Barring injury, Manning will break basically every record Favre has outside the INT one. And Brady has him beat with the team success. Both guys will end up universally rated higher than him barring unforeseen occurrences.

Well I PM'ed mellow and he seemed fine with me taking JR and a color guy so I assume that it's a yes.

Since it's a no on LT I'll change both my picks (talked to mellow already): Jim Ross He's my play by play man. and Joel Gertner He's my heel color commentator. Althoguh the two of them will be biased slightly, it'll be more of a realistic commentary team with analysis that is somewhat evenhanded. And i'm keeping the United Centre as my arena pick.

But yah he's a guy who was drafted a LOT higher in another major draft on this board: Lawrence Taylor A celebrity who comes in to fight for America and to feud with Hassan's stable. Even if he has only one match (like in real life), he'll be worth the investment for his draw potential (especially with my supershow being in NY) and for the fact that his one real match was pretty damn decent. and Harvey Whippleman How do you make Adonis & Murdoch even more hateable? You give them Whippleman as their manager. And a location for good measure: United Centre, Chicago Illinois Always a hot crowd in Chicago and always fun to watch a show there.

This should draw some interesting reactions: Jeff Saturday, C - 3x Pro Bowl - 3x All-Pro and Tarik Glenn, LT - 3x Pro Bowl I try not to draft too many current players (well kinda in this case) but these guys played together for 10 years and were the main reason that Manning is the least sacked quarterback of the last decade. Combining their stability and chemistry with the Hall of Fame talent on the rest of my O line and I'm confident this bunch can compete against defense.

Ok my second choices: Pengrowth Saddledome, Calgary, Alberta - Always good to have your main guys home base arena plus it's a permanently hot crowd. Always fun to see how Canadian crowds react to anti-US guys like Hassan's stable. and Dawn Marie - Great heel valet who is annoying, can draw heat and can get involved in the ring. I'm not sure yet who she'll manager but I'm sensing Bagwell and her would make a great heel tandem.

I'm taking: General Skandor Akbar and Shea Stadium I was dying to get MSG but knew I wouldn't so settled for another NY venue with NY fans. Given my political angle with Hassan, Bret's insane popularity in NY and the NY fans appreciation of good wrestling, NY is my perfect home base.

Tony Garea - A good undercard face. I'll use him to put over heels and be a sacrifice to Hassan's team of mercenaries. He was over enough with Martel and is a solid worker. Sonny Siaki - A good undercard heel. He'll draw good heat and have lower-mid card feuds with faces who need elevation. Not sure exactly what to do with him yet but I've always liked him and I think he's a good pick this late.

I was planning on taking offensive line players this round but I really wanted Smith (I had him planned as one of my starting WR's as soon as I started the draft) and I sensed there's no way he'd still be around by my next pick. Really happy I snagged him.

It's been over 12h since Brooklyn picked so it's my go: After debating for a really long time I went this guy to finish up my linebackers: Chris Spielman - 4x Pro Bowler - 3x All-Pro (1x 1st team) - Led his team in tackles in every season of his career but 1 (when he was injured) I need a beast to play middle linebacker and Spielman is one of the most ferocious hitters I've ever seen. He was one of the best tacklers of the past 20 years and he complimented that by going after guys with more intensity than anyone. He'll instill fear into opposing recievers with his hitting while being just as strong against the run. He was used to a 3-4 but I'm sure he'll have no trouble fitting into my 4-3. And now to add to my offense: Rod Smith, WR - 3x Pro Bowl - 2x All-Pro - 2x Super Bowl champ - Holds almost every major WR record for the Broncos One of my favorite guys to watch, in his prime, Smith was as consistant as it got and was basically a lock for 80+ receptions, 1000+ yards and a decent amount of TD's. A consummate team player and a great blocker, Smith is my possession reciever to complement Chad Johnson's speed and explosiveness. I, personally, think Smith at this point is a steal and am very happy to have him on my team. That leaves my major hole as LT/C but I have plans for that which, hopefully, no one messes up.

I've got a back-up venue ready now since I know mine won't be around. However I'm scared the back-up will be gone too. mellow, for a venue to be eligible how many times would it have had to have hosted a wrestling show?

I second whoever said season 3 is the best season. My top 7: 1. Lisa The Greek - So many great quips about the NFL and one of the best 'Homer/Lisa' episodes. 2. Homer's Enemy - Frank Grimes is legendary. Simple as that. Plus, probably the darkest Simpsons episode. 3. You Only Move Twice - Reasons have already been mentioned. 4. Beyond Blunderdome - Gibson is hilarious and the remake of the Mr. Smith Goes to Washginton is brilliant. "Did Braveheart run away?! Huh? Did Payback run away?!!?" 5. Lisa's Wedding - "England huh? Well, we saved your ass in World War 2!" "And we saved your ass in World War 3!" "True." Very underrated episode. By far the best one of their 'future' gimmick episodes. 6. 22 Short Films About Springfield - Reasons have already been mentioned. 7. Stark Raving Dad - Michael Jackson is one of my all-time favorite guest stars and this episode has some of the funniest gags of the series. "Which one of us is truly crazy?" "Not me! I got a certificate!" Also great is the Chief from One Flew Over a Cuckoo's Nest. Doctor - "This is Chief. He hasn't said a word in years." Homer - "Hi." Chief - "Hello" Doctors rush over in shock. Chief - "well it's about time someone reached out to me."

I don't know if this is allowed, if not mellow can tell me: I have first pick in the manager round but I'm not particularly bothered about a manager. I do, however, really need a specific location. So would anyone, who has a high location pick, want to trade for the first manager pick?
