  1. Hate to tell Mondo but if he means this tape: 1. Nick Mondo vs. Wifebeater vs. Mad Man Pondo 2. Nick Mondo vs. Nick Berk vs. Nick Gage (Ironman Tables & Ladders Match) 3. Nick Mondo vs. Nick Gage (Barbed Wire Match) 4. Nick Mondo vs. Necro Butcher (Staple Gun Match) 5. Nick Mondo vs. Ian Rotten (Barbed Wire Bat Match) 6. Nick Mondo vs. Nick Berk vs. Adam Flash 7. Nick Mondo vs. Justice Pain 8. Nick Mondo vs. Homeless Jimmy 9. Nick Mondo vs. Wifebeater (Ropes Wrapped in Barbed Wire 200 Light Tube Death Match) 10. Nick Mondo vs. Johnny Kashmere 11. Nick Mondo vs. Trent Acid 12. Nick Mondo & M Dogg 20 vs. Backseat Boyz 13. Nick Mondo & Ric Blade vs. Backseat Boyz (TLC Match) Mondo doesn't have a case, IIRC RFVideo had a legit deal to sell Pre-2003 CZW shows. I don't think anyone with an RF "best of" be it Raven, Ric Flair, RVD, Cactus Jack or anyone get money from RF. Mondo's just the first one I've ever heard complain... it sucks but that's the way it is.

PWG "Bad Ass Mother" 3000 DVD

From SoCalUncensored.com: "PWG's "Bad Ass Mother 3000" Tournament DVD's Available For Pre-Order By Silverback, PWG Staff Writer San Andreas Fault, California - Wrestling fans, PWG has a question for you: Do you enjoy saving money? PWG does. That's why this press release is very painful for me to write. For a limited time only, you, as a wrestling fan, can pre-order the 4 Disc DVD set of the Bad Ass Mother 3000 Title Tournament for the special price of $26.99 (+ $3.95 Shipping & Handling!) That's a savings of $3.01 compared to the regular price of $30.00! Savings big? Yeah yeah yeah! That's not small? No no no! Due to the overwhelming response of PWG's first DVD, Joey Ryan wanted to make the Bad Ass Mother 3000 DVD set available early at a discounted rate. Scott Lost seconded this motion, however, Disco Machine, Excalibur, and Super Dragon were upset about the $0.01 savings on the last DVD, so one can imagine how enraged they were to hear about this phenomenal discount! The decisive vote came down to TopGun Talwar (who in the PWG Democracy holds 500 votes compared to the other member's 1 vote each.) After a long period of deliberation, TopGun voted for the $3.01 discount, and was subsequently beaten and packaged into a crate, which was shipped to the guy who was too stupid to figure out the audio commentary track on the last DVD. The Pro Wrestling Guerrilla "Bad Ass Mother 3000" DVD set is a four disc set, featuring: Both nights of the tournament, complete and uncut, photo galleries, skits, and a very special shoot interview with "The Technical Wizard" Joey Ryan, plus more! If you are some sort of luddite who believes DVD technology will contribute to the downfall of society, a VHS version of the show (without the bonus features) will be available online at Smart Mark Video. (http://www.smartmarkvideo.com) To purchase the DVD set early, you can visit www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com, regular mail (by sending a Certified Check or Money Order for $29.94 to PO Box 1527 Temple City, CA 91780, post marked no later than October 1, 2003.) The expected date of release is October 4, 2003. After October 4, the show will cost the regular price of $29.99 through the PWG site (a one cent savings, as covered in a complex algorithm a few weeks ago,) or $30 at events all over Southern California, such as: "Are You Adequately Prepared To Rock?", which takes place Saturday, October 4, 2003, at the Westside Jewish Community Center, with doors opening at 7:30PM and 8:00PM belltime. The Westside Jewish Community Center is located at 5870 Olympic Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90036. Tickets are $18, available online at http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com, at the Alternative Wrestling Shop, or by mail (PWG Tickets, PO Box 1527, Temple City, CA 91780. Certified checks or money orders only, please.) For more information, please visit http://www.prowrestlingguerrilla.com or email [email protected]. If you haven't bought your tickets yet, you risk missing the first ever PWG title defense by Bad Ass Mother 3000 winner Frankie Kazarian, who takes on "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels and NWA Champion AJ Styles! Don't miss it, or we'll send TopGun to you, or after you, whichever you'd like less!" The first PWG DVD was IMO the best Indy DVD ever, and these shows were even better than PWG's debut. So order it, you won't be let down.

2003 IWA-MS Ted Petty Invitational Thread

Hope they actually listen to those votes, Because thankfully it looks like Bobby Quance and Super Dragon are running away with it.

    New WWE DVD

Damn, No Steiners Vs. Money Inc.? anyone remember that match? I haven't seen it in a while but I remember it being very good. Anyway, HBK Vs. MJ alone is worth the price. Congrats to the WWE for another DVD that doesn't suck.

    MLW Underground preview 9/15

Sounds like a good show, CM Punk Vs. Raven is always good... but I doubt Mamaluke Vs. Whipwreck will be anywhere near as good as their ECW Match (Remember when Tony hit the guardrail? ouch)

LXW...The future of pro wrestling is here.

I agree it's pointless to fly out Zokre and Phoniex Star, Good lucha style wrestlers but they are still a little green and unknown to the world outside of SoCal and thus won't draw any money. It's only good business like you don't see PWG flying out lower level East Coast stars like say... ROH's Outkast Killaz because that would be a waste of money. As I said It's there money and they can waste it anyway they see fit, but I think the fed has potential and don't want them to go bankrupt after a few shows (EPIC anyone?) Last I heard he was still injured and I'm not sure if he'll be able to make it.

    CZW Redifined

What's the beef again? I thought It looked like a damn good show (Granted I would have rather Rave had won but it doesn't matter) and I can't wait for the tape to get here.
  8. PsychoDriver

    Which former-XPW wrestler has benefited...

    Probably Kaos, Angel or Luke.
  9. PsychoDriver

    CZW Redifined

Shockingly it's CHRIS FUCKING HERO! (Who saw that one coming?)
  10. PsychoDriver

    CZW Redifined

I was right, Flash just got eliminated by Johnny Kashemere. Everyone thought Flash was winning it just goes to show how hard this tourney is to predict.

LXW...The future of pro wrestling is here.

intriguing? yes it's very intriguing (maybe one of the most intriguing cards of the year), but best of the year? no (Not even best of this month IMO, ROH: Glory by Honor 2 and MLW War Games look better on paper) It's an outstanding card loaded with good matches but 2003 has been a year of outstanding Indy cards loaded with good matches.

    MLW J'cup brackets!

Ugh well... I guess Dragon isn't going past the first round or getting a chance to bust out my Posting name (I'd mark to hear Joey Styles screaming "Oh My God" after that) My predictions: Chris Daniels Over Dragon (I want Dragon to win but it's pretty clear he isn't. Just hope this is better than the last time they met in the 1st round of a tourney) Jimmy Yang Over Juvi Jerry Lynn Over Colon Sonjay Dutt Over Tony Mamaluke Semi Finals: Chris Daniels Over Jimmy Yang Sonjay Dutt Over Jerry Lynn Finals: Sonjay Dutt Over Chris Daniels I think Sonjay is the guy to go with here

    Ten years ago today

One of the first games I ever Pre-Ordered. I remember picking it up and everyone in the store was buying the Genesis version (and not the blood free SNES edition, Dumbass move by Nintendo probably cost them alot of sales) Strange to think of all the controversy around that game, gore wise it's nothing when compared to some of today's games. Over protective parents are the cause I think, I remember playing the 2 player battle mode of "Double Dragon" at a friends house in the late 80's and having a little flash of blood appear after throwing a knife at someone. My friends' mom saw this and went crazy and took away his NES (and actually brought it back to the store) I can only imagine how his mom would have reacted to Kano pulling out someone's heart or Chainsawing a hooker to death in GTA:VC

LXW...The future of pro wrestling is here.

Sorry, It's not even in the top 20. It does look very interesting however. A good mix of XPW/Lucha and SoCal I'll be buying the tape for sure I hope this Fed succeeds but I can't help but think they are going to lose a ton of money on this. Why fly out Caine, Zorke, Phoniex Star and others from CA when it'll make no difference to anybody if they are on the card? I know it's not my money to waste but still I'd like to see Indy's mind their money more wisely so they can last more than a few shows.

    Cheesiest DVD in your collection

"Far Out Man" Tommy Chong's (of Cheech and Chong Fame) Solo Movie... it just kinda sucks

    Doug (The Nick years)

Sadly, I missed the final Doug (never liked the Disney era) but I think I would have been broken up as well.. I really liked that show and connected with the character. MST3k Finale was heartbreaking though, as I thought they still had alot more to offer. Guess Sci FI thought another show about Female bounty hunters from the future would be more successful...

    Revolution Pro Tapes Online

You should try posting that on the SoCalUncensored.com board they read that one alot. Also they said that they lowered the price to 13.99 a tape with shipping included

    west coast tapes

Awesome, great for PWG to have hooked up with SMV.... BUY THIS SHOW! seriously it's worth it. I'm still waiting for the DVD though which is supposed to have extra stuff (Promos Etc) on it
  22. PsychoDriver

    west coast tapes

There are no official tape west coast tape supliers (well RevPro now sells tapes online and SONICFISH.com has a few...) but several tapes traders have good selections. I can recomend: TopNotchTapes.com and XtremeVideo.com they have alot of west coast tapes available and are good dealers.
  23. PsychoDriver

    Revolution Pro Tapes Online

Geeze, for some reason (shipping I guess) the tapes are 17.99 online when you can buy them for 10 at RevPro's live shows. I think they need to lower the price to make it more appealing to potental new fans of RevPro.

    If Nintendo re-released the NES

Sure, if they made a system that played NES and SNES games I'd buy it in a second, As my SNES has been broken for years and my NES is on it's last legs.

    Worst indy show you've seen?

Well, I've been lucky, Besides a few students shows (which I don't count because they were free) But I'd have to say EWF in Covina CA 7/19/02, The card was: 1. Vizzion vs. D-Rail 2. Sonny Suave vs. Lyger Rivera 3. Threat & Desire vs. Krazy KC & Fire 4. The Hardkore Kidd vs. Joey Ryan 5. Steve Masters vs. Rudy Luna 6. Ragin Dawg vs. Iceman John Black 7. Tag Team Battle Royal It wasn't horrible, just not nearly as good as the rest of the SoCal indies. They book like it was the 1970's and have alot of big dumb crappy wrestlers (HK Kid-Ryan was good though) Plus it was filmed for a Travel Channel Documentary and I could see myself in the crowd (I don't like seeing myself in the crowd at wrestling shows... I just don't)
