that's the rumor going around and he was taken off the Roster Page at CZWWrestling.com. That's always a bad sign....
-
You weren't dissing Marty Jannetty were you? That guy is great... If I had a promotion I would book him.
-
Only one of these that honestly could raise above total crap level is King Kong (still can no way ever come near topping the first one so why even try?) I liked Chopping Mall too, I will be very saddened to see it get slaughtered.
-
Sounds like a Very good show But WTF? Kashmere is gone? He's been there seemingly forever. Hopefully they work things out and he returns... he was one of the best CZW had.

Nashville, TN) - TNA Entertainment, LLC is pleased to announce three special DVDs: Best of NWA-TNA Title Matches, Best of the X Division Matches, and Best of Bloodiest Brawls. The first DVD will be available the week of October 13, and the others will follow: all in time for the holiday season. All matches contained on the DVDs are complete and uncut. Each DVD also includes bonus footage and interviews with TNA Superstars. Individual DVD description follows. Oh ok.. how could I have missed that?, thanks for clearing that up
-
Sonjay = Money, Really cool to see a wrestler I followed in CZW breaking out throughout all the major Indies (ROH, MLW and TNA) lately.
-
Those look like good DVDs, The X-Division DVD most of all. BTW, Most of these matches will be clipped right?

Actually it's not the top 10 intros. It's IGN's top 10 reasons to buy the game. Intros was just the #9 Reason on the list. -

Ugh, this is the main thing I hate. I don't want to go season mode with all 32 CAWs just to give them acceptable abilitys. I hope somehow that information is incorrect, because that would take forever. -
Like that will ever happen. Even when all the McMahons die they will probably be replaced by robot McMahons programmed to push hosses, book poorly, hold pointless grudges and generally stink up the product. Good card though, sounds alot better than the upcoming PPV.
-
Sucks he never got any feedback, as it is a good review. But I think the main problem is that he reviewed a 5 year old game that most everyone was already familiar with, that has since been updated many times (Revenge, WM2K, The now legendary No Mercy) Everybody knows it's good already, you don't have to tell them. It'd be like reviewing Super Mario Brothers 1 or say Madden 98. I loved that game though, I first bought it to kill time before WWF Warzone was to be released, And it turned out a million times better than War Zone could ever hope to be. It introduced me to japanese wrestling and made me a huge Hayabusa mark... I owe alot to that game.

Don't blame me, I voted for Coleman. Actually I did vote for Arnold, Well he was going to win anyway!

If Mondo comes back to be in the COD match, It would have to happen tommorrow (you can't build a COD match with a month build up) I'd like to see him return in the Classic ECW fashion: After the HI-V Takes out Zandig again the lights go out and when they come back on. Mondo returns and clears the ring and lays down the challenge for the COD5. I'd imagine that would get a pretty big pop. If not Messiah-Mondo COD, I see: Zandig Vs. Messiah, Messiah Vs. Gage or Gage Vs. Hatred (Which I hope it isn't)

Those EC videos are sorta interesting, But they could actually made use of the EC by maybe climping it and doing moves off it. I mean how many times could we see the same couple moves (Stunner, F5, Pedigree ETC)? -
Tori Amos: Winter, Etienne The Gathering: Travel, In Motion Lush: Sweetness and Light Culture Club: Victims Shudder to think: Red House John Denver: Anne's Song (I'm a big Denver mark for some reason) Simon and Garfunkel: Umm Nearly everything Jimi Hendrix: One Rainy Wish Eh, I can't think right now... I'm drawing blanks. I'll post more later
-
Good card, I think it will be pretty hard to mess that up, (Who the hell could mess up B-Boy Vs. Homicide?) Plus BSB and Messiah don't even have matches yet so the card will just get better.

No more Havana Pitbulls and Quance? Damn...

Good news, That means no last minute delays and if it's gone gold this far before the shipping date they will be sure to have plenty of copies to go around. -
Taken from SoCalUncensored.com: "By Silverback, PWG Staff Writer EUREKA, California - Despite the title of the show being "Are You Adequately Prepared To Rock?", Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com) seemed to catch many fans off guard, with the show literally rocking their socks off, overflowing the Lost & Found at the Westside Jewish Community Center! To make up for this grievous loss of stockings by wrestling fans, PWG proudly presents "An Inch Longer Than Average!" Saturday, November 15, 2003 at the WJCC! PWG's fifth event will feature: Jardi Frantz vs. MDogg 20 An injury sidelined Jardi Frantz from PWG's debut show, but due to his regime of rehabilatative herbal drugs, Frantz was able to return much faster than even he previously thought! When MDogg 20 learned of Jardi's return to the ring, he asked his commanding officer in the Straight Edge/KISS Army to send him on a mission to California with the purpose of showing that medicinal herbal substances have no place in the medical or wrestling community! Both men like to get high, but whose ideals will prevail? The fate of millions of Herbal Medicine Supporters and Painted Face KISS Privates rides on this match alone! X-Foundation (Scott Lost & Funky Billy Kim) vs. Team Chismo (Disco Machine & Excalibur) At PWG's "Bad Ass Mother 3000," Joey Ryan and Super Dragon met in a brutal semi-final match that saw Joey Ryan advance to the finals of the BAM3k, only to lose to PWG Champion Frankie Kazarian. At "Are You Adequately Prepared To Rock?" Disco Machine and Excalibur helped Super Dragon extract his revenge on Joey Ryan, costing him the Number 1 Contendership to the PWG Championship. Sweet, sweet revenge, like nectar. The nectar of revenge only tastes sweet for those who harvest it in the largest quantity, so the X-Foundation has already prepared a large beehive to be at ringside during what they anticipate will be their ultimate triumph over the very mischievous and very allergic to bee's Team Chismo! Peligro Abejas! Hardkore Kidd vs. Samoa Joe At PWG's "Bad Ass Mother 3000," Hardkore Kidd and PWG Commissioner Paul T were involved in a verbal confrontation backstage. These two men have not seen eye to eye, literally, for years, and figuratively for over a year now, so it's no surprise that Hardkore Kidd vowed to "further flatten the face" of anyone related to Paul T, while in Japan with ZERO-ONE. Already preparing for the worst, Paul T has acquired the services of the most dangerous man in Independent Wrestling, Samoa Joe, to teach Hardkore Kidd a lesson as soon as he gets back. Who will get the worst out of this terrible feud, Hardkore Kidd, or Grandmama T?! Guerrilla Warfare Match: Joey Ryan vs. Super Dragon The sweet, sweet nectar of revenge tastes the sweetest to he who serves the nectar of revenge on the biggest piece of toast one can find. In this case, the toast is represented by chairs, tables, and possibly ladders, and the nectar of revenge is represented by the blood which each competitor is out for! Analytical writing homework aside, the PWG cofounders have been at each other's throats since day one, and now the boiling pot of revenge-nectar is set it boil over into a wild brawl orchestrated by Commissioner Paul T! No Disqualifications, No Count Outs, Falls Count Anywhere in the building, the bitter nectar harvesting bees will be buzzing, but who will get stung?! QUE LASTIMA! Adam Pearce vs. Colt Cabana Despite winning the Number 1 Contenders Match at "Are You Adequately Prepared To Rock?" Adam Pearce will not be given a title shot this time around, based on a ruling by Commissioner Paul T. When reached for comment, Paul T said "There's only room for one sly fox in PWG, and be assured that that sly fox is Yellow." What we think the Commissioner meant to say was that because Adam Pearce won the Number 1 Contenders Match under less than fair circumstances, he will not be granted a title shot at "An Inch Longer Than Average!" Predictably, Pearce was enraged by this prospect, so Paul T stated that he's not a fighter, but if that's what Pearce is looking for, he's got it! Midwest Superstar Colt Cabana makes his return to PWG to take on his one time partner for the first time ever! Paul T was later spotted backstage dumping a mix of granulated sugar and motor oil into Pearce's gym bag. PWG Championship Match: "The Future" Frankie Kazarian © vs. American Dragon Overcoming long odds is what the title reign of Frankie Kazarian is all about, beating two of the top independent wrestlers on the planet, AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels, to retain his title at "Are You Adequately Prepared To Rock?" Despite threatening phone calls by Vegas oddsmakers, Paul T is committed to bringing in top challengers for the PWG title, and American Dragon is no exception! Hot off a tour of the UK and Europe (Where Casino Gambling is a much more up scale experience compared to the experience in America. I mean, who would you rather have take your money? John Two-Feathers or some suave Italian fellow?) American Dragon is returning to Southern California with one goal in mind, to walk away as PWG Champion! He has the ability to do it, but does Kazarian have the heart to overcome yet another seemingly insurmountable challenge? "An Inch Longer Than Average!" takes place Saturday, November 15, 2003, at the Westside Jewish Community Center, at 8:00PM. The Westside Jewish Community Center is located at 5870 Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036. Tickets are $18, available online at http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com, at the Alternative Wrestling Shop, or by mail (PWG Tickets, PO Box 1527, Temple City, CA 91780. Certified checks or money orders only, please.) For more information, please visit http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com or email [email protected]." Another great PWG lineup. This promotion truly is the ROH of the West Coast (Without the slimy owner!) So those in CA check it out live... those elsewhere buy one of PWG's great DVDs from their website or a VHS from SmartMarkVideo.com One thing I don't get though is the show is the same date as the LXW show in NYC and M-Dogg-20 seems to be booked for both...

Should really look into the DVDs, they put alot of work into them and they contain some nice extra stuff, and the commentary on the Debut Show is really freaking funny. -
Didn't know about that... sounds really cool, I think I'll buy that.

What is the origin of everyone's forum user name?
PsychoDriver replied to AboveAverage484's topic in General Chat
Well, I'm a pretty crazy driver you see, So I happen to crash into some guy's car (or was it Farm Animal? I forget) and he's like "You Psycho Driver, I'm going to beat the living shit out of you" and I thought to myself "What a great name to use on a Wrestling related internet website's message board" but much to my surprise "You Psycho Driver, I'm going to beat the Living shit out of you" was already taken... so I shortened it and here we are. J/k Nah, Most Indy Wrestling fans would know it's the Finishing Move of Indy Wrestler Super Dragon. It's a Piledriver out a Burning Hammer position, looks awesome when sold correctly. -

That sounds like it could be correct, has to be reason why they are holding back. But if IGN has a 98% finished copy (beside minor fixes and details) what could be left to add? last Year, it seemed like every site had a copy and was giving lots of info. I remember one Smaller site that had detailed Pictures and movies of the season mode a month or so before release. Oh well... doesn't matter, It's just a few more weeks untill the release anyway. -
