Once again voters show they are unable to adjust to upsets. This week Michigan is two spots ahead of Notre Dame, who are one spot ahead of Michigan State. The Coaches Poll is even worse as Michigan is five spots ahead of Notre Dame who is four spots of Michigan State. I know Michigan beat that powerhouse Eastern Michigan this week but would have it have killed the voters to drop them below Michigan State? And they still have Iowa a spot ahead of Iowa State. Again the Coaches Poll is even worse with Iowa State not even close to even being ranked yet Iowa is. Remeber that poll is still helping to decide the national champion. What a joke. New AP Top 25 1. They're Black Widow.

They moved up a couple of years ago I believe. Considering how apatheic Stanford fans are about the football team it wouldn't surprise me if more fans from UC Davis probably made the trip to the game. Many Stanfod alumni were upset that they scheduled a I-AA team for the first time since I think 1990. Thankfully Oregon and UCLA came up with decent wins today. Arizona is only down by seven in the 4th with the ball against Purdue. Game is no where to be found on t.v. though.

Stanford just lost to UC Davis. If you live outside of Northern California and have actually heard of UC Davis, give yourself a cookie. Holy shit 1-10 season here it comes. How'd they beat Navy?
-
And then there is the Tennessee 3rd string QB named Joe Bob Cooter.

Probably the first CONTROVERSY~ of the rankings this year as South Carolina doesn't move at all despite losing but this wouldn't be fun without some controversy? Connecticut is undefeated but not sniffing the Top 10 as they are 25th in correct pick % and dead last in "strength of schedule." And Florida can't be stopped...until next week, mwahahahaha. It's still early so not much meaning so far with only Agent Bond34 and Lando Griffin showing consistency. For those who are winless, phoenixrising last year started 0-4 and nearly made it to the Bored Bowl by running the table. Looks like he'll have to do the same again this year. Bored Championship Series Top 10 thru Week 3 1. Florida - Agent Bond34 2.4 2. South Carolina - Cuban Linx 4.65 3. Oklahoma - Damaramu 5.55 4. Notre Dame - Lando Griffin 5.9 5. Score of the Day: Tulsa 54, North Texas 2 (update!) Okay it was cute for a while but come on NCAA enough is enough, move the entire Sun Belt Conference to I-AA. North Texas is the best they have to offer! And completey unrelated I just feel so bad for a guy having to grow up with the last name Fagg (FSU wideout).
-
They are? Okay postseason but they are known for playing great late in the season...until this year. I'm still not sure how this offense is 5th in the A.L. in runs scored. They have zero power. Eric Chavez has just dissapeared at the plate.

Tulsa is blowing out North Texas, one match-up decided: Auburn (Agent of Oblivion) def. Troy (Angel Grace Blue)

Akron beat Middle Tennessee State, three match-ups decided: #1 Florida (Agent Bond34) def. Tennessee (Kotzenjunge) Oregon (nogoodnick) def. Penn State (therealworldschampion) Syracuse (CanadianChris) def. Virginia (Edwin MacPhisto)

Time to burn your retinas, Oregon is sporting their neon yellow unis tonight.
-
Larry Coker's job is going to start being in jeopardy if Miami loses here. Their chances at a BCS bowl would be gone with two conference losses. With the conference looking so tough this year even a decent bowl (Gator, Peach) might slip away as well.
-
Three match-ups decided by Miami/Clemson: Illinois (Matt Young) def. #5 Miami (SpacemanSpiff) Georgia Tech (iggymcfly) def. #3 LSU (teke184) Connecticut (DragonLordaKaiba) def. #8 USC (Cartman)

Baylor doesn't have a winnable game on their schedule the rest of the way, they'll end up 4-7 at best if they pull an upset some where. Vanderbilt has three winnable games left to get to 6-5.
-
Michigan State just owns Notre Dame. I knew I should have gone with the upset. To show how little interest there is college football in the Bay Area, Cal's game against Illinois is no where to be found locally on t.v. today. They are losing 17-7 in the 2nd quarter, hehehehe.
-
Alabama is crushing Sout Carolina, one match-up decided: Alabama (AlwaysPissedOff) def. #2 South Carolina (Cuban Linx)
-
Wyoming beat Air Force 29-28, one match-up decided: Stanford (Bored) def. #9 Maryland (MarvinisaLunatic)

His knee was bent in a bad way so I'm guessing he's done for the game and maybe the season. Looked pretty ugly.
-
Let's see TCU beats Oklahoma, loses to SMU (who lost to BAYLOR), then beats Utah. Makes sense.
-
Again if Iguchi was just blowing away the competition I'd see giving him the award, even though I still wouldn't vote for him, but there are a handful of true rookies having just as impressive years. Aren't his accomplishments less impressive than Chacin or Street (Gomes has played too little I think and I know Joe Blanton has no shot with a losing record even though his numbers are very similar to Chacin) being that he has more experience than them? I think it would be a real shame if Iguchi wins it.

I just fixed it. Damnit now I see I had your picks switched.
