They can't. WWE was entitled to 4 NBC specials under their new agreement.

** 2006 WWE Televised Win-Loss Standings **
QuestionMan replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in The WWE Folder
It's time to add Boogeyman back. -
WWE APOLOGIZES World Wrestling Entertainment would like to apologize to anyone who watched WWE No Mercy and was offended by the William Regal locker room incident. Conduct of this kind is unacceptable in a family-friendly environment, and WWE accepts full responsibility. Nudity of any kind, even in a live television environment, is offensive to our audience and to the reputation of our company.
-
You know they haven't called their show "RAW is WAR" since September 2001, right?
-
Well, Credible and JBL worked in WWE off-and-on since '95. Maybe they were somewhat tight.
-
JBL did a very angry interview on WWE.Com, saying that whoever it was that leaked the info to the Internet saying he was thinking about leaving WWE "is a piece of shit that should be fired." Maybe it was Credible?
-
Yes, that was not on television. Kash really believed he shouldn't be welcoming Batista back since he was a heel, despite no TV cameras being around.
-
Kid Kash gets fired for being passionate about ideas for his team with Jamie Noble, gets fired for being annoying. Randy Orton smokes weed backstage and fails drug tests, still employed. Yeah, nothing wrong with this company.

ECW's match at Survivor Series is currently planned internally to be a 4-on-4 Extreme Rules elimination match marketed as "Originals vs. Extremists" featuring Tommy Dreamer, Rob Van Dam, Sabu, & The Sandman vs. The Big Show, Test, Mike Knox, & Hardcore Holly.
-
Actually, Holly's been moved to the ECW brand full-time, works all the house shows, and has been on the last 3 or 4 shows doing a program with RVD.

Angle is still in the "Power is Back" video thing.

Are you serious? Before she messed up her neck, Lita was one of the reasons to watch RAW..Now it's hard to watch Lita now because I remember how she was back in 2000- 2001.She was one of the most over people in the company...Your statement is inaccuarate and I'm not the only who thinks that.Trust me.. Lita used to fuck up bad before her neck injury too. One of my most vivid memories of Lita messing up something horribly was during a tag team match on Raw in February 2002. It was The Hardy Boys vs. Billy & Chuck. Lita got up on the ring apron to hit Rico with the hurricanrana. Both Lita's legs ended up on Rico's right shoulder, completely missing Rico's head. Rico just gave her a sympathy somersault. It was one of the saddest "moves" I've ever seen.

OAO "Holy shit, Kurt Angle is in TNA now" thread...
QuestionMan replied to Downhome's topic in TNA Wrestling
I remember Meltzer said Edge was seriously thinking about quitting WWE in early-2005 and going to TNA when his no-compete ran out. WWE had to tell him straight up that he'd eventually win the WWE Title for him to stay. But shit, now it makes you have to go back and think how different it would be had Matt Hardy, Mick Foley, and Chris Benoit signed with TNA instead of crawling back to WWE land. Mick Foley would have killed himself to put Samoa Joe over as the hottest thing in wrestling (and do a much better job than Jeff Jarrett), and The Hardys could have had their long-awaited reunion there. Perhaps they could reprise some of those great brawls with The Dudl---err, Team 3D. And you have to think that Chris Jericho is keeping his eye on TNA now. -
I'll go on and ask this just to get it out of the way. I know someone eventually will. Should this now be moved to the TNA forum?
-
Meltzer said the names thrown around backstage before the show were Bill Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho, & Chris Benoit.

How can I watch No Surrender live over the internet?

Learn to spell and maybe we might help you. Probably not, though. -
You'd think if this person was closing out the show, it'd be someone new.
-
The Rock never said he would come back. He said that he always missed the live crowd and the feeling he got from wrestling. Never once did he say anything like Chris Jericho just said.

WWE to counter in head-to-head with Ortiz vs. Shamrock III...
QuestionMan replied to Hunter's Torn Quad's topic in The WWE Folder
Oh yeah, like this beating UFC in the ratings would embarass UFC at all. Ratings don't mean shit in terms of money. UFC beats the living fuck out of WWE in PPV buyrates. That's where it matters. -
Yes, because blatantly lying to your consumers has historically turned out to be a great tactic.
-
Seriously. Jim Ross and Michael Cole should shut the fuck up about how their fans have "freedom of expression" if they are going to take anti-Cena signs away.
-
I personally thought JBL's matches against Batista were piles of shit.

Former ECW star New Jack was arrested during the debut Pro Wrestling Xplosion event in Philadelphia, PA at the New Alhambra Arena following an incident where Jack became physically involved with either a woman or a security guard (depending on which version of the story you believe), which led to 20 police officers being called to the scene. UPDATE: Former ECW star New Jack was not arrested last night according to several sources, as the New Alhambra staffer he become physically involved with declined to press charges. Jack was removed from the venue, after gathering his belongings, following a conversation with the responding police officers. According to several stories making the rounds, Jack became loudly abrasive to a female staffer when he was handed a 7-Up instead of a Sprite. When a male staffer stepped in, there was a physical incident, which led to the police being called. Atlas Security separated Jack and the staffer, although Jack apparently went after him a second time outside the venue. There was a shoving match between Jack and promoter Ronnie Lang at one point as well.

We'll, they're shown walking into a school at the end...
