I don't think it helped matters that a.)Kidman really didn't have any kind of a personality, not to mention good acting skills, and b.)Shortly after his arival in The WWE, they instuted this "New WWE Style" of wrestling, which basically meant everyone had to work a more ground based style to avoid injuries. I think this was the final nail in Kidman's WWE tenure.

Billy Kidman. Was one of the best cruiserweights in pro wrestling in the late 90's. Where the hell is he today?
-
Especially when you factor in that Hogan almost never defended The WCW Title at the time.
-
It's been, what, about a year since The Cruiserweight Title was dropped? Anybody miss it?
-
L to the O to the L. When was the last time they have been on a National broadcast? You could've knocked me over with a feather when I read this! Seriously, at least they are consistent in finishing last.
-
Maybe, but I doubt it.

The I.C. Title; Maybe. The Hvt. Championship; No Way

Hulk Hogan turning down The Million Dollar Man's offer to buy The WWF Championship from him.
-
Mayrse vs McCool on ECW? I shouldn't be surprised.
-
With the ass whooping they took from MNF last week, not to mention almost all the network stations are airing first run episodes of prime time shows, I'm surprised they didn't hype up The 800th edition of Raw more. I.E.-Making it a 3 hour show with stars from all 3 brands present.

Speaking of Undertaker's special effects, what about "Possessed" Josh Matthews? Good Call. That was from the same show, IIRC.
-
Don't forget, when Randy Orton was feuding with The Undertaker on SD in 2005, we were somehow able to see Randy's hallucination of his dad covered in blood. I think that "tops" them all.
-
I was hoping they would score a garbage TD to make it 15-13, but no, they can't even score against a fucking prevent defense. And to make matters worse, The Steelers are my favorite/hometown team, so they let me down in more ways than one today. Fuck.

What did that new cast member, Bobby Moynihan, do before he came to SNL?
-
We're still waiting for that explanation, but I doubt we'll get one.
-
Yep. I just watched the second ep yesterday, and I'll be watching the new one tonight. Pretty decent so far.
-
Nice touch in that backstage segment where Jericho brought up JBL costing him The WWE Title last December. Apparently they are capable of remember stuff beyond 3 months ago. Well, sometimes.

That, plus the absolute vaccum of crowd heat he generated in his debut match against Haas. Probably a case of 'tag them up before this guy becomes a complete lost cause'. I love how everybody's jumping on someone's back for daring to suggest that it was bad writing. "Oh, he's only a lower midcarder, who cares!? It's not like it's going to kill the entire company and change the face of wrestling as we know it!!" That's how you want to run a promotion, sure. Sure it doesn't really matter. But the point wasn't "WWE sucks man!", the point was "would an explanation have been so hard for people who still pay attention?" With the way some people trip over themselves to basically defend lazy/bad writing, I'd swear we have some WWE Staff posing as posters here.

That story doesn't surprise me. I wouldn't doubt if something similar went on with how Primo went over to SD, what with the slap dashed way he was introduced last night.(Caught it on Youtube tonight.) Then again, it was probably just business as usual for creative.
-
Does anybody know how often they rotate different items in and out of the big box meal? What they have in there now sounds pretty damn good, and I might have to get one this upcoming Monday Night for MNF/Raw.
-
You're probably right about Vince not caring, which is sad if it is the case, seeing as he's disregarding his own rules he put forth when he created The Brand Separation. I guess I shouldn't care about stuff like this if the owner himself doesn't.
-
Because that's the writers jobs who are being paid the big bucks. Christ, if was a hard thing to do and wouldn't take more than a minute to come up with, then I could see.
-
I've pointed out plently of times when an angle/storyline has made no sense in TNA too.(So Cal Val doesn't watch Impact, or has no friends to tell her Dutt stole her ring?!?) And that's just one storyline/angle off the top of my head. It gets on my nerves no matter what company does it.
-
You're probably right. I realize that some people don't care about things like this, but it just annoys me when they do it over and over again.(And some other people as well, apparently.)
-
Because NOBODY CARES. I'm sorry, not meaning to snap at you, but it's really annoying when people keep on asking why so and so in on the other show. It just doesn't matter! Plus, the guy was only on Raw once to my knowledge. It's not like The Undertaker is suddenly challenging Jericho for the belt or something. I just don't like these blatant continuity errors re: wrestlers jumping from brand to brand without any explantion, whether it be the top tier guys or not. How hard would it be to say Primo never signed a contract with Raw, so he decided to sign one with S.D.? It would take, what, all of 10-15 seconds to come up with in the writers meetings? But I guess that's asking too much.
