A fun, light-hearted action movie. Not everything has to be a serious drama... -
Royal Rumble 2005 winner: Cena or Orton?
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
Orton. At this point, to me atleast, there isn't much doubt. -
BC Lions vs Saskatchewan Roughriders, CFL West Final Super Bowl Vancouver Canucks vs Calgary Flames, Game 6 & 7(best NHL playoff series in over a decade) LA Lakers vs San Antonio Spurs, Game 4/5(I forget which had the 0.4 shot)

I remember that. It also had "Oozing Machismo" on it or something like that. I've never worn a wrestling shirt in public and never will. But if I did it'd be the nWo one. But my fav shirt will always be "Owen 3:16...I Just Broke Your Neck".

That's good to see Bret's life finally getting back onto a positive track with his recovery, new career and now a new wife. Congrats Bret.

I'm thankful for Peyton Manning being the best quarterback in the NFL and I'm thankful that him and Marvin Harrison are consummate professionals. I'm thankful for how good the Raptors have gelled(bar Vince) and, especially, for the play of Rafer Alston, MoPete, Loren Woods and Jalen Rose. I'm thankful for the amazing BC/Saskatchewan West final(which blew away almost any NFL game I've ever seen) on the road to the Grey Cup which I saw live and followed up by getting drunk. I'm thankful that T.O. is proving all his doubters wrong.

AFC: 1. Patriots 2. Steelers 3. Colts 4. Broncos 5. Ravens 6. Chargers NFC: 1. Eagles 2. Falcons 3. Packers 4. Rams 5. Vikings 6. Giants/Seahawks At this rate Seattle might not even make the playoffs, they've been terrible.

Ok in my league we play 4 WR's. I got Harrison and Chambers set for 2/4's. But for the other 2 spots I have Doug Gabriel, Michael Clayton and Keiry Colbert. Which 2 should I play this week?

They're at least above (or should be) getting into brawls with fans. It's not their fault those two morons ran onto the court. It's common consensus in anything(even wrestling) if a fan comes onto the field of play anything that happens to him is HIS OWN FAULT.
-
O'Neal wasn't standing around anywhere. He was dragging Stephen Jackson out of the crowd along some guy in a suit. The fat fan came on the court talked shit to Artest and Artest drilled him. O'Neal wasn't right there, he probably saw two guys beside his teammate so he ran in to help. That's what any good teammate would do. Hell that's what I would do. And nonetheless, the fans could've EASILY left. Much easier than Artest & O'Neal. Yet no, they try to be tough guys and go on the court. And they got what was coming to them. It's funny how just cause they're athletes and paid a lot, they suddenly aren't human. What O'Neal did is what ANY good teammate in any good sport would do.
-
For what?!?! The fan was dumb enough to get on the court, he deserves whatever the fuck he gets. O'Neal should get 2-3 games, MAX. YOU DON'T PUNCH A FAN. He ran as fast as he could and cold cocked him. In fact, he fell over as soon as he made contact. The fan wasn't threatening his well being. The fan was threatening his teammate. It was 2 on 1 and security wasn't doing shit so Jermaine ran in to help. That's being a good teammate. Plus a fan coming on the court becomes fair game for whatever he gets. Actually I'm a Raptors fan but I own an O'Neal jersey cause he's a good player.
-
Damn...ah well I'm rockin' my O'Neal jersey in pride tonight!

Had this been Tim Duncan or Jason Kidd or someone else everyone loves instead of Artest those same people would be saying it's not his fault and he shouldn't get too harsh of a fine.
-
Jermaine O'Neal is SO fucking lucky. That chair that was thrown was inches from hitting him in the head and giving him fuck knows how much damage to his head. Ah well he laid that asshole who ran onto the court so s'all good. Fucking AMAZING brawl though. I'm trying to catch every replay I can.

Pulp Fiction and Scarface are the most quoted from what I've seen(atleast between me and my friends).

Most inaccurate statement Jim Ross??

On Raw a few weeks back when Bneoit was eyeing HHH who was at the announce table: JR: Jericho has his eyes on your belt Triple H. HHH: Well maybe he does but so does Benoit who's right there. -
Summerslam 1998. Nothing comes close. Austin/Taker was SO perfectly built up as was the rest of the card. Delivered too.
-
Raptors are too low...fluke or not they're 3-0 and beat two elite teams and another good one. I see us finishing 6th or 7th. Although there is a chance to win the division since everyone else in it...just totally sucks balls.

K I'm a rap fan and I liked MMLP a lot. I liked SSLP and ES to a lesser extent. As for Encore: What a horrible fucking disappointment. Two great songs on it(Toy Soldiers,Mockingbird) and three decent/good songs on it(Never Enough, Yellow Brick Road,Spend Some Time). The rest is GARBAGE. Download Toy Soldiers though since it's one of Em's best and Never Enough has a great hook(damn how many bad songs does Nate Dogg save with his awesome choruses).

Kevin Smith / Jason Mewes to appear on Degrassi

Wheels is back?! Shit I remember at the end of Degrassi High his life went to hell... -
Why do you cleverly answer a question nobody asked? 2Pac isn't near the best ever, but Biggie is. Near, though I don't know if he is. His death helped, because he didn't get a chance to fall off like, oh... Ice Cube. Ice Cube may have fallen off but he's still easily top 10 all-time. And Rakim, KRS & Nas >>>> Chuck D. Goblin, Cube wouldn't be in my or most people's top ten. That is people that have heard a vast majority of rap music since it's inception. He's top 25..........but not top 10. Well he is in my top 10. Ignoring the fact that he was basically the guy who made NWA good(he did write rhymes for everyone, bar MC Ren), you have to realize that he made one of the best rap CD's ever released(AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted) and that he had 2 other great CD's(Death Certificate,Predator). That's a good catalogue along wiht other solid-good stuff. Only major weakness on his resume is War and Peace. Top 10 Ever are(in no order): Rakim KRS One Big Daddy Kane 2 Pac Nas Ice Cube Jay Z Chuck D Common Notorious BIG

Old school shows of the week #4!
TheOriginalOrangeGoblin replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
Ground Zero and Fall Brawl are both REALLY overlooked. Fall Brawl has a solid card with a good ME, easily the best Wargaems post-92. Only the ending is a downer. And I am also in the "love HBK/Taker" group. My favorite Michaels performance ever, as he sells like the Taker puts the fear of god into him.
