"Size Matters," somewhere Vince McMahon wonders why he couldn't think of that gimmick.
-
I was hoping for a Jacknife Powerbomb through the announce table.

They really should've treated this tournament as a bigger event, like the very first one. We need confetti and I suppose the least they could have is Chris Sabin's teammates come out to celebrate with him.
-
Sabin should've kept the hair. He looks like a teenager.

I think it boils down to a politically motivated DA, the racial interactions, and social decrepacies. The Tri-Cities area where Duke is located is really rundown outside of the campuses of North Carolina and Duke. These are silver spooned kids from New England from what I've read, outrage is bound to happen, despite proof. From what I see on the news everynight, Durham is a very dangerous place.

When you use five letters to abbreviate your promotion, you know you won't last long.

At least they are using decent enough grammer. It could be. OMG WE GONNA TAKE YOU OVA BITCHES!!! ECW!!! ECW!!! ECW!!! 4 Life!!! Something like this? I think these kids aren't even old enough to watch ECW.

"Joe's Gonna Kill You," what part of that can't some people understand. I don't care if he is supposed to be your trainer, he hurts people.

I'm sure there will be some wrestling or old ECW fans that will bug their cable operators to carry Sci-Fi Channel if it's not available to them already. And if ECW averages even just a 1.5, which shouldn't be a problem if they air some commercials during Raw, I'm sure it will improve Sci-Fi's ratings as a whole. From what I've read, Sci-Fi's best shows are usually right around 1.8 or 1.9. So, ECW would need to be in the 2.0s to make some type of impact on the channel.
-
Just got a chance to look at the Sci-Fi boards, the ECW fans are bigger idiots than the "Sci-Fi Diehards" they are insulting. No wonder most of the world thinks wrestling fans are idiots, because of people like this:

I would love to, if it wasn't for some jackass who wasn't even involved in the initial discussion saying that I don't know anything about sports.

Here is the question, would you have thought the Cavaliers would have a chance in this series if they lost either game three or four and fell behind 3-0 or 3-1 in the series? You think there wasn't any pressure on the players to win on their home court? If you think that any team that falls behind 2-0 in a series doesn't feel pressure to win, then you don't understand what sports are all about. The PISTONS are the team with all of the pressure in game six and game seven. The Cavaliers have already overcome their pressure, they fended off a possible 3-0 or 3-1 deficit in game three and game four, took the series lead in game five, and now have two opportunities to eliminate a Pistons team that seems to still be shocked they lost a game to the Cavaliers in the first place. Cavaliers have already overcome their pressure, it's the Pistons that will have prove they can do it.
-
I doubt it. Those who already have the Sci-Fi Channel will watch it and I doubt ECW is enough for people without the Sci-Fi Channel to want it.
-
It's pointless to try and argue my point, you guys are too stubborn to want to admit that you're wrong.
-
Umm yeah they do. I'm not discrediting Cleveland, but in crunch time, I don't see Detroit losing at home in Game 7. Who would have also thought, in crunch time, that the Pistons would lose a 2-0 series lead?
-
There wasn't any tension when they were down 2-0 to the Pistons? There wasn't any pressure placed on the Cavaliers when Rasheed Wallace said the Pistons would win the series in five games? The pressure for game six won't be any greater than the pressure they have already faced. No, there wasn't any pressure on the Cavs in games 3 & 4 because no one expected them to win either of those games. There was no pressure in game 5, because everyone naturally assumed Detroit would win that pivotal game at home. In fact, this is the first truly pressurized game LeBron has ever played, because if they lose Game 6 AT HOME, their season will be over in the same manner that Phoenix wiped the floor with the Lakers in Game 7. If you don't think that an elimination game where you can knock out the 2 time defending Eastern Conference champs AND the odds on favorites to win this year's NBA title is different than trying to get the series back to 2-1, then you clearly know nothing about sports. There wasn't any pressure on the Cavaliers in games three or four? How about the pressure from the media for LeBron James to prove that he is worth all of the hype? How about the pressure from the Cavaliers' fans for the Cavaliers to win on their home court? How about the pressure from the Cavaliers' head coach for the Cavaliers to comeback from a 2-0 deficit? If the Pistons were to win that third game in the series, it would've been over. The Cavaliers faced that possibility at 2-0, 2-1, and 2-2, yet they continued to win and now have the advantage at 2-3. If anything, all of the pressure is on the Pistons now. The Pistons were the team that people expected would have a cakewalk to the NBA Finals, and now they are on the brink of elimination against a team many thought they would sweep. The Cavaliers have already proven that they can win in Detroit, Detroit hasn't proven that they can win in Cleveland. The Cavaliers don't have to win game six to still have the advantage in this series. If you don't agree with that, then YOU clearly know nothing about sports.

Japanese fans couldn't care less what shape their fighters are in.

It isn't really that big of a deal. It's just as strange as WWE being on NBC earlier this year. Did you see Kane show up on Will & Grace? It is simply the channel that will carry the program, it won't have any effect on the actual product or influence on the presentation.

I suppose the "Seanton" Bomb is out of the question.

He was at the top in TNA, World Champion in fact for a short time. He wouldn't really be able to do much better in the ECW, since he would likely have one storyline and then would curtain-jerk for the rest of his time there.
-
He also tends to be the only person on ESPN that talks about hockey and he does a great job. I also heard him announce the NCAA college hockey national championship, he did a good job with that as well. The fact that he picked the Hurricanes to make it to the Stanley Cup Finals doesn't hurt either.

Don't ever compare Ricky Williams to a cancer like Marcus Vick, the only players that should ever be compared to Marcus Vick are idiots like Adam "Pac-Man" Jones and Chris Henry.
-
In what way? Just because you don't like the guy, doesn't mean he is a terrible analyst.

If you asked alot of people, being a wrestling fan is just as bad as being a "trekkie."
