O.J Simpson to write book that details murders

I don't see what's so hard to believe about a man stabbing two people to death. I'm sure you have some excellent explanations for why his DNA was all over the crime scene. -
O.J Simpson to write book that details murders

If the Bobster wants us to take his word for something, he needs to give reasons instead of just making assertions. I'm getting terribly annoyed by how very few around here ever bothers to explain themselves anymore. We used to have real discussions. Nowadays people can't be bothered to say more than a few words, but still expect the rest of the world to treat their opinions as valid. -
And your problem is that you're a damn, dirty ape. Now get your stinking paws off of me.

O.J Simpson to write book that details murders

So you admit you're really just reciting what other people told you about the trial years later instead of going by your own recollections of how it was presented on live TV at the the time? Well, that sure makes you an excellent source of unbiased commentary. This entire site is an electronic record of you talking out of your ass about things there's no way you could know about from first-hand accounts. Actually, that goes for most of the people who post in this folder. -
What word was that?

Thank goodness you're here to tell us these things.

O.J Simpson to write book that details murders

You must be right, since you were 10 years old at the time and still able realized this was happening. -
Only if it makes sense, which I'll admit is not likely. I don't think one artist draws an entire issue. Because of the schedule, there isn't enough time for one person to do all 22 pages of pencils.

O.J Simpson to write book that details murders

Seriously. If prosecutors don't like murderers going free, they should try making a stronger case before taking the accused to court. The prosecution had an airtight case. Unfortunately, the judge allowed the defense to drag too many irrelevant, red herring arguments into the procedings, and O.J. Simpson (a man with a long history of spousal abuse) was painted as the victim of an elaborate and unprovable conspiracy. The trial became a referendum by the mostly black jury on the racism of the LAPD, rather than a determination of whether or not the man murdered two people. edit: Yeah, I know Mark Fuhrman didn't help the case any by having a history of racist remarks, but the leap from saying the word "nigger" to being guilty of orchestrating a multi-person conspiracy targetting an important pillar of the black community like O.J. Simpson (ha!) is AT BEST a spurious connection. O.J. Simpson did committ perjury, though, by claiming not to own certain articles of clothing which was disproven using multiple photographs of him in public wearing the exact items he claimed to think he wouldn't own because he thought they were "ugly." -
The Swim Coach skit was fucking awful.

Oh, SNAP! J.T. didn't think it was "funny." He sure told me! And, as we can see, he made quite a well executed argument telling us why. Your clever use of the contraction "wasn't" in front of the word "funny" was quite insightful. Thank you for posting that, J.T. I feel really enlightened by your explanation. Please feel free, the future, to educate us on what color you think the grass is, in your typical persuasive style. I'm really looking forward to it. I don't understand how we can have three consecutive posts discussing why the article wasn't "funny," but not a single one of you bothered to address what the point of the article was or whether that point was valid. I mean, I didn't laugh either, but I can at least appreciate the irony of using tired, cliched criticisms of Saturday Night Live to describe a show that is (in part) a weekly criticism of Saturday Night Live. But, hey, no discussion of that.

I'd like to have been a fly on the wall when that ad was written. "Let's put together an ad where we show Democrats criticizing Bush." "Bush's approval rating is 40%? How the hell's that supposed to help us?" "We can show great Democratic presidents of the past." "What?" "Then we'll cap it off with a clip of Jon Stewart!" "Whose side are you on?"

Interesting question. I'd think that if there were any Cylon infiltrators left, they'd have stayed with the fleet unstead of moving down to the surface. Funny how the only Cylon models on New Caprica were the 7 we were already aware of. Its not like the humans already knew that all 7 of them were Cylons (i.e. Lucy Lawless).

That wouldn't bother me so much if they weren't referring to the conservatives' version of the Cold War they all seem to believe in (the Soviet Union crumbled because President Reagan kept escalating the arms race), rather than what actually happened (Presidents Nixon and Reagan negotiated significant arms reductions, and the Soviet government collapsed under its own weight after reforms introduced by Gorbachev caused enough people to question the entire system).

Thanks!

That's not going out a limb at all.

Can they really condense Hawkman's origin to a 2 page back-up feature?

Arlen Specter resents that remark.

Dwight and Michael doing "raise the roof" from the "Michael's Birthday" episode would also be an awesome gif.

Remember who is actually in power right now. If this list had been made in 1994, I'm sure the split would look a lot different.

This week is a rerun of "Gay Witch Hunt."

Yup. Anyhow, magnificent episode, that was feature film quality. A little too tidy, for my liking. Destroying the Pegasus = deus ex machina. The ship's final kamakaze mission almost single-handedly got everything back to wear it was during season 2.0. There are a few lingering points, though, that can drive the rest of the season: So do Duella, Lee, and Helo all get demoted? What are the fates of Gaius and Hera? What will happen to Gaeda? He WAS Tyrol's secret informant, after all. Will he be able to prove he wasn't really a collaborator? And, technically, should Zarek be the president now?
