According to this poster, Misawa will be appearing in the US for over thirty years... quite a commitment! Will he still be doing occasional appearances in the home country?
-
That's a hell of a card for their first show. Who knows - two years from now they might be bringing in guys like Steve Hogan and Hulk Austin!
-
Agreed, especially the testicle-severing-and-eating incident from the first book. And the scene where the main villain is eating the dead boy's body and is described as having an erection. Uuuggggh.

Meltzer gives Joe vs. Punk five stars
Toshiaki Koala replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
Just curious, has Meltzer ever given a match -*****? Edit: Ah, now I see that he has. Roddy Piper v. Mr. T from Wrestlemania 2. And he gave Hogan v. Andre -****? Wow. The match sucked a fat one, but... -
So... is Misawa going to be at the 12/17 show or not?

For the first time in almost 4 years
Toshiaki Koala replied to Frankie Williams's topic in The WWE Folder
I didn't watch either. The only wrestling-related thing I did Thursday night was using my Samoa Joe CAW to beat up Hardcore Holly in Wrestlemania 2000. -
Edge has a book? What's next, Mideon: Naked Ambition?

Rabin? He was killed by a Jew. Oh, and Arafat was a scumbag, and I cheered when I saw the newspaper headline announcing his death.

Can somebody describe Bryan Danielson's Cattle Mutilation?

Holy Crap! Scott Hall puts up pic on HOTORNOT
Toshiaki Koala replied to a topic in General Wrestling
I bet Scott Hall started this thread. -
Oh well, at least he's on the list. I really wasn't expecting him to be on there at all.

Maddox Commentary-Christopher Reeve was an asshole
Toshiaki Koala replied to a topic in No Holds Barred
This guy Maddox... who the fuck is he? And why should I care about him? Enlighten me, please. -
Viscera and Mideon have both won the WWF Championship, in seperate dreams no less. I had a dream once in which I went to Curt Hennig's house, and while I was there Giant Baba died in his bathtub (or it may have been in Baba's own bathtub, can't remember.) There was one really strange dream where Regal was wrestling someone in the ring and all of a sudden he went and jumped over the top rope, landing on his back. The PPV feed suddenly went black and I was all freaked out because I thought Regal had died or something. Creepy, no?

I couldn't decide whether to include Benoit/Jericho or Austin/HHH from No Way Out 01, but I personally find the latter to be overrated and the less HHH, the better - right? I lumped the TLC matches into one choice because as great as they are, it's more or less impossible to distinguish between them. I made this a North America-only poll because I haven't been following Puro much over the past few years and aside from Mutoh/Tenryu, I don't know what foreign matches to put include. If I did include that match, I'd probably take a lot of heat from Puro enthusiasts for only including one non-American match. Feel free to list any others in your reply, though. While few if any will vote for the Smackdown match, I absolutely love it and it wouldn't feel right for me not to include it.

Randy Orton may not be all that over
Toshiaki Koala replied to Lord of The Curry's topic in The WWE Folder
Back in late 1999, there was actually a Hardcore Holly shirt that said "How ya like me now?" in big yellow letters. I swear to God I am not making this up. -
Say you were starting your wrestling collection..
Toshiaki Koala replied to The Mandarin's topic in General Wrestling
I would spend all of it on Kaientai shirts. -
Best Match of the Decade So Far?
Toshiaki Koala replied to Toshiaki Koala's topic in General Wrestling
Yeah. ain't it great? I actually voted for HHH v. Foley at the Rumble, BTW. -
This is a pretty good list, people. There's no reason to knock it. After all, Undertaker and JBL could wrestle circles around Lyger, right? Right? ...?

I wonder what kkk thinks of Ecco...

Push Shaniqua What Would Nunzio Do? Hosses ("do not equal" sign) Ratings or Wrestling = Ratings I'd Rather be in Bradshaw WE WANT ELEVATION They're outdated and wouldn't work now, but I was proud to bring the following signs to a 1999 house show King of the Ring 2001 and Raw, respectively: New Age A**holes (I 'censored' it so my dad wouldn't get made - come on, I was young then!) DDP Bangs Sara Fudge-Pac
