I just hope C.M. Punk goes back to the shorts he wore on the independent circuit in the new ECW. He just doesn't look right in tights.

You can't help but compare Punk with Raven, both are amazing with a microphone in their hand. Punk is miles ahead of anywhere Raven ever was in the ring. If you want to piss off Punk, compare him with Raven. Punk, aside from the look with the tattoos actually has closer comparison to Douglas, if you look at his Summer of Punk program in ROH. Can't make everyone happy, I think that is just the best comparison. I think everyone else knows it as well, since C.M. Punk was the first guy matched up with Raven after Raven was released from WWE.

If Paul Heyman got his way, Ken Kennedy would likely be the Shane Douglas of the new ECW.

It looks like it'll be Aaron Stevens / Kurt Angle at the OVW show, but C.M. Punk / Kurt Angle could be a great feud to start off the new ECW. Kurt Angle / Sabu would also present an interesting mix of styles.

How many weeks before we have an emergency re-draft? There are about ten guys on RAW that could be main-event players on Smackdown.

That could be the move that makes him an instant heel in ECW. He'll say he didn't have a choice and was told that he HAD to work for ECW. Everytime his opponent attempts to bring a weapon into the match, Angle will just throw the weapon out of the ring and will NEVER resort to hardcore tactics.

I think he could play Shane Douglas' role, but be MUCH better inside the ring.

I would say John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Rob Van Dam at One Night Stand.

Paul Heyman will plan another crucifixtion for One Night Stand.

Terry Funk had more top quality matches then most people could only dream of. Too bad moving pictures weren't invented when most of them took place.

I would say that ECW is third-rate, can't forget WCW.

A bald Kane with a mask would just look strange. The "real Kane" isn't bald. Why would he say "the real Kane can just go back under the hood" if it was the "real Kane" that just showed up with his mask on. Maybe he screwed up. In our fantasy world the real Kane is the masked one, and the fake Kane is the bald one. This "new Kane" could be someone Paul Bearer paid off just to get Kane back under his control. He never had an opportunity to repay the Undertaker for burying him in cement. "New Kane" spends the rest of the year feuding with the original Kane, Paul Bearer takes back over control of Kane early next year, Undertaker / Kane one last time at WrestleMania. Could be Undertaker's final WrestleMania appearance.
