Should we expect different storylines for the PPV shows or will they attempt to catch everyone up on their current storylines and continue from there?
-
Jessica Simpson as Jessica Sampson in a show called Jessica with executive producer Joe Simpson, that's a winner. Tito Ortiz as Hector in The Street Lawyer. Football Wives should be a solid show, just based on the talent involved.

A few more notes about the deal taken from RoH's message boards. The most I can hope for is that they don't edit out great matches to try and get the viewer to purchase the DVDs, just stick to cutting the terrible matches.

Nice step in the right direction for Ring of Honor, hopefully I'll be able to check the shows out. I haven't seen a complete Ring of Honor show since 2005.

If you watch the video, after the first couple of shots the police do rush towards the building. The heavy winds, 40-50 MPH gusts here in Goldsboro, probably made it difficult to hear the gunshots. There is also a report that he chained the doors to the buildings, which made it even more difficult to enter the building. Police probably didn't want to enter the building, as it might have sent him into a rampage, and by the time he started to shoot they couldn't get into the building in time. Kind of damned if you do, damned if you don't. Just a terrible event.

I'm not sure why there isn't a topic about this, it is about as current of an event as you can get. What does everyone think about the new twists in the story, the second set of DNA tests still don't link any of the players to the accuser. A few of the accused are in court today and I've heard about protestors that include people against under-age drinking and the Black Panthers of all people. It seems like this story is falling apart, what does everyone else think?

They had a pretty entertaining spotfest at Cyberslam '99, it's probably the same match.

I don't know how it was handled originally, but there are huge "CENSORED" used whenever Mae is.... um... revealing. You don't see anything thankfully. Those lumpy boobs hanging down to her waist are forever burned into my memory.

Nevermind, looks like he'll just miss a week.

Cam Ward is likely out for the rest of the season. Probably ends the 'Canes' hope for a playoff spot.

This was the last year ECWA ruled the independent world. Once Ring of Honor started to roll and TNA opened up shop, ECWA quickly faded away.

The Story of XTREME PRO WRESTLING

How is the After the Fall DVD? Is it just matches or is there some type of feature? Are the matches a solid representation of what XPW was all about? All I have been able to see is Hostile Takeover and Exit Sandman, and I liked both of those shows. -
Is Austin supposed to show up tonight?

Hope we didn't miss anything important.

Odd transition. Dancing black kid.

Here you go. http://youtube.com/watch?v=kQbse4JwWoU Thank God he never did that to Eric Staal or Rod Brind'Amour here in Carolina.

Because with STEVE SMITH STEVE SMITH STEVE SMITH and JAKE DAYLIGHT COME YOU GOTTA DELHOMME HA HA HA, they can always win games, I guess. The one I don't get is, "Call me crazy, but this is the year the Arizona Cardinals really put it all together and make the playoffs. I think Dennis Green/Emmitt Smith/Kurt Warner/Edgerrin James/Matt Leinart/Ken Whisenhunt is the one missing piece of the puzzle that will really allow the Cardinals to make some waves and win the West." That never gets old...never. Have you heard the one about the Lions? They always take wide receivers! OMG!!

I attended the Wilson show last night and the Steiner Brothers wrestled Frankie Kazarian and Matt Bentley. Pretty nice surprise since Rick Steiner wasn't even promoted for the show. It was fun to see them back together, but don't expect some type of clinic. However, Rick Steiner did move pretty well in the ring. I would recommend you attend the show tonight in Wilmington if you can. Don't enter as a smark or you'll be dissappointed, but as a wrestling fan it is just a fun time. Hit the HighSpots table at the end of the night and you might cut some deals. They had a 2 DVDs for $25 deal on all the UWF shows (I picked up Hardcore War and Steiner vs. Joe II), but the guy also cut me a special deal for 2 PWG DVDs for $20 (I picked up Card Subject to Change and Card Subject to Change II). Saved $25, good stuff.

I plan to attend the UWF/TNA show in Wilson the night before the Wilmington show. Diamonds in the Rough vs. Team 3-D. But the match I really want to see is Jerry Lynn vs. Steve Corino, should be great. Scott Steiner is also schedule to appear, but no Rick Steiner.

Matt Classic seems like a pretty funny character. Did he work anywhere before WSX?

Aside from the weekend game on NBC, I doubt the NHL will see any mainstream attention anytime soon. It's sad. ESPN just bought the rights to cover the AFL, yet they didn't want the NHL.

Those "extremely short memories and attention spans of MTV viewers" are the exact reason why this promotion could succeed. It will be constant action, craziness in every match, not extended interviews or backstage segments.
