"Macho Man" Randy Savage DVD talk

Maybe people do not want this buried into some thread 20 pages too long? I will pick this bad boy up as soon as it his the shelf. I am glad there isn't a doc with it. I can only see it as a 90 min bashing of Savage. Which is not the point of these DVDs.

    Legends of WrestleMania

WWE logic: Every man for themselves. See 89 Royal Rumble with the first two entrants. I like the controls its easy to use. And does not take long to get used to.

    Legends of WrestleMania

If custom music is in the game, then "Hard Times", Perfect's, Steamboat's, Savage, Demolition, and Sting's themes are all going into the game in a heartbeat.

    Chris Brown

Or maybe it looks like someone beat the shit out of her and two people called the police to confirm said beat down. I personally see this as the end of his upstart career. Its hard to keep a fan base of mostly females when you beat the shit out of one, and that one is the second biggest female star currently out there.

"Macho Man" Randy Savage DVD talk

Without Savage's own words, it is much better to be matches only. Since the last time they made a DVD without the main person's own words, they got sued by the Ultimate Dingo Warrior.

    Legends of WrestleMania

the IGN video shows the ability to make savage real easy. His complete WM7 attire is in the game, plus his moveset will most likely be in the game. This is the first game in the SD series since Here Comes the Pain to have real outfits in the game so it is easier to make people.

    XBOX 360 vs. PS3

I own a PS3, I love it. The point about Blu Ray is that people getting an HDTV and want the next gen DVD player, can get a PS3 to get both options out the box. Most people who hate blu ray players do not have it or HDTV for that matter. Nobody who has a 1080i or 1080p HDTV who has seen Planet Earth can say a blu ray play does "marginal improvements". As for price: I am skipping games because they are about the same price for each system. PS3 with 80 gig hard drive - 400 OR PS3 with 160 gig hard drive - 500 Extra wireless Controller- 50 Extra USB wire to charge said controller- 20 Component wire set - 30 dollars OR HDMI cable - 60 to 120 dollars Total Price just to get started for 2 players: 500 to 690 dollars.

    XBOX 360 vs. PS3

Comes down to these points: 1: If you want a blu-ray player as well, get the PS3 since it comes with it. 2: If you want a larger game collection, get the 360 since it is older with way more titles for a total price of about 150 less than the PS3 after extras. 3: If you want Rock Band/Guitar Hero/Madden/GTA it doesn't matter.
  11. MTV/MTV2/VH1 all suck. I am glad I have VH1 Classics, VH1 Soul, MTV Hits, MTV Jams, and MTV-U. All 5 stations seem to be 24/7 music videos. In the case of Classic, if it isn't a music video. Its a doc on an artist. Something music related, not bullshit like "washed up/never will be dating game!!!". Cartoon Network having live action is really crappy.

    Michael Jackson thread

My favorite Jackson song is Butterflies and its off of his last album Invincible. My second favorite single by the guy is Off The Wall. He has a lot of good music and one could make a party of a few hours going off his tracks. Most people will sing along and love to hear him. But once the music stops, everyone is ready to bust out the now unfunny jokes. His best bet is not to even make a new album, just hit Vegas with J5 and sap money out of middle age America who wants a quick little show between slots and poker.

    Recommend me an MP3 player

My PC is holding 29 gigs of music, but my most played play list has about 1.5 gigs in it. Nobody could really listen to EVERY song on an 80gig to 160gig player. My 8gig Nano is more than plenty.

    Recommend me an MP3 player

I have a nano and like it. If you are just for music, once you get over 2 its pointless to care about how many gigs. Thats hundreds and hundreds of songs. More than you might really listen to.

Christians Beat Special Ed team 100-0

Most stories says full court press and 3 pointers were going on when the score was like 88-0 with 3 mins left in the game. The coach went to speak for the school and says that they did nothing wrong and did not run up the score. The head of the school wanted to call the game a forfeit because that was not what the school wants or teaches its students. Since they want went out to not only embarrass the team, they embarrassed the school they are from. This story is really a "you get it, or you don't" type deal. Its not so much that they won by a lot, its how they did it. The coach got his for acting like this sort of beat down is ok. There are plenty of ways of hitting the breaks. They didn't try to slow down until after they hit 100. They knew full well by 20 to nothing that this game was over, and instead of trying to run the clock out, they tried to show up another school.

From Cluless to Champion to Classless

Don't forget the Yankees fired him, and after years of threating to fire a guy that brought them to the post season 12 years in a row. I doubt love is in the air between him and Yankee management.

    HDTV

I went by one today, you were saving at most 2cents off normal price. Most of the cheap TVs were 25inch and less LCDs non widescreen.

Ron was fired the first time for refusing rehab. He has been in and out at least 2 more times. It makes total sense. Plus, I see him and Slaughter coming back sooner than later.

HijackTHIS - Removes browser hijacking (redirecting to other sites like Casino site when you are trying to go to Google.com etc). [/color] E-mail Clients Incredimail - Has cool features like backgrounds, handwritten sigs, etc. Eudora - Alternate to Outlook and Outlook Express which most viruses are targeted at. Free version has small 3/4" add in the lower right but not really noticable. Paid version also includes SPAM filter. Mozilla 1.4 - Includes pop-up blocking in the browser itself plus includes Communicator E-mail client that is very good. SPAM Blockers Mailwasher - Good program. I use this at home. You run it before you check e-mail with your e-mail client and it will automatically tag e-mail as SPAM (you can also add stuff to blacklist) and can bounce the e-mail back and also delete it before it hits your Inbox. The bouncing is good because it gives the appearance that your e-mail addy doesn't exist. Free version only checks one account. Note: This is for POP3 e-mail (ie. Hotmail, Yahoo mail is not available but the Paid version can check Hotmail.) Shoot The Messenger - A small (only 22Kb, takes five seconds to download on a slow connection) and simple to use program that will stop Windows Messenger Service spam (gray boxes that appear in the middle of the screen.) Pop Up Blocking Google Toolbar - Add-on for Internet Explorer. Google Labs has some cool shit and the newest thing included in their Toolbar is pop up add blocking. Easy to use and install/uninstall. Pop-Up Stopper Free Edition - I've heard this works fairly well but I have never used it personally. Windows Live Toolbar - More goodies from Microsoft. Gives pop up blocking, phish filtering, and tab browsing to current IE. Now, get atleast a virus scan or a firewall. If you can get one of the paid ones, they come with some service and support to help guide you through your fuck ups. Browsing the web is like having sex. You better use some protection or you might catch some form of eTD.

    NFL Week 13

That seems to be the only T-Giving game I can remember giving a damn about. But as a Cowboy fan, nothing goes better with Turkey as a Cowboy win on the side. What they need to do is put games that might have a hope in hell of being good. Like Giants/Cowboys or Bears/Lions and show a game where teams could show up and play. Last few ones have been total boring crapfest. And the NFL network game is just too late in the day to give any sort of fuck about.
