This isn't gay. Nope.

Hansen's Energy Drink. They even flashed it in his titantron.
-
That would be awesome if all the fans in the crowd at the ECW show stood up and turned around for the entire duration of Angle vs. Orton.
-
Kurt Angle vs. The Sandman would be one of the craziest visuals in the history of pro wrestling. I want it badly now.
-
The following was posted by Dave Meltzer in his Monday 6/5 update:
-
The only other match I can remember them posting twice was Hulk Hogan vs. Lex Luger from WCW Road Wild 1997.
-
Sounds like something Keller made up, but I still wouldn't put it past WWE to do something like that. How do you explain Jamie Noble going from trailer trash to The Dog pt. 2 to a plastic surgeon? Being a WWE booker sounds really easy.

I wish WWE.Com still had that little thing going on where if you found a mistake on WWE.Com, you got 15% off anything from WWE Shopzone.

1WrestlingShop.com - Deluxe Title Belts A quick scan through the deluxe title belt section on 1WrestlingShop shows that WWE has begun manufacturing of replica ECW title belts. They have NOT done this with WCW title belts since the original stock ran out in 2001 and it does not look like they are going to again. The velvet cover for the bag has a large ECW logo, and two small logos of WWE and WrestleMania XX. Is this more evidence that Vince McMahon will indeed revive the ECW brand or just a happy coincidence?

More evidence of WWE reviving the ECW brand
QuestionMan replied to QuestionMan's topic in The WWE Folder
Heh, yeah. I found this when I was looking up the Angle/Puder WON article to link in the One Night Stand '06 thread. -
WWE had the crowd noise muted for the segment. That YouTube video was probably ripped straight from the satellite feed. It's not that you don't remember it. It was never there to remember. Hmmm, you could say that. *wink* Back when I was posting the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes here, Meltzer did a huge story on what happened between Kurt Angle and Dan Puder on that episode of Smackdown. It's a fantastic read even to this day. Kurt Angle vs. Daniel Puder: The Whole Story (from the 11/15/04 Wrestling Observer Newsletter)

More evidence of WWE reviving the ECW brand

I totally called it. -
Old'd.
-
Meltzer said in the WON 2 or 3 weeks ago that Dan Puder was briefly considered for ECW because the hardcore fans would know the deal between him and Kurt Angle, but Puder was pricing himself way too high for their interests.
-
Technically, Rey vs. Sabu is not a WWE vs. ECW match since Rey has ties to ECW. He just happens to have (and be defending) a WWE title.
-
The challenge was not directed to ECW alumni only. As Paul Heyman said, it was announced as being directed to "anybody that competes in a 4-sided, 6-sided, or 8-sided ring."
-
No, he said "I've got one more in me" in reference to choking someone out.
-
I don't think Taz will be in a match against Lawler. I think that Lawler will come out and bash ECW in a promo. Taz will come out and beat the fuck out of Lawler.
-
Not a clue. This is weird to me too. Like you said, it is usually updated on the 1st of every month unless it falls on a weekend. Very strange, indeed.

Stephanie McMahon booted from the creative director position. Paul Heyman inserted in said position. That would solve a lot of problems right out of the gate. What Heyman did with Smackdown in 2002 was awesome. And I hate to ruin a dream of original poster, but PWI announced that Paul Burchill's pirate character has been scrapped. The creative team is in the process of finding something new for him, so expect him to be released in a few weeks when creative "had nothing for him".
-
Yeah, because it's not like the fans rabidly cheered Kurt Angle over him or anything. Oh wait...
-
Bobby Lashley vs. Booker T Finlay vs. jobber Mark Henry vs. Paul Birchall Kristal Marshall vs. Jillian Hall Matt Hardy vs. Nunzio Rey Mysterio vs. Kurt Angle
-
That's going to be funny when they tape the show after Smackdown and 75% of the arena is empty.
-
I'm wondering if the belt is actually on the line, or if the guy who wrote in the spoilers to Meltzer just got a little anxious to notice correctly.

They had Bill Alfonso in for last year's show, that gives me no reason to think they wouldn't again. Or to bring him back as RVD & Sabu's full-time manager again in ECW.
