Kurt Angle Mark

It was great to finally have the Clippers beat the Spurs after they had played them tough for 2 seasons. Brand with 30 and Sam with 15 points and 11 assissts. The Clippers match up well against the Spurs and should have won the first meeting between the two this season as well(OT loss). This a playoff match-up I hope we get to see because it would be a good one.

Animal kicks Johnny Nitro out and hits the Doomsday Device. It's broken up. MNM win by pinfall. Animal turned on Hardy, blaming him for the loss and proceeds to kick his ass outside the ring before returning to the back. Then, he came back and worked on Matt's knee against the ring post. He went to the back to a chant of "You suck!" Randy Orton b Super Crazy in a good match The building is packed to the top. Some tix were available at box office today. Nothing is tarped off. There was a Hall of Fame video with Bret Hart and Eddie Guerrero. There were lots of Eddie chants. Finlay vs. Lashley was next. Tony Chimmel called him Bobby Lashley. Finlay gets pissed and throws chairs in the ring. Lashley was DQ'd after hitting Finlay with a chair. It turned into an all-out brawl, and refs and security come out. Lashley kicked the snot out of Finlay, up through the aisle as well. Security couldn't break them apart. The crowd was HOT for Lashley. William Regal put Paul Birchall down for being a pirate. Paul's first match is next week. Benoit vs. JBL signed for Wrestlemania Now it's time for Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker. There was not a big ovation for Angle. HUGE pop for Taker. It started with Angle hitting punches in the corner. Taker came back with punches of his own. Taker chased the ref out of the ring. Angle worked Taker's arm. Taker went for old school and Angle countered with a knock off the rope. There there were chants of "Let's go Angle/Let's go Taker". Angle hit 7 punches to head. Taker tried for The Last Ride, but couldn't get it. He knocked Angle off apron. Outside the ring now, Angle was thrown into steps. There was great back and forth action all the way through. Then, Taker called for the Tombstone but Mark Henry ran in for a DQ on Angle. Henry continued to beat on Taker over at the Spanish Announce Table. The crowd booed big time. Angle went to the back. Henry got major boos. People were legitimately pissed at the DQ finish. It was such a great match but a lame ass finish.

I'm buying the first OYL issue of every series, so here is a review or comment about the first five Detective Comics #81- Freaking Awesome!! Felt like a true first issue. Here is what you need to know. Aquaman #40 - Intriguing start Outsiders#34- JSA #83 Blood of the Demon #13- If someone cares I'll tell you about it.

A Good set up issue with a lot of great lines thrown in. Geoff Johns awhile back said this issue was the "calm before the storm" and that issue #6 and #7 will be all out madness.

OMG!! Barkley just said that the Clippers could win the West * *If Duncan is not 100% I thought only crazy Clipper fans, like myself, believed this.

WOOOOOO!!!! Clippers set a NBA record by holding the Hornets to only 16 points in the second half Hornets went 12 1/2 minutes without a point. Clippers went on a 40-8 run to end game Hornets scored 8 points in the first four minutes and scored only 8 the rest of the way.

Three young players will be added to bring the training camp roster up to 25, with Gonzaga's Adam Morrison, Duke's J.J. Redick and Indianapolis high school star Greg Oden currently the leading candidates to get those spots.

The Latest Wizard had a great article with the DC creators that were involved in the buildup to Infinite Crisis and they gave some interesting tid bits about how things came together. - when they began discussing who the villain of the story would be, it was Jeph Loeb who brought up Earth-2 Superman and that is how the ball got rolling. - The Legion of Superheroes is the "un-official" first post-Infinite Crisis book. The future of the new Legion is a direct result of what happened in IC. - King Faraday, Vandal Savage, Dr. Sivana, Mr Jupiter, and Eddie Fryers were all considered for the role of Maxwell Lord. Wonder Woman was going to kill whoever ended up in that role from the start. - The original Society leaders were going to be Lex, Dr. Sivana, Penguin, Deathstroke, Dr. Psycho and Queen Bee. Calculator was added because of Identity Crisis, Geoff thought that there were to many short guys in suits so they added Black Adam, and Talia replaced Queen Bee because Talia plays a bigger role in the DCU. - Owlman and Black Orchid were going to be members of "the Six" but they were replaced - Zatanna and the Creeper were going to be part of the Shadowpact - Countdown was going to be like a clip show showcasing all DC titles but the writers thought that would be dull so they scrapped the whole thing. They decided to write a story in which a character discovers all the connections that the creators had planned. Blue Beetle was the unanimous choice for the role because they knew that his death would be heartbreaking to many readers. - Originally the story was going to cross into all the books but they decided that they had too much story so the four mini-series were created.
