There really isn't a difference between Gang Laws(which are on books), Terror Laws(which are on books), and Hate Crime laws(which aren't on books. Steretypical example: 1: Guy walks into a KFC, screams WHITE POWER and shoots everyone, its a hate crime 2: Guy walks into a KFC, screams JIHAD FOR ALAHA and shoots everyone, its a terrorist act 3: Guy walks into a KFC, wearing blue, shoots everyone wearing red, its a gang attack. All three have the same end effect, the difference is that the terror attack and the gang attack carry a heavier sentence. The hate crime does not. Both send a message of hate to a crowd trough ganglang attacks of terror. So, if a DA or lawyer is smart enough, attach terror to any hate crime and its thus carries the weight of what they want. In stead of it being a hate crime, it becomes domestic terror.

How come this system with voting on Tuesday leads to us being happy that 58% voted this last election and in 3rd world countries in revolutions they have a voting turnout of about 95% The US is the only major country to not have voting on the weekends or a national holiday. If they want to save cost on elections, move it to a national holiday like Vets Day, which is only days away. All federal employees still get the same deal as before. And almost ALL people who work the voting booths are not being paid, so it doesn't make much of a difference.

My 2cents: The case is right and wrong on parts. International opinion should have ZERO baring on my laws. Its good to use the Int'l opinion to guide some laws, but the court should never look over the pond to understand and define US law. However, this case is hazy but still important. If a 10 year old kills someone, should they get the chair the same as an 18 year old? There is a big difference between someone 10 and 18. In every way shape or form. At 18 a person can get married(also under but with parent consent), play the lotto, go to titty bars, smoke, drive(laws in CT and NY being 18 these days),vote, and most importantly, willing die for this country. Almost all of these perks are not allowed to people under the age of 18. So why should laws treat them as adults without allowing them to be adults? If the government is going to vote on laws like such to allow capital punishment to be allowed, and these people are voted by the citizens, why are only people above 18 allowed to vote these people in? If you are saying a person under 18 is in the same mental field as a person above 18, then the person under 18 should as many perks as some who is say 27. However, one thing I do think needs to be done is that juvinile laws need to be made MUCH tighter, a person 12 to 17 should get 50 to life for crimes such as rape in murder, not this jailing until 21 shit.

If 50 is smart, he would make another "In The Club" or "P.I.M.P" because he is going to get his ass handed to him with battle raps. Nas killed Jay and 50 is no Jay. This could be the biggest one sided battle of all time. Yayo and Banks won't be able to save his ass on this one.

Because of my sis class a few years eailer, in ELem they for now one do "This One's for the children" by New Kids on the Block. When I was leaving 8th grade, my class wanted "I'll be missing you" by Puffy. I said who is dying and it dropped for "Its So hard to say Goodbye to yesterday". First off, anyone who puts Biggy has to stop and think(how many albums did he make) He only made 2, so off of two albums(which one sold because he was dead) is kind of Jaded. No doubt he was hot, but not hot enough to be the best. Pac was great, but he has alot of hacked together craps for ablums(almost all after his death). It is cool that his mom released his entire collection(or whored it) but still, not alot of good albums. As for why I said LL is one of the greatest, because he made a style and stuck with it giving him a long ass 21 year career. Not many other rappers STAYED IN the public for this long. The only other group close to this is Run DMC and for most of the mid 90s they were not in the public. I don't think any other rapper out right now will have a 21 year career. Oh, and "the Ripper Returns" killed Canibus. As for Rakim, he is one of the greatest in terms of lyrics, but in terms of hits, what his his last major album, and what was his last major hit? Hits matter as much as lyrics and freestyles. As for Jay-Z, since BIG died, he became the king of NY, which is pretty much on top of the rap game. Almost all of his CDs were good, and he keeps the hits as long as the "street cred" songs. As for anyone who puts BIG or Pac above them, well that is bullshit, and that is whoring those two to sell a record. If these people had the balls, they will call themselves the greatest. Rap seems to have this attitude that they don't want to let dead people DIE.

Shane Douglas means nothing to HHH. If anyone Trips takes from its Heel Michaels and Heel Flair. You can run a case with these two. You can NOT in ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM find a comparision between Triple H and Shane F'N Douglas.

Biggie wasn't the greatest, and there would have been songs by all others. Biggie is a hustler that would do a track with just about anyone for cash. Pac would have done stuff with Aftermath, if that would be a label. Jay wouldn't be "retired" at the moment. Diddy wouldn't have needed a girl because Shyne shot up the place. Shyne wouldn't be in jail(atleast for rap shit), and G Unit wouldn't be beefing with the whole rap scene. Also, D-Block would still be on Bad Boy. These are the Usher's and Janet Jackson type. These sing everything except hook. They put on a show and keep singing. These people you can tell because Usher at the 04 VMAs did Yeah then Burn and he was blown big time by Burn because of all the dancing in Yeah! There are few who can do both and keep a show going. Michael Jackson and Beyonce can sing the whole song and keep up the dancing because of how much time they spend singing and moving to put on the best show possible.
