What exactly can come of John Cena with the title? A few more months of girls cheering for him and everyone else booing him out of the building? You want to ignore the crowd reaction last night because Triple H buried some of your favorite wrestlers? The WWE audience is tired of John Cena as champion and it isn't Triple H's fault, Vince McMahon is the person that allows himself to be manipulated by outside forces when it comes to determining future "stars". Wrestling fans haven't been given a reason to support any of the new talent the WWE keeps producing, so they turn to the older talent that they grew connected to during the boom years of '98-'01. Triple H was cheered more than Cena, Kurt Angle was cheered more than Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio, and Goldust was cheered more than just about anyone else on the show.

Since it is the weekend of a NASCAR event, TNA won't have to worry about drawing a crowd as the crowd will already be there waiting for them. Literally thousands of people camp out around the racetrack the weekend of the races. TNA has a great opportunity to spark alot of interest and make some money.

They hope to have him back by the playoffs. He is a major loss for the team, but hardly a crippling loss. When the Hurricanes lost Eric Staal for a stretch of games earlier this season, other players stepped up and they were able to win without him. I expect them to do the same with Erik Cole out of the lineup.

Good to see Ring of Honor is taking a break from the marathon matches that used to consistently main event their shows. If you have too many 45+ minute matches, they just start to become boring.

Terry Funk is already plugged into the main event, or was awhile ago. I suggest the idea of Heyman using OVW talent for the ECW show, it'd be a perfect way for WWE to bring someone up, such as CM Punk. ECW challenge Kurt Angle, someone who has been very vocal in his hatred for ECW, if Angle is still the world champion by June, making it for the title doesn't hurt either if they feel like Smackdown could use an extra piece of starpower, then they can bring RVD over after winning the title at ONS2 and give him a Benoit reing* Terry Funk and Dreamer Vs Impact Players *Simple story, JC and Storm were thorns in Dreamer's side for years. Funk was Dreamer's mentor. One last final battle between bitter rivals. It's not the best but it's enough with what they have. I like the fact that C.M. Punk is mentioned in every single thread about the next ECW reunion show. It isn't going to happen, C.M. Punk was never in ECW, hardcore ECW fans won't care about C.M. Punk because he has no connection to the promotion they used to love. C.M. Punk would be lucky to ever end up as a successful member of the WWE roster.

You seem to be forgetting J.J. Redick, who could easily be involved considering Coach K is coaching the team. He could be that straight-up shooter that Team U.S.A. needs.

This looks even more contrived than a spotfest on the independent circuit, I hope TNA has a good show tonight.

RAW is off to a rocking start!

Nick Mondo vs. The Messiah from EPIC's second show was one of the best hardcore matches I had ever seen in independent wrestling. If you want to see Nick Mondo at his "best", try and check that match out.

My question is, does Bret know or are they announcing it figuring it forces him to be there? I'd imagine he knows but it's a question I'd like answered in advanced. We'll get something like we had with Steve Austin at the RAW Anniversary show. Vince walks out when Bret is supposed to accept his induction, "Bret Hart isn't here because I didn't invite him!"

I think that award is still with Alexander Ovechkin for that goal he made mid-fall.

I dislike RoH marks that take every opportunity to talk about how "great" Ring of Honor is, even if it is in another promotion's folder. Hawk 34, I'm looking your way.

People aren't saying that the show was bad, they are saying that the "surprise" was terrible. C.M. Punk and Xavier hardly warrant the type of hype they were getting prior to the event. Ring of Honor likely lost alot of trust in the fans after this event and they better hope the upcoming stretch of shows is off-the-charts.

Important game for Carolina this afternoon. They don't want to enter the Olympic break on a three game losing streak. Although they have been competitive in their last two losses, they need to turn it around against Buffalo today.

Even if you have watched the WWE, you haven't seen them in action. That's one failed experiment quickly swept under the rug.

Come to think of it, even my local weather station that gets the weather wrong 95% of the time was calling the blizzard in the northeast for the past week. The weather is not an excuse, Ring of Honor should have had a little bit of foresight.

Hate to rub it in, but I really like when I'm right about stuff. If the "surprise" had to be cancelled due to the weather, the booker should've told the fans and offered a special matchup like Bryan Danielson vs. C.M. Punk in an Iron-Man match. They needed something that would make the fans atleast feel satisfied with risking their well-being in a blizzard to attend the show.
