    The ONE and ONLY........

Richard is going to bring some much needed comedy to the show. These people all take themselves way too seriously.

    Dutch Mantell

I saw a lot of the "hot angles" from IWA-PR and they didn't seem very hot to me. Owner of the company feuding with the top babyface, etc etc. Nothing we haven't seen before. If anything, it tells me PR either doesn't get WWE and hasn't seen these same stories play out for the last few years, or they just don't know better.

Paul London to get an actual feud?

Sources have told 1Wrestling.com the Smackdown creative team has discussed a storyline for Kidman and Paul London that appears to have started with their match last night against the Basham Brothers. The plan that has been discussed is to continue to team Kidman and London for several weeks while building to a possible breakup between the two that would be related to both men using the "Shooting Star Press" as their signature move.

Kevin Nash stabbed during movie filming

Kevin Nash was stabbed while shooting his role for The Punisher. The injury occured during a fight scene between Nash and star Thomas Jane. Jane accidently stabbed Nash during the filming, but Nash was not even aware of being stabbed until later due to the intensity of the scene. In related news, Nash is in talks with Dreamstage Entertainment to work the HUSTLE-2 show on 3/7 in Yokohama, Japan. Nash would likely work the show with Scott Hall if a deal is worked out. The show will be headlined by Bill Goldberg vs. Shinya Hashimoto. Credit: PWInsider.com

New Jack was offered a spot on the roster?

Exept for the kid-killing part, that promo is hilarious.

New Jack was offered a spot on the roster?

What'd he say in the shoot? This is all I could find: Also during a segment during hour one of the show, New Jack (who has promised the following in 2004: gaining custody of Shark Boy, a rematch against the Sandman in chess, and retirement) cut a promo on the Dudleys due to a line (or as they call it in the music business a "dis") in their "We’ve Had Enough" romantic ballad on the WWE Originals CD. New Jack shot a "shoot" promo on the Dudleys, Paul Heyman (claiming Heyman owed him "two hundred million thousand dollars"), ECW vs. CZW (eight track vs. DVD), and even Raw General Manager Eric Bishoff (Why? Because that’s our New Jack!) Unfortunately, we don’t have the transcript here, however direct from NewJackUncut.com, here is a Press Release dealing with the WWE Original's CD. To Bubba and D' Von Dudley Next time you rap about me b******, get your facts straight. Not even the song or rap that you tried to do is even original, you took a bite off of an old 2pac song. The whole cancer thing was a work. When you call me out, understand what the f*** you are getting into. The only thing D'Von and me have in common was we ****** the same nasty a** rats at the hotel while he was married! 1st of all, you m************ done bit off of everybody in the God damned business and true enough you get paid for it, but you guys still aint s***. You proved my point by making a song about me. The only thing about that song that was a hit was you mentioning my name, that is the only reason why the song may go platiunum. "My foe foe make all your m************ kids die slow" M************! See you soon, New Jack

Update to ROH Second Anniversary Show

Being that VDay is on Saturday, I plan to take the woman out on Friday night to beat the crowds. I tell her its much more enjoyable being able to enjoy the meal without someone waiting to take my table, etc, etc. Works every time. I like the way they are handling the heavyweight title match. If the contenders pin each other they get #1 contender. If they pin the champ they get the belt. I'm just starting to watch old ROH shows so I'm not sure if this has been done in past events, but its a great idea.

    Eddie Guerrero's Popularity

I just checked the WWE's calendar, hoping that after No Way Out Smackdown would have a show in Texas. Unfortunately not. Remember the last Smackdown where Eddie went home and they let him open the show? The crowd went fucking nuts for him. If he were to go home, and have the WWE title with him, the place would explode and I would probably never watch another wrestling show again because nothing would top that for me.

    The Rock on Jim Rome

The Rock was a guest this morning on the Jim Rome show. Rock was on the show to promote his upcoming Walking Tall movie as well as Wrestlemania XX. Rock talked about acting and said there are a lot of roles for him in the movie business as opposed to only one in wrestling. Still, Rock said he grew up in wrestling and loves it and loves giving back to the fans. Rock said he would be coming back for one night only at Wrestlemania XX. 1wrestling.com So no build up, just WM20? Guess Foley will shoulder the load to bring him back or what? I hope they don't have him as a mystery guest. Fans need to know its him for sure to help buyrates.

    This Folder sucks

And keep it that way. Not worth wasting your time. The book is all you need. Cool thanks for the advice. IT, The Stand and Bag Of Bones........all Stephen King and probably the 3 greatest books I have ever read. I loved The Stand. Over 800 pages and yet it left me wanting more.

The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

SportsLine.com wire reports SALT LAKE CITY -- Karl Malone was offended by a mock phone call that made fun of him and teammate Kobe Bryant during a timeout of the Los Angeles Lakers' game at Utah last week. "For them to put that out there about him, that's disrespectful," Malone said. "I will never, ever forgive them for this. No class at all." Malone, who played 18 seasons with the Jazz, did not attend the game last Saturday because of a knee injury. It was supposed to be his first game as an opponent in Utah. During a stoppage, Jazz mascot "Bear" answered a fake call that was broadcast over the loudspeakers. The caller imitated Malone's voice and identified himself as "Mail," saying he wanted to come "home," L.A. fans were "mean" to him and the Lakers don't pass him the ball. The call ended with the imitator saying, "I guess it could be worse. I could be Ko...," stopping short of saying Kobe. Bryant had spent the previous day in Colorado, where he's facing a trial on a sexual assault charge. "That kind of stuff there is like pathetic. If an athlete would have did that, we'd have been talking about it for the rest of the year on SportsCenter," Malone said before the Lakers' home game against Seattle on Wednesday. Later in the game, Jazz owner Larry Miller was handed a cell phone for a second call from the fake Malone and was cheered when he promptly hung up. Miller did not immediately return a message seeking comment Thursday. Malone said he had no problem with the Jazz poking fun at him, but the Bryant reference was in poor taste. "I guarantee you, I'll have the last say on this. You can print that. That little skit they did, it'll cost them. I guarantee you," Malone said. The Rock on Jim Rome

Ugh, I hate hearing this. WWE needs to have buyrates come from the stars of NOW, not the past. What they need and what is reality right now are two different things. Along with Stone Drunk and maybe one or two other guys, Rock is the most marketable guy.

    The O.C.

I don't know because I heard they had 28 shows for season 1. Thats a lot more than most shows. But then again they did start early buy starting the first of August when most shows on Fox waited until October.

WWE News from the 1/26 Observer

Flair used to say that in the NWA in the 80s all the time. Oh, so Buckner picked up the Ric Flair DVD. Makes sense. Maybe during his Super Bowl introduction he can come out wearing a sparkling robe and WOOOOO all over the place. Holding up four fingers.

WWE Notes: Steiner, Triple H/HBK, Rumble

No..... I'm crapping on him for getting more time than all the other matches combined and still whining that he needed more. The match was sub-par from them lying around the whole match. How is an extra 10-15 minutes going to fix that? I would love it if Rey Mysterio came out and said he didn't think he put on a good match and wishes he had another 30-45 seconds to tell a better story.
