I think people are a little caught up in dissing teams that move to the South. We have passionate fans. People are a little too quick to throw out every stereotype in the book when they talk about fans in the South, especially Hurricanes' fans.

If Hartford is such a great market, why haven't any other teams moved there?

You can when they talk an unlimited amount of shit about how Hurricanes' fans act the same way. Buffalo fans made themselves out to be the most dedicated fans in the NHL, yet when their team was down 4-0 they all rush to the exits. It isn't just that either, the Buffalo fans started fights at the RBC Center and shit like that. Someone drove a car with Hurricanes' decals on it to Buffalo's arena and apparently it was egged and keyed. I guess when your team can't get it done on the ice, you have to resort to idiotic actions like that. Trust me, I know Buffalo fans are complete idiots as I live in WNY, but I've never seen violence going to games as a Flyers fan. So I'd like some documentation rather than internet rumors before you trash thier fan base. I'll hate on them for complete stupidity rather than leaving with 3 minutes down 4-0. There were also several confirmed fights in the parking lot of the RBC Center and most were instigated by Sabres' fans. Classless fans for a classless franchise.

BAD! Very bad. People around here tend to think that just because they like it, it is great. The Spirit Squad isn't great. The gimmick is terrible, they hardly make the best out of it, the fans don't care about them, and aside from two of the guys the team is talentless. The Spirit Squad is like the Ken Kennedy of RAW, everyone likes them for reasons only apparent to themselves.

A ladder won't make RVD/Benjamin better. Anyways, it's time to move onto the Benjamin/Haas feud. However, it appears Haas has already settled in for heat duty. It may not make them better in your eyes, but it would definitely entertain the people that paid money to attend the show. Rob Van Dam always brings it when a ladder is involved and Shelton Benjamin proved at WrestleMania that he can be a spot-machine when needed as well.

The problem that arises from this is , if you have an impartial general manager, what exactly changes from what we have now? Matches are currently based on storylines, so what do you really gain from an impartial general manager? With an impartial General Manager who only appears on camera for certain points, you gain the following: 1)Authority being recognized without it being in your face week in and week out 2)No siding with one group or another 3)Whenever the GM appears, it's for something very important...not to stroke his/her own ego, thus possibly making you look FORWARD to him/her coming out. I think a general manager would make his presence known on a weekly basis, and I doubt it is once a show. Once a half-hour is probably more likely. Aside from that, Vince McMahon pretty much already fiils that role and has filled it on RAW the past few weeks. Any general manager that is put on the roster will be partial to one side of the other. Dusty Rhodes would be slanted towards the faces and Eric Bischoff or JBL would be slanted towards the heels. I could stand JBL as he would atleast be decent on the mic.

Can't wait. Another ten minute five-on-one beatdown as the crowd is completely silent until they start a "HBK" chant, then Shawn Michaels will run in to make the save and end the show. The least I could hope for is the yearly ladder match with the Intercontinental title on the line sometime soon, hopefully between Rob Van Dam and Shelton Benjamin.

Styles, Bryan Danielson, Paul London, and Red -An appearance from a fairly recognizable name in Philadelphia -A great six-man tag team match in Christopher Daniels, Donovan Morgan, and Samoa Joe vs. Doug Williams, Homicide, and Low Ki -And a Zero-One tag team main event between Low Ki / Steve Corino and Masato Tanaka / Shinjiro Otani And it's only $12 at rohwrestling.com.

Is there a bigger crybaby in the NHL than Lindy Ruff? The guy is an absolute idiot. I won't even mention the fact that he won Coach of the Year, an award that should've been won by Peter Laviolette. I stubbornly thought that Buffalo was a classy organization, boy was I wrong about that one. I also have to believe that the same people who own the Buffalo Sabres have some type of share in the ownership of OLN.

I think they had revealed most of the card, but I believe Masato Tanaka vs. Mike Awesome was one match they didn't announce. Personally, I think that match turned out to be the best of the show.

I wouldn't call Theodore Long impartial, as he is slanted towards the face side of things. I also think it defeats the entire purpose of having a general manager if the guy is going to be impartial. The only reason you establish an on-air authority figure is for him to eventually feud with a superstar.

This was the first game of the playoffs that I have seen the officials get in the way of the action as much as they did. You normally see it once or twice within the course of a game, but it seemed to happen just about every other possession in this game. One play in particular, the official pretty much cancelled Kevyn Adams out of a play where Carolina could've had a scoring chance short-handed. All that aside, this was one of the better all-around games I have seen this postseason.

You've been here since March '02 and you just realized that some people here blow little things WAY out of proportion?

The Best of the X-Division Vol. 1 has alot of great matches on it. If you can find the original Best of the X-Division DVD, which highlights the first two years of the division, it is also packed full of great matches. I would also suggest the DVDs that focus solely on a particular talent like Phenomenal: The Best of A.J. Styles, Heaven Sent, Hell Bound: The Best of Christopher Daniels, Nevermore: The Best of Raven, and the upcoming Unstoppable: The Best of Samoa Joe. You really can't go wrong with any of the above DVDs. Each promises you atleast one Match of the Year candidate and plenty of other great matches.

Chris Benoit's shoulder injury is the reason for his time off. Fear Havoc simply made a statement that it seemed suspicious to him. As far as I know, no one else has raised any other type of doubts and there really isn't any reason to.

You could assume that every superstar on WWE's roster has used some type of drug throughout their career, except maybe Goldust, Max Mini, and Sable.

I doubt Chris Benoit was ever on any drugs, but if he was I think Eddie Guerrero's death would've scared him off of them.

Whenever someone mentions that they want to start watching Japanese wrestling, one of the first matches that used to be suggested to watch would be the Kawada/Misawa match from '94. After twelve years, is this match still considered the pinnacle of Japanese wrestling? Have any matches reached the level of this match or have any matches ever come close? Just thought I would get a little discussion going in here.

You owe it to yourself to find some of his work from the first few years of TNA or Ring of Honor.

95% of the audience has probably never seen Kid Kash and haven't seen Jamie Noble in a year or two. I doubt they would be confused with the change in gimmicks. Was their ever a storyline to explain why the Road Warriors/Legion of Doom decided to wear facepaint and spiked shoulder pads? Was their ever a storyline to explain why Demolition decided to wear facepaint and an insane amount of leather? It doesn't need to be explained for it to be successful.

Pro Wrestling might ruin the prestigious name of Sci-Fi entertainment. Yeah nothing says entertainment like giant pythons, anacondas, king cobras, alligators, or direct-to-cable sequels of dead franchises. I think it says about as much as watching guys pretend to hurt each other.
