And you did get 8 ppvs. Halloween Havoc, whether you get the Turner Home Video version or the actual live ppv version is still the ppv. Its not like he said you'd get the Halloween Havoc ppv and instead you got a Nitro or a Thunder. You just got a clipped version of the ppv. And as far as paypal goes, they only care if you got anything. They don't handle disputes about whether what you got was crap or not. All he has to do is prove you received his shipment, and they close their investigation.

Unless he lied about what they were your chances are pretty slim of getting money back. A lot of people sell their cheap copies but choose their words carefully to get away with it. They aren't even supposed to be selling copies so they make sure to be very vague about what they have. I always make a point to look for things such as "boxed master" or "original in box". If its questionable I usually email them and ask before bidding. You can threaten with negative feedback but you may still get nothing. I would try and negotiate but not let him realize you know you don't have a chance of getting your money back. If worst comes to worst, accept his offer of other tapes and at least get a little something out of it.

I don't think so. I usually like to listen for the reactions of the crowd and more often then not think to myself that its a dead crowd. Of course now that I have DirecTV I get to watch Raw at 6PM so I get it live with the East Coast crowd.

I NEVER said that he is the next Brian Pillman, but they are booking him like he is a "loose cannon", just like they did with Pillman. I wasn't saying you dude, chill. I'm talking about even Teddy himself proclaiming that to be the case. The reason I consider him a loose cannon is because he isn't just pissing people off. He's pissing them off to the point where they want to take his ass out. How long before he pisses someone off legit and he gets taken out ala Bruiser Brody? American justice is quite different than Puerto Rican justice, but I can see someone taking him out and any witnesses not caring to speak out on his behalf because they feel he deserved it.
