And I can't wait for the next Conker game, that was the best game for N64, followed closely by No Mercy, then Goldeneye. Was I the only person who thought Conker SUCKED SHIT? It was basically just Banjo Kazooie (one of the best games ever) with stiffer controls, more slowdown, and seldom-funny toilet humor. The only bright spot was the giant singing turd boss. I mean, it wasn't as bad as Superman or Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt, but it always upsets me when people put it on the same level as Goldeneye and Zelda: OOT.

FAUX News & others practicing "pseudo-journalism"?
Toshiaki Koala replied to a topic in Current Events
There's a hardcore conservative in my History AP class who claims that nuclear weapons were found in Iraq. I don't have the patience to argue with him. -
Fox News threatens lawsuit over billboard

Please, please let this be a joke. -
One of the dumbest ideas ever. As if people aren't going to see it already. Anyway, the new Batman movie will be better than Spider-Man 2.

The One And Only 24 Season 3 Thread
Toshiaki Koala replied to Spicy McHaggis's topic in Television & Film
It seems to me like every season has a moment that's so grim and depressing that they have to use a silent countdown. S. 1 - Jack finds Teri's body S. 2 - George walks out of the office (his actual death was more satisfying than depressing, because he died doing something heroic - therefore no silent countdown) S. 3 - Jack kills Ryan The ending of S. 2 had a semi-silent countdown, because unlike with Teri we weren't sure if Palmer was dead (so it was shocking rather than sad). That's how I see it. -
I've seen it - thought it was hilarious how hard they tried to hide his gut from the camera.

Another thing that really makes me laugh (I guess I'm not one of those people who "don't laugh," but what the hell) is reading a negative review of a movie or book. I laughed so hard I actually thought I wound die when I read this on Amazon.com:

Profanity usually does it for me, especially when the word "cunt" is used. Examples: In season 1 of The Sopranos, when Junior's girlfriend has been telling everyone that he gives her cunnilingus, he calls her something along the lines of "stinking blabbermouth cunt" - my mom was there so I had to stop myself from laughing, but DAMN. The Exorcist - "She told me to keep my hands away from her... goddamn cunt." The Boondock Saints - "I can't walk down the street to buy a newspaper without running into nine guys you've FUCKED!" The thing is, I'm usually afraid to watch a comedy, because I know I'll get exhausted forcing myself to laugh. That's why I don't watch comedies that often - I want them to be funny so I laugh when I think I'm expected to, and by the time the movie is over I have a terrible headache. Also, sometime's I'll laugh REALLY hard at a joke, and then forget about it a minute later. Other times, I'll hear or read something witty and won't really laugh that much, but I'll keep repeating it to myself for days, and always smile (another example from the Sopranos - when Christopher was writing his movie script in S1, the camera briefly showed the computer screen, and it read "I must be loyle to my capo" - hilarious!).

If I had to choose someone to make the movie, it would be him, but I still don't think it's a good idea.

The best thing about the HIAC match was WWF.com's report, calling it "possibly the greatest match of all time."

Yup, those links are deader than Mae Young's vibrator. I would have liked to see them, too...

This poll shouldn't exist. I wonder what people really think? It's Booker T, by the way.

what matches are overrated/underrated
Toshiaki Koala replied to slabinskia's topic in General Wrestling
Overrated: Michaels vs. Razor, WMX Mutoh vs. Takada (T. Dome show, not sure about the date) Underrated: Scott Taylor vs. Dean Malenko, Backlash 2000 Ultimate Warrior vs. Randy Savage, WMVII (?) Michael vs. Razor SummerSlam rematch Vader vs. Inoki from the same show as Mutoh-Takada Edit: Can't forget Angle-Shane from KOTR 2002. Highly, highly underrated (if sloppy) -
Shouldn't that make it, uh... worse?

The One And Only 24 Season 3 Thread
Toshiaki Koala replied to Spicy McHaggis's topic in Television & Film
No, Ronny Stark in S. 2 had the best death in the series. "That was Kingsley." "What did he say?" "He said I've just been promoted." (Shoots him in the face) It was great because it made no sense, and I still don't know why he did it.
