Who could/should be in the WWE right now?
PsychoDriver replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
These are all wrestlers I think could really work in the WWE (of course they'd be jobbing to Bob Holly in a week though due to the WWE's booking genius) CM Punk Adam Pearce Colt Cabana AJ Styles Chris Daniels Brad Bradley -
I'd disagree with of that... American Wild Child has opened on alot of great shows with Revolution Pro and other promotions. Hilarious stuff, that was just unreal live. Well that's what you get if you let that many people in for free.

R.I.P. Sad to see him go, he was a really talented performer.

Very good card, It's cool to see Ebessan back... I wonder if he'll stay for PWG the following week.

Like people didn't already hate those two enough.. now they have to go and kill the crusierweight division. Go to hell Bob Holly... -
I remember Vince said on TV that Samu got food poisoning from eating fish. I shit you not. In Beyond the Mat there's a Somoan guy who said he got fired by Vince for skipping a show to watch his son being born. Was he Samu? That was Afa

Van Hellsing: Thoughts, opinions, and criticism!
PsychoDriver replied to Downhome's topic in Television & Film
At first I thought a movie with Frankenstein, Dracula and The Wolfman would be at least interesting. But based on seeing various previews and specials, I think the movie looks just plain awful. The monsters look like utter crap and the dialog sounds even worst than that. I'll pass on this one and use my $7.50 on something more deserving like maybe throwing nickels at the dancing monkey or something. Maybe I'll catch it on cable though... -

Wasn't all that bad. Kaos looked pretty good even if the match was just a brawl. -

He looked good and I didn't remember him botching anything (which is a step up from the last AWS show where he looked pretty sloppy and even botched his Falling Star Pildriver on Angel) -
Martin Short had a talk show a few years back and that was pretty bad. Magic Johnson has to be the winner though, he had no comic talent at all. Only good show he ever did was the Howard Stern ep.

According to an earlier post on this board: "The King of the World is a Sliced Bread #2 with the opponent on Low Ki's shoulders." here's the move pic from said earlier post: http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/ViewPhoto?...9851&p=67729015

She's apparently Teddy Hart's girlfriend. I saw her at the Inoki Dojo/PWG shows last month... well she's pretty hot (alot hotter in person than in pics it seems) Her pic is in her profile at http://h2wrestling.com/ she's doing somewhat of a Paris Hilton type gimmick it seems. Here's another pic: http://shanesphotos.com/wrestling/gallery/...w0416040422.jpg

Wow, I never knew Spanky actually made it on a WWE PPV.... I would ask if the match was any good but the 3:58 time of the match pretty much answers that question.

Results from tonights show from CZWfans.com: "Joker/Sabian beat CKNY. Jon Dahmer beat Rick Feinberg DJ Hyde over Jude Ruckus beats Derek Fraizer. Nick Berk over Emil Sitoci B-Boy over Alex Shelley, Dan Maff, and Roderick Strong in a MOTYC. Out of nowhere Teddy Hart came down to the ring and talked for a few mins, then Homicide came down and waged war with him! the 2 then battled for 10 min. Finally a match was officially made for Best of the Best 4! Chri$ Ca$h defeats GQ in A Ladder Match. BJ Whitmer defeats Brad Bradley. Chris Hero beats Jimmy Rave To Become The New CZW Iron Man Champion. Messiah, Adam Flash, and Sabu beat Gage, Wifebeater, and Trent Acid In 12 Minutes in an Excellent Tables Match" Sounds like another good arena show. Ruckus-Frazier, The 4-way, BJ Vs. Bradley, Hero Vs. Rave, The Ladder match, the tables match and the Hart-Homicide angle all sound excellent... I'll be buying this one shortly.

Some thoughts on this show: Supreme Kaos Vs. Angel/Webb was an entertaining XPW style hardcore match. that had alot of chairs, tables and Supreme/Kaos bleeding like crazy. Supreme was pretty impressive as well pulling out dives I haven't seen him do in years. Finish came after Kaos Piledrove Angel thru a table. Probably my favorite match of the show.... reminded me of how much I miss the old 2000-2001 era XPW. SD Vs. Favi: Wasn't very good at all, I wasn't really expecting a 5 star classic but this match was a real letdown. Nothing of note happened... beside Favi announcing his retirement afterward and SD's funny DDP impression. Damian 666 Vs. Nosawa was another fun hardcore match. That involved alot of chairs and tables including Nosawa going thru a barbed wire table. Too bad the crowd was pretty much dead for this one as it was a very good match. Samoa Joe Vs. Kazarian Vs. Pearce Vs. Slymm was very good maybe not AS good as you would think it could be, but still a worthy match never the less. Ryan Vs. Mercury was ok but seemed alittle off, Joey Ryan's starting to look alot like Chris Benoit for some reason. Everything else was ok to good (except for the bad women's match that is that went nowhere and seemed to last an hour) Next AWS show is shaping up nicely as well with Super Dragon Vs. Sonjay Dutt, Adam Pearce Vs. Slymm for the AWS title (a week after their PWG title match oddly enough) Scorpio Vs. Cholo for the APW-LA JHW title already signed. Should be good... -
CZW Face Off results so far from CZWFans.com: Ruckus beat Nick Berk. Jon Dahmer beats Merc DJ Hyde beats Kory Kastle Sabian beat Derek Frazier Brad Bradley beat Alex Shelley, Jimmy Rave, and BJ Whitmer Adam Flash beat Ian Knoxx Roderick Strong beat Joker B-Boy Vs. Messiah is going on right now...

Since the show is tommorrow, I'll bump this up alittle and give my predictions on the updated card in bold. Super Dragon vs. King Faviano NOSAWA vs. Damien 666 - NO DQ 4-way for to crown the first AWS champion ROH Champion Samoa Joe vs. NWA-TNA X-Division Champion Frankie Kazarian vs. PWG Champion Adam Pearce vs. Babi Slymm AWS Tag Titles: Aerial Express vs. Hardkore Inc. The Havana Pitbulls vs. Zokre and Phoenix Star Rising Son vs. The Human Tornado - Hair Vs. Hair Supreme Kaos vs. Angel & Johnny Webb Desire vs. Sara Del Rey Joey Ryan Vs. Charles Mercury King Jakal/El Mongol/Steve Pain/Eric Matlock/Chris Bosh Vs. Lil Cholo/AWC/Supa Badd/Ronin/Johnny Paradise/Ronin On paper, this has the potential to be great. Very diverse showcase of alot of SoCal's best talent, it's just too bad this show isn't getting the hype it deserves. Any fan of PWG/RevPro or even XPW should really check this one out... -
Both look like very good shows, really looking forward to: B-Boy Vs. Messiah, Hero Vs. Rave and the 4-way.

I really want this fed to work out, anything with Teddy will be at least interesting but with Court attached to it.... I'm having my doubts if this will actually work.
