I'm not going to bother with standings until Week 5 as by then most of everyone will have played at least one conference game.

I shall dedicate the rest of my season to rebuild the city of Houston.

Amazing turn of events this week as only one Top 10 team falls and that was in the one match-up where a Top 10 team had to lose. On top of that, in 17 of the 20 match-ups this week the higher ranked team won. Now you'd think with everything going so remarkably to form there wouldn't be a whole lot of changes in the rankings this week but you would be so very wrong. First thing, something that didn't surprise me is that we had a wide divergence in correct picks this week (3 to 12) and secondly we're only three weeks into the season which leaves a lot of room for movement. #1 iggymcfly wins but loses the top spot! #2 still fly wins but in lackluster fashion and tumbles out of the rankings! *gasp* Expect more of the same next week as there is less than a 1 point rating difference from #1 to #6. Bored Championship Series Rankings thru Week 3 1. Ball State - Vampiro69 2.4 2. Arizona - UZI Suicide 2.5 3. N.C. State - AboveAverage484 2.8 4. Virginia - Edwin MacPhisto 3.05 5. Georgia Tech - iggymcfly 3.1 6. Nebraska - Mecca 3.1 7. Tennessee - Canadian Brandon 3.9 8. Ohio State - Gert T 4.6 9. Indiana - Tzar Lysergic 5.2 10. Fresno State - Agent Bond34 8.1 Other Receiving Votes: Alabama (AlwaysPissedOff), Arizona State (still fly), Buffalo (Carnival), Miami of Ohio (Hawk 34)

Allan Evridge needs more electrolytes!

You lost by tiebreak.

UNLV blocks the field goal in overtime, they win 23-20. Yup it's still USC and the Nine Dwarfs. Good lord just think if Purdue doesn't remember they were Purdue in the second half, Oregon State would have been the only non-USC Pac-10 team to pick up a win today.
-
UNLV has 1st and Goal with 1:05 left, down 20-13 against Arizona State. As if this day couldn't get worse for the non-USC subdivision of the Pac-10. And a UNLV wideout makes a sick one handed catch to score the tying touchdown with 18 seconds left.
-
And after all this Ohio State could easily run the table and find themselves back in the MNC again to torture us all.

Brent Musberger trying the hard sell going into the commercial break to keep people from changing the channel.

Uh ya, Tressel might want to junk the swapping of quarterbacks and just stick with Pryor.

Is this game ever going to start?

BYU 42, UCLA 0 at the half. Jesus Christ. And just saw the replay of Weis getting hurt. Ouchie.

Guess the Pac-10 decided to do it's best ACC impression today.

It's 300th Blog Entry Spectacular! Or just another random list. Biggest surprise about this list is how little Ken Griffey Jr. shows up on it but he did spend a lot of years in the hitter friendly Kingdome. Ya but it's usually set to the second week of October. Duke is up 41-31 against Navy. If they hold on they'd have their first two win season since 2004 and it'd be the first time since 2003 that they had a winning record at any point in a season.

lolz Cal is already down 21-3 against Maryland. The Terps scored a total of 28 points in their first two games against Delaware and Middle Tennessee. Those 9:00 AM PST starts are a bitch.
