    A re-listen to WWE anthology...

That video would be a classic. I could see Kurt doing goofy "heroic" things. Comedic gold.

    WWE DVDs at Wal-Mart

I was going to get that box too, however one of the PPVs, I believe Bad Blood doesn't have one of those tags they said to send in (from the bottom of the insert). Anyone else have that problem?

    Storyline Arrests

The more appropriate thread by now would be who hasn't. I'll start Sean O'Haire, he's not even on TV enough to. In reality... I think Kurt Angle may have been once and missed. That one sounds awkward, but I think he was. Brock was also over the summer like a week before his heel turn. I'm also surprised no one mentioned Chaz. Then again... it is Chaz.

    "Passion" Opens Big

Interesting article. I am not sure if this was mentioned in the other threads because I am too lazy to go through the posts, but it kind of bothers me the people are so appauled for the violence and finding it unneccessary. The point to it is to show, for those who are Christian, that this is what he went through, this is what he suffered to save you and I, to save mankind. Apparently, although "brutal", it had been toned down too. It seems that people miss the point that this really happened and what they are calling brutal is what He did for them, should that be their choice of religion.

    Def Jam Vendetta

I like this game a lot, but you might want to check other places. I know Blockbuster carries the new one for $19.99 and the used for $12.99, at least around here. I think it might be around that price at Best Buy too, I tried checking the website, but it said online ordering is down for updates right now, so I couldn't look. I know that Blockbuster (at least where I am) is that for sure. I liked the game, but you might want to double check, to get it a little cheaper, as it is most likely hit the Best Seller section.

    Worst WWF interview person ever?

    Promo blunders

I believe it was at the first In Your House. He screwed up and asked JR if they could start over. JR told him they were live.

    Nike's What If Ad...

Randy Johnson as a bowler just seems fitting. I saw this last night and thought it was great. No one mentioned the first one, Lance Armstrong boxing. I thought the whole commerical was pretty entertaining.

    Woman dies watching 'Passion'

I think this is once again the press being ridiculous. I haven't seen the movie yet, I dunno, but would the press cover this as much had someone had a heart attack in Euro Trip or the Teacher's Pet movie? I'm sure people have died in theaters before sans coverage, I think this may be overdoing it, in which I don't understand what their intended goal is.

    Image Request

Funny story. I am just posting this in response to American Dragon. I actually heard of him before he started to get really popular, so I am kinda interested in my career. My sister worked with this girl who said she dated a wrestler at a time, so my sister found out the name so she could tell me. It was some indy guy named American Dragon and he had been trained by Shawn Michaels. That's all I got to find out. I think it's pretty cool hearing all the success and workrate he has now, although I've still yet to see a match. Sorry for the pointless babbling, just something that popped to my mind while reading this thread.

    SMACKDOWN SPOILERS 2-24-04

I glanced at that briefly and thought it said Rhyno. Good thing I re-read, although that would be interesting. Thanks for the report.

    American Splendor

I saw the movie and enjoyed it. I need to re-watch it because someone came over while I was watching it and proceeded to talk through the entire movie, so that made me miss some, but I really enjoyed what I did see and understand the love Giamatti got for his performance.

    James Bond: Everything or Nothing

I love the game so far. I am decently into it, but still not that far. Far for me, cause I never have time to play my games, but I've been picking at this one little by little, kinda like I did with Manhunt at first, although this is a lot more fun than I've had with a game in a while. Has anyone beaten it yet? Anyone close? I didn't want to leave where I am at, in fear of spoilers, but I think a general "Has it been beaten yet?" will do.

Best Wrestlers Screwed By the Bussiness

He main evented Wrestlemania 11! Wait a second... scratch that.... but KING OF THE RING 95! Okay, nevermind.... True on that one, I always liked Bigelow, but all his big pushed seem to get hacked up. I hear his ECW run was pretty good, but we didn't get ECW out here til its TNN days.

    David Sammartino

He must've been pretty old by then though, right? He was on Wrestlemania I if I recall correctly, although I don't know his age at the time. Granted, I know quite a few of WCW's uppercard was wrestling at or around the time of Wrestlemania I, however they had already been established, rather than pushing an old guy (for example, why Rico isn't being pushed now).

    The Rock's hillarious interview.....

That would've been Unforgiven 2000, actually. No, I don't remember the promo. -=Mike And Angle wasn't in that, it was Undertaker. No Mercy was just Rock vs. Angle where Angle won his first title. Is it one where Rocky does his impressions? I vaguely remember him "immitating" Angle and talking about milk, but that could've been another time too

    50 First Dates.

I think his problem with most of his movies going flat now is that he tries to relive some of that. If it had not been for Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison, he probably would not be where he is now. Those two are definately names in that genre of comedy. Things like beating up Bob Barker or the immature acts of Billy fit with the characters in those movies. Now, in his movies, if he gets stuck, he resorts to a random crude thing or just beating someone up. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this movie when I have seen it and I haven't seen a Sandler movie I loathe, but I think that is part of his "staleness", is he tries to recapture what cannot really be recaptured at this point.

    John Grisham

I had to read "The Partner" for a class once, thought that one was pretty good, but from what I hear, nothing else of Grisham's comes close to "The Chamber".

    Got Beer?

I have a feeling that the water would be just like Joe's water that Peter gave him in the Family Guy episode with the Special Olympics.

    Got Beer?

I've heard a rumor they are planning on making a Stone Cold beer that would be sold in stores. I guess it is about making it, although the idea seems really, really dumb.

Eternal Sunshine of the spotless mind....

My guess is it will end up like Punch Drunk Love. People will hate it because the star isn't doing what he is usually doing. I think it will draw some crowds with the rest of the cast too, seeing there are quite a few names. I saw the poster at the theater at the mall when I went to see Monster the other night, which would indicate to me it'll be there at one time or another.

    GBA Recommendations

So, I got an SP today because I've been wanting to get one and they were on sale for $89.99. I didn't pick up a game yet because the main one I wanted to try was the Pirates of the Carribean game and they did not sell it where I bought mine from. I was looking at the other games and the main ones that caught my eye were the usual Marios and Donkey Kongs, so I just passed. I looked briefly at Fire Pro, which alone almost caused me to buy the first Gameboy Advance, but that was marked $40 where I was. I know games generally tend to be the same price, but I wanted to double check on that one. Any suggestions on what GBA to get? Which ones to stay away from? Any input would be appreciated.

Best Wrestlers Screwed By the Bussiness

I read a recent interview with him where he talked about how over Norman the Lunatic was and Ole refused to push him. The two top babyfaces Sting and Luger told Ole they should push him too, and even said to Ole that he was getting more reaction than them at most shows. I thought that was a pretty interesting thing. I don't know if politics apply, but I would've loved to see Curt Henning get a World Title run.

    New Shopzone shirts

They won't give a shirt to Stevie... Although, think about it. Electric pink could be associated with Rikishi. I am sensing another classy shirt, electric pink with some delightful phrase about ass on it.
