I've picked up a bunch of stuff to see it for the first time such as Volcano and Idle Hands. I've picked up a lot of duds, but gotten some decent stuff too. Happy to hear Vanilla Sky and Gigli have finally hit the bin. I said once Gigli hit the $5 I'd buy it as a joke, oh happy days.

Who's Looks Have Deteriorated The Most?
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to haVoc's topic in General Wrestling
Beefcake is the one that is noticably worst to me. Beefcake went from roided/built to, the most recent picture when he was selling stuff on eBay before the "crack on the subway" scandal, he has huge. Moreso than Jake Roberts, he was starting to get a Mike Shaw body. -
Gigli The main one I can think of that has not been listed already is the 1989 Batman.

I hadn't heard about this movie til I saw the clip in "The Dreamers", based on the clip I wanted to see it and have been counting down the days. I didn't realize the controversy, but I bought it this morning. Now I have something to look forward to.

I passed on it today but I plan on getting it sometime soon, today just ended up being a really good release day, with a bunch of cool re-release/first time releases along with Kill Bill.

It doesn't surprise me. However, some of the sequels got dropped. I remember when they did the 60th Anniversary of Dumbo, they made a big deal on the DVD and VHS about how Dumbo II would be straight to video soon and they never even released that one. Some have disappeared, most have not been needed, although none of the Disney are up there with how many Land Before Time movies there have been now.

Before they became known WWE superstars

I have an old tape with Chris Kanyon on a jobbing tag team against Shawn Michaels and Diesel during their tag title reign in 1994. -
I know that it is off Comedy Central and Comedy Central got MadTV because E! bought all the rights to SNL. Originally they only had the rights to the early seasons, that's why you could find the original episodes on E! but CC would only show from early 90s on. Then E! bought all the rights, were showing recent ones but then they disappeared. I don't know what happened after E! bought the rights.

No Dreamcatcher? Where's the "Dudis" love? I picked Green Mile cause I really liked that one, however I have not seen a couple of the other high profile ones.

My wish (especially at last Summerslam, when they were both in the US Title 4 way) is that someone gets gored WHILE in the Tarantula.

I've met Test. I feel the jealousy already.

Garrison Cade will come back to RAW repackaged as a millionaire who hates short men with a "technical prowess" to earn his shot at Summerslam... Honestly, I think Benoit is dropping the title to H on Sunday, but now they planted the Edge seeds, it seems very strange unless they do a three way. Benoit loses and then just drops out of the title picture completely, after holding the title for 4 months? If the Edge/HHH encounter is not for the title, I guess Orton would make sense too. Edge could get involved, letting Benoit retain and furthering the Edge/Hunter storyline, however besides I guess Orton, any other challenger is going to be like Kane, just thrust into the the picture for random title shot, not really helping the champion. If Hunter wins this weekend, they should do a three way at Summerslam.

Most Unfunny Mainstream Comedians
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to strummer's topic in Television & Film
A lot of the ones that came to my mind were already said (especially Michael Ian Black). There is one person that I did not see listed however that I cannot stand. Margaret Cho. I find very few female comedians funny (just because most of the time the material they use is weak), but Margaret Cho just bothers me in ways I can't understand. -
We know when things get really messy who to call though...

Which website has those pictures of Champions...
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to a topic in General Wrestling
I remember that site, it was great. It was the title lineage where you could find a picture of everyone holding a title who has held it. -
I pre-ordered mine on Amazon because it was only 17 bucks. It was also free shipping for any order over $25, so I also ordered the Wrestlecrap book I never got. Basically, I paid less than I would pay for the Flair book in a book store like Barnes & Noble or Borders to get both.

My guess is if it was released around Christmas instead of now to DVD, there'd be a lot of tools demanding returns and whatnot on purchases on rentals, not knowing the movie was "completely inappropriate" for their child. Anything remotely Christmas would be sold quicker at that time.

If they had cast Coleman on the kid, they'd be sitting on box office gold. Hmmm... I wonder what Verne Troyer is up to these days? I'd go for that too, unless it delayed a Shasta McNasty reunion.

Just saw Mystic River.......good film...
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to NoCalMike's topic in Television & Film
I agree with that. While I enjoyed this movie, I felt Penn's performance in 21 Grams this year was more deserving of the award nomination, as his Mystic River character seemed to not have as much depth as his character in 21 Grams. -
Your favourite submission trademark in WWE today

I was going to say the same thing. The Haas of Pain was wicked cool. -
Damn! I want a child that glows in the dark! Maybe Jeff can auction off "Night Glo Children" on eBay or something.

Saw this movie the other day and Culkin was one of the movie's highlights. His Halloween costume and his mall "performance" were gold. I do have to agree with the ending though, I was expecting it to have some different ending, but still ended the same as the rest.

Thanks for the info. I've been holding off on the first edition because I knew the were doing the 10th anniversary edition. Now I know when.
