I am not sure if a thread for this is around, but I was wondering what everyone who has played Crush Hour thinks of it? I picked it up this past weekend for $19.99 just because of the price and the fact it is still pretty brand new. I've only played it a little bit on one time, not because its a horrid game, but because of lack of time, which kind of makes me question the rush to get it. I played a little bit as Matt Hardy and "fought" Edge, Stacy and Big Show, as the computer selected oppenents. It seems slightly like Twisted Metal with not too much to do. I guess I am going to have to play more. What is everyone who has actually played its opinion?

Tonight I picked up "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure"
-
yeah, I hadn't heard anything on Haunted Mansion, so I looked it up on IMDB.com today and it says it stars Eddie Murphy and is about a ghost making a man realize the importance of his family... Carribean looks promising. When I first heard of these when I saw how "great" the Country Bears was (although I was not as offended by it as others)

I picked up "Like Mike" (not a horrible movie, seen it before, similar to Angels in the Outfield and Rookie of the Year, movies like that) at a used Video Game store for $8 and it looks perfect. I also picked up the Disney Adventures of Huck Finn from the early 90s starring Elijiah Wood that I didn't even know was on DVD at Wal-Mart for $9.44.

Picked up the 2003 Royal Rumble DVD today

yeah, I am thinking they may do funny stuff with Evil as good in the beginning, but he keeps screwing up or something and becomes evil again before the movie ends... something to that effect...

Which terrible movie do you love
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to TheOriginalOrangeGoblin's topic in Television & Film
Freddy Got Fingered -
All of those points are valid, but I like this one, like people said, to get some of the guys who get snubbed a shot, but also, with this, angles have a chance at being built better. When the split happened, there are only about 3 or 4 shows before the PPV and angles get rushed. Now there will be a few more shows to build angles.

When's the last time you went to the movies?
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to a topic in Television & Film
I haven't had much time in a while, but I saw three in consecutive nights this week Old School (for the 2nd time), Dreamcatcher and Daredevil Funny thing is, through connections and buying X-men 1.5, I only had to pay once. -
Small article on Victoria/Stevie
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to Yuna_Firerose's topic in The WWE Folder
I have a hard time seeing Stevie and Victoria getting a program with Austin just because of right now they are trying to make Austin as happy as possible while even when he was at his "happiest" he refused to elevate Billy Gunn or Jeff Jarrett. -
I did get One Hour Photo the other night. Finally picked it up at Best Buy. I was there to get a birthday present for one of my friends, I got him one of my favorites that I already have: South Park:Bigger, Longer and Uncut.

Idea for 11th WrestleMania match
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to DrVenkman PhD's topic in The WWE Folder
I think the Hardcore Match at XVI was considered a battle royal, and it was close enough with all the guys that were included in it. -
I can't remember the last time I bought a rap CD, but I went out and bought this one a couple weeks back. I really like it. The problem when I used to be big in rap music, back when it was "the popular thing" in the mid-90s, was that a lot of the CDs would have three songs at the most (that were the singles) that were good. This CD, I like the whole thing. One of my favorites, which keeps getting stuck in my head and I am surprised no one has mentioned as one of the better tracks is track 3, "Patiently Waiting" featuring Eminem. I really like that track.

This weekend I picked up a few more. I got: Cabin Boy Double Feature of Longshot/They Went That Away and That Away those two were like $6. Also got: Half Baked BASEketball Road to Perdition I was planning on picking up Road to Perdition and One Hour Photo last night, but they sold out of One Hour Photo. I went to another store and they were all sold out. So I got to go find that today.

I am pretty sure he played for Dallas like Choken One said.

Vince to appear on Kilborn
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to Ultimo Dugas's topic in The WWE Folder
What did he say about Owen Hart? He made some comment about Owen Hart dying while wrestling as the character the Blue Blazer. He followed it up by saying that his tag team partner, the White Turtleneck was unharmed. Considering that Owen DIED, that was pretty tasteless. I remember seeing that and I have personally refused to watch Kilborn since. I know it's not a big deal to lose one person, but Owen was one of my favorites, I couldn't believe it at the time and then to mock a death, I haven't watched him since the rest of the 4 years he's been on the air, even when he was going to have guests like Tazz (I remember seeing Tazz was supposed to be on the show, not sure when and why, I am thinking it was something to do with Tough Enough 1). -
YOUR Random Wrestler Stats of...the last few hours
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to Bored's topic in The WWE Folder
I think at the time this happened was when they were using him as a brief tag partner for Lesnar in the whole "You stand on the apron while Brock does the work". So Ig uess they were just attempting to get him over slightly to do that. -
Tonight I went out and got 8-Mile because it was at its cheapest. Saturday I picked up The Fan ($6 at Wal-Mart, never seen it but wanted to, it was cheap enough), My Big Fat Greek Wedding and South Park: The Complete First Season. Lately I've been getting a few DVDs a week, but I don't know if I'll be rushing out again soon.

I think Maven is very willing to learn. As is Nowinski. A lot of people see it as they were pretty much handed their chance, but these guys really show a desire to learn and be involved with the business. Watching Tough Enough, you see a lot of people try it for fame, but I feel Maven and Nowinski really want to be there and really have a desire to learn and if they put time into it, I don't mind them being pushed. They can be enjoyable. I think Maven has some charisma too if he really keeps working, he could definately move someone. Maybe not Main Event for sure, but he'll be somewhat recognizable, kinda high midcarder at least. Nowinski, if they ever decide to use him as a threat, maybe drop Harvard all the time, can be something big too, just give them a little more time to mature I think.

Ultimo Dragon Coming In WWE Within A Couple Of
LivingLegendGaryColeman replied to a topic in The WWE Folder
I just get this bad feeling he might be gone again once they split up though.... -
I've gotten a lot lately, last purchase was on Friday night, I picked up The Ring, Star Wars: Episode II and Spider-Man. I had just not gotten around to getting SW, even though I used to be a buff in the day and wanted to see it again soon, so I bought it. I had waited on Spidey cause I heard they were doing 4 discs, but apparently I was wrong. The Ring I still haven't even seen, but it was $15 at Wal-Mart and it won't get that cheap anytime soon after this, so I just got it.

I've seen Bradshaw blade in real life during a house-show in Birmingham, England last May. Quite a bit of blood too. yeah, he also bled at Insurrextion. In a match vs. X-pac. It always seems to me they keep guys from blading til they are main eventing for the most part, but as they pushed Bradshaw, they started early and let X-pac get him.

YES! I loved that movie. I wanted so bad to go see it opening day and I did. I also own the VHS. The DVD I am sure, is in high demand... ah, good times. That came out right as the All That show started going downhill.

that's weird. I have the set (I love it) and I have watched it on both my main DVD player and my PS2... the PS2 worked fine the few times I used it... I don't know. Of course, my PS2 is still pretty new (X-mas present) so maybe that's why I haven't really had any messups yet. Episode 4 is also my favorite, I love it. I show that to anyone I tell the show about. I also love Episode 2, the clip show, it's great, but to make it even funnier, you have to see Episode 1 first... that's a little more involved. Hope you figure out your problem. My set has worked, I dunno.
