Surely they're saving more matches for Night 2, that looks a little raw.

1. Do you think AJ Styles is a good worker? Its one of those things where of course, you've seen better workers, but he has to rank in the top group, as I haven't seen a bad Styles match as yet. a. Does he have good psychology? The Pele kick would lead me to believe no, but he can have at times. Thing is, he's not in TNA to have psychology, he's in TNA to be a high-flying, innovative poster-child. b. Good selling? No, but once again, TNA are counting on their fans to look at his moves and go 'aww, preeeety', rather that 'but shouldn't his leg be hurting like hell right about now?' c. Do you think he blows a lot of spots? I've seen him blow a couple, but hell, every guy blows a couple. 2. Do you think AJ Styles is the ideal poster child for TNA, excluding his devotion to the company? If I recall, before the Spike debut TNA did a test with some people and found that AJ was the most marketable character - young, good looking, athletic - he's the captain of the TNA Football team, which is why he wears the X Gold. Only problem is, he lacks the charisma to be the captain of the football team. a. Is there anyone better? If so, who? Joe is the obvious choice, but its one of those things where his look is so different, so fresh, that its going to take fans some getting used to a massive Samoan guy that can do a plancha. Daniels is getting on in age, and really won't be around for more than another five years at this pace, if that long. Of course, then there's Monty, but his sometimes out-there promos and finishing move that could catch on, could not, make him a gamble. All that in mind, Styles is the man right this minute. 3. Do you think AJ Styles is charismatic? In some ways, yes. a. In ring charisma, crowd involvement Yes. b. Out of ring charisma, promos. No. He needs a manager, even a girl, to get him over even further. 4. What's the best AJ Styles match you've seen, not just limited to TNA? I'm really not sure. I need to get my hands on some more ROH or PWG, because I'm told that AJ-Joe from PWG is great, but the AJ-Joe match and the AJ-Daniels-Joe Three-Way were both awesome. 5. Do you think that AJ Styles has the "tools" to be a top-drawing money maker? Not all the tools, but certainly a lot. Once AJ can let some more emotion out, gain a character, he can go to the next level. I think it could take a feud with someone the calibre of Raven to do that, not just a wrestling feud, an emotional, angry, 'I want to kill somebody' feud. Just like Raven developed Tommy Dreamer, I think someone as smart as Raven needs to grab AJ and pull him up a rung in the charisma and character department. There's no reason for fans to care about AJ yet. He's just a great athlete and that's all. And for a business that relies on stories, AJ needs one.

No, I like that idea. Builds Joe/Daniels up instead of just saying 'well, they didn't get along on the prime time special, so we're putting them in a match!' They need to explore the fact that they don't like each other, and that both want a shot (or in Daniels case, another shot) at Styles.

We only get two games a week here, I'm pumped that we get Cavs-Spurs. I've been a big fan of the Cavs off-season moves, and I think this could be a clear indication of where they are at, or at least where they have to go in the next few months.

You dislike the Canadian Destroyer? Blasphemy. I should get this show in a couple of hours. Looking forward to it.

Yep, send everything Down Under. Also on November Reign:

Plus, no one would believe that the blonde cheerleader-type girl Jackie would be with freakin Raven. Hey, at least Beulah was a little dark.

'Leaving the Beef' sounds like some sort of gay inuendo. That was my first experience of Los Diablos En Fuego, its about time we had a mexican tag team. Good opener, the Love Doctors just keep climbing up the ranks. For people like myself who need to catch up on their HeldDown's, the recap PR did helped. Aaaaaaand PR does his best Rock impression on the mic. Not as long as I thought it would be, but it served its purpose of putting PR over as a threat. Bohemoth and O'Hara interest me. We haven't had that good monster/smaller guy dynamic in our teams. I'm interested to see where they go from here, and I'm also wondering if the Sk8er Bois will just switch gears and go back down the card, or whether their tag title match will propell them back up. Great to see Patty back bringing the funny. You keep writing, I'll keep laughing. The Women's Division is much like the Tag Division in that it was once just sorta there and thats all, but then a couple of guys decided to run with it, and create one hell of an entertaining division. Well done. Vitamin X is 0-3 on Pay Per View? Thats not cool. But good win to Okatu II here. Swank November Reign poster. I was surprised by Parka's loss, I really thought he was going to have a long run with the HI-YAH Belt. No matter though, because I like the Christian Wright character, and I'm interested in where he goes from here. TEH HEVENLEE ROCKERS~! Great 4-Way, even better screw-job. Once again, I was relaly surprised that the Heartland title changed hands here. I'll be interested to see if Alf has any aces up his sleeve for CSI. I knew the Usual Suspects and GPX would have a good match, just knew it. Great match with the faces coming back to win the last two falls. I'd like even more to see them go at it again. As I said, awesome, awesome graphics Papa. The one big interest that I had going into reading this match, apart from who was actually going to win of course, was would Black T lock up? I knew it probably had to happen, but I wasn't sure. It was built up well, and didn't dissapoint. I liked Dan stopping Hebner from counting ten. It was good to see the match go on for a while before Dan got eliminated as well. Overall, good show guys, things are looking up.

Question: Wasn't Papacita going to make a new World Title? I know Hoff talked about it. -
You guys have a curfew over there?

I'm about to get some dumbells, a bench and a rower from a family friend, so I'm well on the way to setting up a decent little home gym in my garage. At the moment I'm 6'3 and about 220, but realistically I'd like to get down to under 200, which is possible. I totally agree with Brian, I'm the kind of guy who can't run on pavement. My dad had a knee replacement 8 weeks ago, and if I run on pavement I'll be there in 40 years as well. I'm going to start running along the beach, seeings as its coming up to summer here. Is grass pretty safe to run on as well?

I didn't bother this year, but it was interesting... Myself and a friend were out and the race was about to start, so we went to a Harvey Norman across the road, as it had the 120cm Flatscreens etc, so we figured that would be the best place to see it. We walk in, and every employee (bar one who was watching the door) was glued to the TV watching the race. 'The Race That Stops A Nation', definitely.

I was about to say, you DO realise that half of the MySpace 'celebrities' are total fakes, right? I class it under 'people with way too much time on their hands'

So Torrie joined her hubby on the unemployment line?

The man has a hell of an idea.

I woke up ten minutes ago, this pretty much sums up my feeling. But I'm happy for Christian if he gets a Main Event spot in TNA. He sure as hell deserves it, and say what you like about his restholds, he's got some good fucking charisma. I agree that Jay Reso > Christian. They'll probably feud him with Hardy, but if I were him, I'd make sure he isn't screwed over for being a more effective heel than Jarrett.

I've had it for a while. Terry Funk says ECW at least once.

Before I give my first Beef Bak in a long, looooooong time, I just wanted to echo Tony's statements - you always seem to outdo yourself with the graphics papa. Awesome, awesome stuff. Good opening and closing Love Shack's too, KC. Now, to read the show.
-
Yep, I'm 6'3 and I'm taller than Joe, Rhino, Jarrett, everyone that I met.

That 'the administrator requires board members to sign in' stuff is bullshit. Whatever happened to having a look at something before being sold on it? I won't join for that reason.

Any link to the Saturn story, or would anyone care to elaborate? Sounds crazy.

Wow, that sucks for Kane. I've always enjoyed his work, I hope it isn't as feared. As for Edge, he'll probably still wrestle.
