  1. Getting beat by Kane. What a giant slayer.
  2. Explain why Shane stayed out of TV storylines for 21 months then? That doesn't sound to me like someone with an ego problem. After the WCW/ECW Alliance angle was killed, Shane was not in any significant storylines for almost 2 years while Stephanie returned after 2 months. Some ego he has.
  3. It's common knowledge that Shane doesn't want to be on TV and that he has no power whatsoever on what goes on TV. It's all Vince and Steph's thing, since they are the creative heads. So get off Shane's fucking nuts already. It's not his call.
  4. I'm talking about on Monday nights, when they put on a Smackdown house show. That has never made sense to me.
  5. I still don't understand the logic of running a house show against RAW.
  6. I hope Cousin Sal kicks her ass in the inevitable pillow fight.
  7. Well, according to Meltzer, Goldberg's contract expires next March (he only signed a 1 year deal) so he won't be having that belt anytime near WM. And also, Meltzer said that HHH was due to win the belt back at Survivor Series. If Meltzer says it, it's the gospel (subject to change).
  8. Yes, they were in that.
  9. Meltzer said one of the 3MW guys were not related to the legendary Samoan wrestling family. I'm pretty sure it's Jamal, since Rosey still has a job.
  10. "A few readers have sent word that Stephanie McMahon will be doing the Jimmy Kimmel Live show on October 9. At the rate Kimmel is going, will there be anyone in the business who hasn't done his show in a year?" -- Dave Scherer, 1Wrestling
  11. Yes, HBK was practically booed out of the building. MSG popped like wildfire when Sid hit Jose Lethario with the video camera and beat Michaels.
  12. Oh my God, this sounds like the worst...house show...ever.
  13. I am going to Hooters to watch it down here in Macon, Georgia. And judging from the response to the Summerslam finish (people were actually throwing chairs around they were so pissed that HHH won, I was afraid a riot was about to start), these Georgians are going to go crazy when Goldberg wins the belt.
  14. Ah...Coliseum Video. I miss the days when Repo Man vs. El Matador was an EXCLUSIVE NEVER BEFORE SEEN MATCH~!
  15. Stephanie getting booed was great. Since WWE treats MSG like God, maybe the percentage of them finally realizing something is wrong has gone up from 0% to 0.1%? And, if I ever heard my son say that (assuming this kid was young), I would slap the shit out of him and go home immediately. Hey, it'd be a great excuse to get out of this pathetic excuse of an MSG show early.
  16. Heh, yep. Only 2003.
  17. Yeah, you're right. I must have accidentally skipped over that match.

  20. I do remember a pre-PPV promo where Shawn did mention the previous Survivor Series match and stated, "We have some unfinished business." He then also gave the infamous line, "I still got my gold and you don't" which was ironic because this is when HBK was carrying around the fake I-C Title.
  21. But it only lists it as being 2 discs. I didn't see a release date mentioned either.
  22. Ah yes, Scott Putski. He was the bright young man who decided he should leave WWE, a company that seemed to be very interested in pushing him and put him on PPV, since he got that freak knee injury to go to WCW, where he became nothing but Goldberg fodder. Such a smart business man you are, Scott. And if I remember correctly, Unforgiven '99 was pretty uneventful. I think I even remember J.R. going on his Ross Report (RIP) and calling the PPV "disappointing". I guess Russo knew he was on the way out.
  23. "WWE The Ultimate Ric Flair Collection will be released on November 18, 2003, and it is a 3-disc DVD. That is not a typo. The Flair Collection is a THREE DISC DVD!" Michael Weaver, Jr. 1Wrestling
