That's hilarious. You need to cling to MySpace to validate yourself as a person. And citing "lots of friends" doesn't count when you're the one who's doing all the friending. Quite pathetic for someone who spends all her time pointing out how sad everyone else is.

"big royal pain in the ass"? Ugh, this is why I haven't watched Raw in months.
-
It seems, right before each commercial break, they're going to come up with another way in which Sucre is the dumbest character on the show. Takes a bag of magazines instead of the money. Gets his foot trapped under a log. What's next?

Circuit City has a bunch of horror movies on sale for $4.99 -- Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake, Nightmare on Elm Street 2 and 3, Interview with a Vampire, etc.

Leena, why does your neck look so long in this recent pic? It seems quite awkward.

"Hey, it's pretty obvious I have a crush on you, right?"
-
And, as predicted, they're starting to go crazy on the FAN.

That, it is just a Trillian error. I get That shit all the time When it just shuts down Suddenly *lays down dance mix* I'll get you Dutchman.

Okay, so your team just lost a heartbreaking Game 7. Yes, your starting rotation decided to drop like flies in the final week of the season. El Duque tears his calf? Y Dios Mio, ship him back off to Mexico! And fine, so your powerful lineup decides not to show up in the National League Championship Series! David Wright? Boy, his hitting couldn't have been more wrong. Cliff Floyd? Maybe they'll let him bring a wheelchair onto the field! John Valentin? Hell, nobody even knew why he was there! And agreed, the only way your expensive closer could have looked any worse would be if the Phillies Phanatic decided to get some long-awaited revenge and slapped him off the mound. You could sit there and cry for the rest of October about the Mets wasting their 97 wins...but then you'd be missing the thrilling Tigers/Cardinals series on FOX! Kenny Rogers! Yadier Molina! PLACIDO POLANCO! SO TAGUCHI! Where are you going to find talent like this? Time to stop the orange and blue tears because this is the baseball postseason and there ain't no crying in baseball! OFF TO THE TV!

PK, that emoticon is sweet. Thank you. Now excuse me while I hurl myself off the AngleTron.
-
Ah, the Cubbies. The only fans that can cheer me up right now.
-
Hey buddy, I was six months old when the Mets won the 1986 World Series. And the Jets? Haha, let's not even get started on that. So you've seen more as a fan than I have. Let's not turn this into a "Woe is me, my life is trash, let me slash my wrists, here comes the blood" thing. It's a heartbreaker, yes, but life will go on.
-
"So Willie Randolph, what did you think of the Cardinals?" "THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!!"
-
Uh, naiwf... I don't think you fully understand the Cubs Consider it a way to cope. It helps.

I can't believe Beltran struck out looking. Him and Floyd. For fuck's sake, you're in the ninth inning with the potential to tie the game or possibly win it. Take the bat off your shoulders. Beltran's final pitch was particularly right down the middle, so there's no excuse. The team played well this season. They played well against the Dodgers. They were terrible against the Cards. And prediction: Tigers in 5.

Hey, that sounded like sarcasm. If it wasn't, my apologies. If it was, just look at the above response.
-
Julio Lugo is dying to go to the Mets and has been quoted as saying he'll even take a pay cut if he needs to. He's a step up from Valentin, at least.
-
What wit. Except for the fact that this series might have ended last night if Wagner didn't blow Game 2 immediately upon stepping onto the mound. Where do you jokers come from?
-
Either way, this game can't be blamed on the pitching. Oliver Perez did almost anything you could have asked from him. And the bullpen was bound to choke. It's the fact that this daunting Mets lineup couldn't get a damn hit off the Cards pitching staff since the first inning. With the exception of Game 4, their hitting has been weak this entire NLCS, and tonight was the cap to that. Let's hope Minaya gets some better starting pitching for next season and, for God's sake, revamp the bottom of the lineup. Green, Valentin, and Chavez (as much as I thank him for the catch tonight) ain't going to cut it next season.
-
Well, it wasn't Billy Wagner.
-
Now Willie, please, for the sake of my sanity and the sanity of everyone here, if the score is still tied at 1 at the top of the ninth -- for the love of God, don't bring out Billy Wagner.
-
Still, as has been said, it's Game 7. All hands on deck. No point saving pitchers just in case they have to play extra innings. Stick with one of your most reliable pitchers to keep the score tied.
-
I don't understand why Randolph won't put in Oliver though. He's fresh and he had success against the Cards in Game 3.
-
Despite the result, Maine and Perez both really came through these past two games. They deserve so much credit.
-
Disgusting hitting by Valentin. He's a good defensive player but he's the drizzling shits offensively.
