What is Skipper's "Instant Replay" move exactly?

Same with me as the dude that posted above this...I can't DL mp3's because of my lame ass computer...transcribing em would be good stuff.
-
The guy who RF referred to in the IM convo as the only guy he was comfortable having BUTT sex with.

How about Jon Barber? Dude, don't even joke about shit like that. Sentiment echoed 10x, bad enough the kid's been let loose to the point he thinks he's king/authority of that forum already. Anyway, I still think Misc should have some sort of moderator. Personally I think PsychoDriver would be perfect to take Zack's place there. He's a nice guy, knows his shit, is never offensive, has heat with no one and always makes quality, intelligent posts. Hey asshole, You seem to have it out for me and I have no idea why. I just happened to wander into this forum and read this thread. Why do you hate me? What have I done to you? First you bitch to me in the Love Sex & Dating thread. Then in the Misc. Promotions thread. Now here. WTF is your problem. If you have one with me, then PM me or IM me about it. Anybody's whose met me will tell you I'm very cool in real life, but you really seem to have a problem with me and I don't know why. No need to keep bashing me for no apparent reason.

From the DVD message board earlier in the day... "hehehehehehe I called it Ring of Homos right from the first show" Pedophilia != homosexuality Michrome said on DVDR that Gabe said in an ROH online chat room that the upcoming shows are still on, but that he wouldn't comment on the situation. The message you quote, BTW, was posted on ROH's board by Barnett, then deleted. The guy on DVDR just copied and pasted it.

A post on a prominent wrestling message board that' I'm not gonna name...some of you probably know the board I'm talking about and will eventually find this post, but I don't wanna risk drawing attention to them or anything...I just thought this post was very interesting... "I'll try not to veer the topic off course, but I think this might be somewhat relevant. A few weeks ago I had a little run-in with Feinstein on an unrelated matter (if you wanna know about it, PM me or visit the website listed in my signature). He emailed me from [email protected] (which is also his Instant Message screen name). At that time, Rob (who I know for a fact had "caught the eye" of individuals within the FBI, the Recording Industry Association of America, the Motion Picture Association of America, and lawyers for Fox Searchlight on matters not relating to today's charges) implied to me that he was basically untouchable since he "had his own FBI agent" (I presumed that his involvement with someone in the FBI pertained to the case in Virginia in which he helped send a man to prison for reasons that are readily available on the internet). It will be interesting to see how this unfolds as details start to come to light." Also, here's a screenshot from the commercial that was posted on that same board... And I've IM'ed a bunch of ROH wrestlers...not one has gotten an official word from anyone in ROH on what the promotion's future is...I damn sure hope it turns out to be false...indy wrestling without ROH will SUCK A couple other completely random notes: - go here...look at the names of the people who have registered today...LOL http://www.rohwrestling.com/forum/index.ph...ey=joined&st=10

INTERVIEW: GQ Money/"Devilish" Lee Handsome
LucharesuFan619 replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
Update on the retrospective: I recently spoke w/ XPW veteran Carlito Montana/Hombre de Oro for awhile. We focused mainly on his pre-XPW career. A recap of the full interview will be up in about a month. In a week or so, we'll talk about all things XPW. In today's interview, Hombre/Carlito discussed his initial impressions of Angel and The Messiah (both of whom he trained), his training philosophy, his thoughts on the infamous dWo shoot segment in So-Cal's SWF, his opinions of Verne Langdon and Dynamite D, and a lot more. Questions are being accepted for part two of the interview, which will focus on his time in XPW (during which he worked with men such as Rey Mysterio Sr., Damien 666, Halloween, The Messiah, and Michael Modest) and what he's been doing since leaving that promotion. Expect more names to be released in the coming days/weeks as to who will be contributing to this retrospective, including at least one relatively major name. A full transcript of my interview with former XPW worker Leroy the Ring Crew Guy a.k.a. RCG will be up in about a week, hopefully. -
Another ROH worker, when asked if it's real..."Thats teh question of the day" I gtg...but this is getting real interesting...

Means there's a gag order on. They won't say anything until they release their official statement. Punk finally responded after about 15 mins., maybe slightly less... "no he didn't, go away."
-
I IM'ed Gabe asking him if this is legit...no answer. I IM'ed CM Punk asking if the 3/13 show is still on, and he said "why wouldn't it be?" and then when I told him, i've gotten no response.
-
I can't explain my shock in words. I mean, everything people have been saying for years...just...WOW...just WOW...

I'm watching RAW for the first time in God knows how long. Jindrak/Cade vs. HurriRosey is on, and Jindrak just hit a sweet ass Vertical Suplex...anyway, I got to thinking - was a reason ever released for why Jamal was fired? I remember it being really, like, abrupt, and him just being announced as being off the roster one day. Did any newsletters/sites release any info about why he was fired? I was gonna ask this in the RAW thread, but I figure I'd get a better response in a new thread, since people are posting every few seconds in there and it'll prolly get drained down without anyone seeing it. Thanks in advance. EDIT: Am I the only one who heard JR say something about "trying to get *Helms* out of the ring" during the last few seconds of the bout? Surprised he called him that...
-
As I said on the ROH board, that's a really wierd combo of guys. And why did Gurentai drop Kikuzawa? The least they could do is get Nosawa & Masada a new name and not drown on the glory Nosawa and Kikuzawa had in FMW by using their name... But all of the cards look great, and it's awesome to see Jeremy Lopez getting some love.

Jamal: Was a reason ever given for his release?

But he was a hoss. In the McMahon doctrine, a hoss = a prostitute. Why didn't they push him? -
Agreed. But please don't bonk me. I'll break your wings more than they already are.
-
He's actually done that on a few occasions before...

I'm writing a column about Juventud Guerrera, and am wondering some stuff that some may be help me with - for those who subscribe(d) to the Observer newsletter...in late 2001 to like mid-2002, there were a lot of tidbits about Juvi and where his career/mind/life was standing at the time. I'm very interested to know some of what was being reported about him, so as to incorporate it into my article. Credit will assuredly be given if you want it to. PM me or post here if you know anything. Thanks.

What does everyone think about the idea of him returning (he and Raven vs. The Gathering this coming week)? I guess for one thing, Bob Ryder must've gotten back on his good side, because they weren't on the same page for awhile and that seemed to be preventing him from returning. Now that's he's back, I guess there's a few routes to go...3PW has experimented with a Raven/Sabu rivalry, and with them now apparently teaming in TNA, it's set up a possible storyline where one turns on the other and they feud. That could be a good thing...they never wrestled in ECW and have only had one one-on-one match that I know of (in USA Pro). Raven's kinda in a tender place right now...feuding with the friggin Redshirts, nothing like where he was during his programs with Jarrett and Styles. I guess Sabu vs. Styles and even vs. Jarrett could be decent, if doen right, but they may be styles clashes. Maybe a Sabu/Funk feud in TNA?

Actually, I talked to Angel a few days ago and he was talking about the show as if it was still on...OG Siderman of XPWTV.com/WTFBoards.com/BlackRussianFilms.com also talked to him and posted that he said at least one of the LXW shows were still on...So I don't know what's going on...all I know is I was hoping Corino 1000 would be able to get me LXW tapes at the show...I doubt that'll happen...

I've never even heard've that dude, so I damn sure don't know what the move is... Anyone know these? - Rob Eckos' Stir of Eckos - Jonny Storm's Jonny Driver - Arik Cannon's Glimmering Warlock - Chris Hero's the Red Abott (apparently used last night in wXw vs. Punk) - Chris Hero's Hero DDT (Full Nelson toss into a DDT? Inverted Russian Leg Sweep/DDT combo? something like that? Anyone know what it is?) - Colt Cabana's Sodbuster - Colt Cabana's Tennessee Waterfall - Colt Cabana's Abra-Cabana - Colt Cabana's Canadian Bacon Leaf Hold - Nate Webb's Webb of Death - Nate Webb's Spyder Bite - Rollin Hard's Westside Suplex - Rollin Hard's N*gga Knocka - Steve Stone's White Out (is it his moonsault? or is it something different?) - Vic Capri's Hayabusa Special - Mitch Page's Page Bomb - Shark Boy's Shark Blast - Sonjay Dutt's Yoga Fire (apparently used in TNA in one of his first few appearances) - Mike Quackenbush's Lightning Lock (he used it to beat Storm last night at wXw) Also, does anyone know any other of Preston Quinn's finishing/signature moves, besides Rolling Piledrivers, the Cobra Clutch Trifecta, and a Sitdown Powerbomb? Also, JC Bailey's Rat Trap is like Nick Mondo's Assault Driver, right? Anyone know the difference between the two moves? Also, anyone have any idea what Jonny Storm's "Barrel Role Michinoku Driver II" looks like? Same with Juvi's 911 Juvi Driver? I understand it's like a Wrist Clutch Pumphandle Ki Krusher? I can't picture it...Same with Grim Reefer's Twisting Neckbreaker on the knee and Boogalu's Running Trapped Brainbuster/Neckbreaker thingy.

INTERVIEW: GQ Money/"Devilish" Lee Handsome
LucharesuFan619 replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
A bloody Carlito Montana leaves the ring following his final appearance in XPW, at Go Funk Yourself in mid-2000. In the match, he received a number of staple gun shots from Rey Mysterio Sr. 10-year ring veteran Hombre de Oro a.k.a. Carlito Montana has been added to the list of those booked to contribute. I'll be conducting a phone interview with him later this week. I plan to ask him about a number of topics, including: *what it was like training under Dynamite D and Verne Langdon in 1990 and '91 *how the Hombre de Oro gimmick came about *his training philosophy *what his initial impressions were of The Messiah and Angel, both of whom he trained *why he remained with Slammers when just about every other member of the roster left the company and jumped to Dynamite D, Patrick Hernandez, and Kevin Kleinrock's SCCW promotion *his initial impressions of Rob Black and Lizzy Borden *how the "Cuban Extremist" Carlito Montana gimmick came about *his memories of XPW's early shows in Reseda, Ventura, etc. *the inside scoop on how he obtained The Messiah his spot on the XPW roster *working with Mike Modest, Messiah, Halloween, Damien 666, Rey Mysterio Sr., and others in XPW *why he left XPW *why he retired from wrestling *what he's been up to since retiring *his thoughts on The Messiah's success in CZW *how he learned of The Messiah's real-life injuries in his home by two thugs *and more Any other questions you have, please post. More names to be added in the next few days and weeks. Also, I'll be interviewing Leroy The Ring Crew Guy later today. A transcript of that interview should be up in the next week. -

IWA Mid-South Lafayette Results...
LucharesuFan619 replied to Phoenix Fury Legdrop's topic in General Wrestling
Alright, time for some fuckin verbal asskickin. I wasn't even laughing so much at the fact they got 87. I was laughing at how the very first thing in the post of these results said "in front of 87 people" or something like that. I thought it was funny that the first thing I read was that there was such a small attendance, but I wasn't laughing so much at the size as much as the fact that it was posted where it was in the post. Stacy McMackin's official results doesn't post attendances. You did, and when I combined the placement of the attendance in the post and size of it, what I came out with was this - that a funny statement had been made. But then again, I guess the LOL-style commands can be taken out of context on the Internet, right? Lord almight... And I had absolutely no intention of bringing up XPW, but if other people are, they know how big a fan I was of them...so I'll say this - the reason XPW got such low attendances was because they expanded too quickly. And the reason they expanded too quickly was because they wanted to get a professional look to them...to stop running in Pico Rivera and shitslums like that and run in a real historic building, Viking Hall, where magazines would fucking cover them, contrary to what they did when they were in Cali. The reason IWA-MS draws so shitty is that Ian is too hesitant to take risks - to see if running in bigger buildings would get them more exposure and therefore higher attendance. As GQ Money told me in my interview with him... "XPW took risks, XPW had balls, and XPW did things the XPW way." I couldn't have said it better. Now people should know not to antagonize me, LOL, because they know I get lured in easy. I was NOT laughing at the attendance from the perspective that it was shitty as much as the way it was expressed in the post. God...take it easy, like I said. Now who overreacted now? I think a few people that posted above me... -
