Who would the Lakers get if they get the 8th seed? (since I doubt they can move up to the 6th, correct?) Right now the Lakers would get the Spurs if they were the 8th seed. Technically the Lakers can still get the fifth seed but they would have to win all their games and have Memphis lose all their games and have the Clippers go 1-4 with their only win being against Memphis, The Kings woud also have to lose a game. The Lakers could pass the Clippers for 6th if the Lakers go 4-0 and Clips 1-4 or Lakers 3-1 and Clips 0-5

ZGangsta has said all that needs to be said about issue 6 Next issue: Superman has a can of whoop ass with Superboy-Prime and names on it. Which I theorize will sap every ounce of solar energy in his body thus rendering him powerless.

Clippers beat Suns 119-105 Great win for the team Brand was an animal and Livingston did a masterful job running the point with Cassell out

Clippers come from 22 down to beat the Nuggets 111-109. Nuggets scored 77 points in the first half on 81.6% shooting from the field. with a minute left Melo gets fouled with a chance to tie the game and out of frustration, because of the defensive effort by the Clippers, punches the ball into the stands and gets ejected. His replacement then misses both free throws.

I'll give HHH credit when he stops being the focal point of the WWE shows. Everything that happens on Raw revolves around what HHH is going to do next. You just know that no matter what Cena or Edge or Shawn Michaels or anyone else on Raw does, ultimately its all going to come back to HHH. Take a look at the Undertaker for example: He rarely jobs but its ok because he is usually never the focus of the World Title picture on Smackdown. So he doesn't loom over like a dark cloud like HHH does on Raw.

College Hoops: National Semifinals and The Championship Game

Not to get ahead of myself, but this is what happens when you base a team's ability on only two games. At the end of the Pac-10 season UCLA was holding teams down to below 60 while also blowing them out, their offense finally showed up in the tournament tonight. -
Great game between the Cavs/Heat. Cavs win 106-99 Lebron James 47, 12, 10 Dwayne Wade 44, 8, 9 There was a 3-4 minute stretch in the beginning of 4th quarter that was absolutely amazing

Just saw an article about one of the four people who picked the Final Four in the ESPN pool. He admits that in a rush to complete his bracket while at work he ended up getting George Mason confused with George Washington. Other interesting stats about the ESPN Pool 1,584 brackets had George Mason in the Final Four 284 have them winning the National Title
-
Only one had it in the Yahoo pool and none had it in the SI one.

Clippers win their 41st meaning they will finish .500 or better for the first time since 92-93
-
Veteran leadership (Cassell and Mobley) is the difference between this Clipper team and the team from a few years back, simple as that.

Good win for the Clips today against the Wizards 116-101 to get to 40 wins Looks like we are going to see what the Clippers are really made of the last few weeks because 9 out of their last 14 games are against the other 7 playoff teams in the West.

WOW!!!! Can't believe UCLA came back to win. I celebrated like it was the national championship game. Feel really sorry for Morrison though, but unfortunately for him someone had to lose.
