van Dam isn't as over as he should be, or once was, back in the Austin running the Alliance days, using an example for when Austin challenged the next person who came through the door to a match, and it was RVD, THAT was real overness, he's just gone downhill since then, but seems to be getting back into it lately, see where it leads, starting with this monday.
  14. I don't know about that, the confetti at the end, would that have been for RVD? They would have also had to change the structure of the match, RVD would have had to cleanly beat Jericho AND triple H, and the only person who is allowed to beat triple h these days is shawn michaels, so no, i think that it was planned all along for old hbk to win it, just a shame that rvd and hbk never got a chance to face off. (my first post btw )
