The lack of reaction for Ricky Steamboat should make WWE never run Providence, RI ever again. This was the same crowd that sat on their fucking thumbs for the Raw 15 show in December 2007. Providence, RI is the worst wrestling town ever. Fans show up and just sit there.

I don't think Hogan and Savage ever showed up on Saturday Night ever again when Nitro started. Sting and Luger kept wrestling there though. I think the last important thing that really happened on Saturday Night was in August 1996 when Hall & Nash showed up and helped Steven Regal beat Luger for the TV Title.

What the fuck was Undertaker doing? An Ultimate Warrior impression?
-
Rick Rude was a bigger star than Jeff Jarrett.

I wonder why it's just now showing up. He's been hawking this stuff for about 2 years. I'll never forget the original commercial with him playing golf in his wrestling attire while standing between two half naked girls.

Who was the biggest Ring Rat?

All the Lita stuff is just rumors. The rumors were that since she had no money, she fucked her trainers in Mexico instead. The other popular one is that all the Omega guys would often gangbang her in the locker room. There was also another particularly funny rumor that said Lita used to finger herself behind the camera to try and distract people while they were cutting promos. -
Did you really say "renigged"?

He's not giving notice. His contract is up on July 31 and he's turned down all their extension offers.
-
Vince Russo got his start doing pro wrestling radio shows in Long Island and was eventually offered a job with the WWF magazine. That's not much different than Jim Cornette getting his start as a ringside photographer eventually getting offered a job as a manager in the NWA.
-
Jeff Hardy got his WWE Title reign, even if it was only 4 weeks long. He probably feels like there's nothing left for him to do and he's just holding back Matt since he's the more popular Hardy.
-
Why would he bash TNA? TNA actually uses bookers with pro wrestling experience, not Hollywood wannabe writers like WWE does. That's what the whole purpose of the commentary is. It's not a general bashing of the product, it's a bashing of the way things are done.

WCW Beach Blast 1992 was held in Mobile, AL on June 20, 1992. Sting vs. Cactus Jack was billed as a "Falls Count Anywhere on the Gulf Coast" match. Sting was the WCW World Champion at the time, but it was a non-title match.

Tito Santana was with the WWF until at least spring 1993. He had a dark match with Papa Shango at WM9.

Wow, Don Muraco is JUICED to fucking hell.

This didn't air on Smackdown. This was taken from a satellite feed of Smackdown being taped at an arena. Back in 2003, someone had access to Smackdown's feed on a C-Band satellite and was frequently posting the feed on Wednesday morning, complete with all the stuff you don't see on TV. That's why there's no commentary on the video. This happened after Smackdown went off the air.

Nice job on sourcing that. -
I like how someone drew a penis on the left leg of her shorts.

WWE Hall of Famer Sgt. Slaughter recently attended a media presentation at THQ on behalf of the WWE for THQ's upcoming wrestling game, Legends of WrestleMania. Jeff Gerstmann of gaming website GiantBomb.Com has posted an 8-minute interview with the former WWF Champion. Things got very interesting near the end of the interview. Gerstmann noted that he allowed the visitors of his site to ask a question and said the overwhelming majority asked why "Macho Man" Randy Savage was not in the video game. Instead of dodging the question, Slaughter was as honest as he could be and finally gave some real information as to the mysterious issue between Savage and Vince McMahon. He even ended up making a plea to Savage to try and fix the problems. Here is the direct dialogue of the interview: JEFF GERSTMANN: "We put out a question to the people that look at our site and said what are some questions you'd like us to ask while we're at THQ. The #1 question has been about "Macho Man" Randy Savage. It seems like no one can really answer why he's not kind of involved with things currently. I was just wondering if you had anything to say about any of that stuff." SGT. SLAUGHTER: "Such a talented performer and a great mind for the business. I don't even know where he's at. I'd like to know the answer to that question myself. I guess he just did the unthinkable by double-crossing Vince McMahon. I mean a lot of guys went different directions and things like that but Randy really double-crossed him. I don't think Vince will ever forgive him for that. Vince is a smart man. He's a business man. He's brought a lot of guys back that tried to put him out of business. But somehow, Randy got under his skin and I don't know if he'll ever be back. But I would love to see him get into the Hall of Fame. I think he deserves it as far as a performer. And we sure could use him, his mind, and everything for the business. Randy, if you're listening, I'd give a call to Vince McMahon. I don't know what you're doing these days, but I'd give him a call and see if you can't bury that hatchet. Let us enjoy your mind and your thoughts of the business."

WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot

There were 48,000 people there. What do you think? -
Bullshit he wasn't a fullblown babyface. He had been a babyface since the Smackdown before Survivor Series '03.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport...icle2370509.ece The UK Sun is reporting that the cause of death in the case of Andrew "Test" Martin is oxycodone intoxication as a result of an accidental overdose. Oxycodone is found in the painkiller OxyContin, Percoset and Percoden.

Yeah, right. Savage clearly didn't have it anymore during his cup of coffee with TNA in 2004. It seems as if he's let himself go out of working shape since he doesn't need to be in it anymore.

They're not willing to sacrifice the amount of merchandise money Cena brings in.
