Yeah, I'm back to controlling Drek Stone again. And I'd figure I'd leave some feedback, considering I haven't done it in nearly a year and I might be a little rusty. Let's see....
Really liked the beginning segment with Leon Rodez. Funny and showed he wasn't taking the street fight seriously at all. Which, of course, would come back to bite him in the ass. Layered storytelling here~!
I've always been a fan of the South Central Militia for some reason. Yeah, I'm not sure why either. Nice intense action all around in this match. Liked that it seemed more like a Texas Tornado tag match than anything else at times.
Awesome.
Admittedly, I've been out of the loop here, so I don't really understand the backstory between Thunderkid and Reject. But it was still a good heel promo either way, so yeah.
Now, I don't care how big or intimidating Brock Ausstin is. If he's kneeing Otaku in the stomach and kissing her against her will, all in front of her boyfriend, Otaku needs to defend her or something. It just makes him look like a giant tool that he stood by and watched. But it seems as though MMoM's writing has definitely improved since I last left here, so nice job with that.
$49.95 for a Colombian Heat Jersey?! Yikes. Nice picture though. I like.
Loved the entire Krista/Bohemoth segment leading into the match. First off, Krista's promo was excellent. She was actually able to show just how angry she was while still keeping the humor. That's called a money promo. And there was such a good story to the match with Krista trying to use every trick in the book to throw Bohemoth off but still getting caught and trampled from time to time. It made her look like such a sympathetic character. And of course, Christian Wright looked like a total bastard at the end. May have been my favorite segment of the night.
$49.95 for a Colombian Hack Jersey?! Yikes. Nice picture though. I like. And the heelish promo from Vitamin X was pretty good too. Fine way to make Colombian Heat look strong too by handling Cuban Wall so easily.
Compelling stuff with Holly and the NNMX. I loved Ned and Simon's sarcasm throughout the entire thing -- they're such comfortable heels. Really good way to make the NNMX/Rockers match at AngleMania personal.
Good, albeit short, promo with Alfdogg. However, I would like to see a little more interaction between Alfdogg and Peter Knight, seeing as how they only have three more episodes of HeldDown before their Main Event at AngleMania. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes against Tha Puerto Rican next week though.
Really liked the Latino Thug Street fight. It was one of those crazy brawls with action happening at every turn, and I can definitely appreciate those types of matches. I also liked how everything came together, with Leon's nonchalant attitude towards the match coming back to hurt him. Enjoyed reading it.
Well done intense promo with Rodez afterwards, indicating that now he knows he needs to take TPR seriously if he ever hopes to get the belt off him. That ladder match might be a potential MOTYC.
And finally, Tony wrote the street fight portion of the match out, while I finished it starting with Hoff appearing on the AngleTron. I really liked the intensity between Brannigan and Hoff, keeping it strictly to punches, kicks, and choking. They weren't there to wrestle but to fight. You could sense there really exists a deep sense of hostility between the two, and that comes down to how well Tony wrote this match out. And as he said, it's great how it worked out that there were two street fights going on, and both of them managed to be completely different from the other. Now, as for my stuff...
Look, for certain reasons, I know there's this stigma attached to me right now. If people feel the need to still hold a grudge after seven months over something that, on the grand scale of things is so amazingly unimportant, that's fine. I just fail to see the point of maintaining hostility towards something for so long. To talk about me negatively in places I can't respond to. To attack people who I'm friendly with. It's so silly. But maybe this is just my opinion. I don't say this to look like I hold a holier-than-thou attitude -- I say this because it's the truth. And that's all I'm going to say about the matter right now.
....and leave feedback. Yeah.
