I believe that Haliburton was either the 2nd or 3rd largest contributor to the 2000 republican presidential campaign.

Can anyone recomend any good wallpaper websites? I know there are a lot out there, but from my experience, they all suck.

I've seen some NOFX fans in the music folder lately and NOFX has a new album coming out tommorow so I thought I would make a poll. What is your favorite NOFX album and why?
-
The new album is called The War on Errorism. (the cover is my avatar) I voted for Dunk in Drublic as well although it is a close call with So Long and Thanks for all the Shoes. Punk in Drublic has awesome stuff up and down and I feel that it is the most rocking NOFX album.

Totally agree. Most of MTV is just advertising for the record companies, especially TRL. I think the record companies overestimate how much money they are losing due to file sharing. There's not an overwhelming amount of people who download whole albums and burn them. Most people just download songs to listen to while on thier computers. Thier biggest computer problem is how easy it is copy discs. I think this is a bigger problem facing the record labels than downloading music. People can just borrow a friends CD and copy it for themselves. I know that the record labels are thying to make CDs that are rewrite protected but I don't know how well they work. Furthermore, I think the biggest reason the music industry is less profitable than 10 years ago is mainstream/pop music sucks ass. Pop music has becom complete crap. They are selling less records because there is no good music out there to buy. Then, of course, they just find a scapegoat like computers to blame it on.

South Park Married With Children Barney Miller Seinfeld I love The Simpsons to death but just cannot vote for them due to thier current shittyness. I heard a commercial for a new episode on the radio and Homer said "Whateverrrrrrr" like a valley girl. Horrible, just horrible.

My top 2 watchable films are The Usual Suspects South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut

This is a shitty smart-ass comment, but... Aren't the playoffs supposed to determine the best team? Seriously though.. I think records is baseball are more accurate than you guys think. The long season really shows what teams are the best. Even if the Twins have the Tigers to beat on, they still play 140 games against other teams. And there arent too many DUDS in the different divisions. Baseball is way more compeditive across the board that basketball for example.

I have to start taking a language for school. Any suggestions on what ones are cool, easy, useful? I am thinking about Latin, or maybe Italian.

I'd have Eye of the Tiger. My favorite real player's music is Christain Guzman's salsa music. It kicks ass.

Exactly, so doesn't that mean that he most likely didnt vote for Rob?
-
That's the best one. Agreed. I laughed my ass of at that.
-
Good point about Alex. But on the Early Show, do you think that Alex would have said who he really voted for? Isn't that almost a guarantee that either he doesnt vote for Rob or that Rob doesn't even make it to the final two?
-
Good episode. So what's next? I think Rob was on to something when he proposed the Rob/Jenna plan to Jenna. They are each others best chance at winning. Judging from her final words, Jenna now has Christy against her. The best thing Rob can do is bring Jenna and Matthew to the final three and somehow get Jenna the Immunity. Jenna knows she can't beat Matthew because he's a good guy, so she votes him out. To do this, the Rob/Matthew alliance votes out Heidi next, then obviously Butch. That leaves: Alex, Heidi & Dave who vote for Jenna Christy & Matthew & (most likely) Butch voting for Rob Deena is totally the swing vote. Rob can most likely win her over. I think in Deena's mind, Rob is totally the lesser of two evils. This is the same reason that I think BUtch will vote for Rob. It sucks what happened to Christy, though. Indecisiveness will get you nowhere...

I got a 5. I'm Ted Kennedy. It was a pretty cool test.

I've only read the first one and thought it was ok. I thought it was overrated, but I guess that anything is gonna be overrated what it has as much hype as Harry Potter

sweet. thanks.

Totally agree. Best line of the night. "Premise Running Thin" rocked too Awesome episode.

I agree. I think that one of the crappiest aspects of mainstream sports is that players don't respect the refs. They act like they have more authourity than refs. This is especially a problem in the NBA. I think disputing a major call is ok to some extent, but some guys ask for a foul every time they miss a shot. Other guys just whine. It's rediculous.

Also, can you spell check your posts?

Mystery Science Theater 3000 South Park Monty Python Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Shield Saturday Night Live Married With Children A-Team Family Business Barney Miller The Sopranos The Wonder Years Newsradio Seinfeld Futurama The Simpsons I guarantee the final is South Park vs. The Simpsons

I also have a question. Most people have custom titles. How do you set it? Is it like a 1000+ post thing?
-
I believe Scott Keith took post counts off and changed all the titles to "User" for a few weeks towards the end of his reign of terror. Agreed. That was the beginning of the end for the old thesmarks.com board. SKeith pissed off A LOT of people when he eliminated post counts. But that board had gone to complete shit and he was only doing what was necessary.

I agree. I totally thought "South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut" when I heard it. I think thier French gimmick is just irresponable.

Edard Furlong was good in American History X and Pecker.
