THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. Geez, isn't it obvious that it will be a one-on-one match? This would be such a waste of Rocky. How do you figure? Orton has not had his confrontations with Foley be one on one for weeks now. Foley keeps getting trashed by Evolution and not just Orton. Rocky will be there for the big save this week on Raw, and there will be the match.

Bah, he did. For some reason I was thinking of the rating he gave for HHH/HBK SS 02 (****). My fault.

My main problem with these are the Flair/Benoit match (which most of you have already explained), and the fact that he believes Benoit/HBK was better than HHH/HBK from Raw in December. I can't fathom that.

I think the WWE wants to give him the belt before he retires, and it just isn't happening on Raw. Booker vs Brock/Angle/Cena/Eddie have not been done to the extent of an actual feud or a match with a lot of time and build. Great move, IMO.

Eddy has always been a great talker and as far as i know he's always been praised by (almost)everybody on this board.You should start paying more attention on what's going on in TSM besides RVD hating. And by the way Brock still sucks at cutting promos, he makes Benoit look like Ric Flair. That is WAY overdoing it. Brock has improved substantially on the mic since his heel turn. He plays his paranoid and often time weird character quite well. Overall, he probably isn't very good, as I can't really see him ever being able to cut a good face promo, but the improvement is there.

There is absolutely NO WAY Austin would be allowed to punk out both guys. this is getting WAY overblown. when it comes to guys who are on top of the card, ESPECIALLY two big hulking guys, Austin LOSES. I don't really want him in this match either, but jumping to the conclusion that this is all for austin to walk all over both guys is ridiculous. Austin won't be allowed to look better than Lesnar, and the only way something will happen to Goldberg is if that is the WWE's way of sending him on his way.

I remember those. They looked pretty impressive to me (as far as realism goes), he just had to know that wasn't going to work since he was on SD that Thursday with short hair.

Can't disagree there. I think the big problem is the fact that we have to have a 3 way at XX. It sucks. I'm not sying that shawn doesn't deserve that spot (HHH's) or that HHH etting beaten would be better, I just don't know.

My main concern is Benoit. I actually DON'T want him to win at Mania, pumping the controversy surrounding the guy up even more. I know Mania should not be used as the cannon fodder to another angle, but in this case (with the stupid out of nowhere jump) HHH should pin Shawn (sending him spiraling down for a bit into his own storyline with someone esle) and Benoit should get his shot in Edmonton against HHH with everyone saying he can't get it down and expecting a screjob, with chris nailing it and walking out with the title. I'm just trying to salvage the idiocy that was this rushed benoit crossover.

Leave it to Besus to pick a new guy people hate every month and somehow "reinvent" himself getting a nice new avatar/sig combo going. Your act sucks, kid. I'm not surprised by any of this, but at the same time, I think it is safe to say that wrestlers can go balls out at the PPV, but there is no need for big spots on free TV every week.

Should have been Benoit/HBK in terms of who deserves to be there. Shawn has been working really well and has carried his weight. Problem is it would be face/face, (like Eddie/angle is shaping up to be), and it would just not make sense for a big blowoff to not take place at Mania. Then you would go with Benoit/HHH since HHH is the mega heel who hogs the title and has held it for quite sometime. Benoit never got his big chance, so when he finally does, he knocks off the mother of them all. But, HHH does not really deserve this. So, naturally, the WWE pusses out and throws them all in there.

You CANNOT fault Austin for killing Steiner's run. Steiner killed his own career by coming back in a high profile when he just can't bring it anymore. I'd say that's the MAIN reason Sting won't sign. He freshly turned heel and Austin asked him to punch him and HE DID. He didn't run off. austin got the best of him, but babyfaces for the most part do. there is absolutely no reason why anyone who is written to get knocked on their ass can't come right back with a new approach and get back on top of that other person. the only reason it didn't happen is because the writer's didn't give a shit about the guy and they still don't. I don't like Steiner being everyone's bitch, but you can blame clean losses (RVD), lack of TV time and an apparent refusal to try and disguise his weaknesses in the ring. Blaming Austin is grasping for straws.

Austin has recently retired from in ring action. Bottom line is, he's not 60 and he never really left the scene and came back looking older and decrepid or warranting a complete loss of his "magical ass kicking powers". You don't bitch about Flair getting plenty of offense in and still beating people (Jericho, Hurricane). He can just become a total bitch because he isn't in every match. Him not letting anyone get a one up on him is totally false. Batista was the most recent to hang with him one on one and get the better of him, and Austin helped Kane move right along into his monster heel status. Kane no sold a wicked chairshot and stunner and planted Steve on his ass. Face it. Your Hogans, you Flairs, you Rocks, your foleys, and you Austins will always be able to get the better of mid carders. They are in the fans eyes the same people they were 10 years ago. It doesn't just fade like that. Austin's character, like it or not (and for the record I do not) is the babyface with authority and the one to make the wrongs right. He can't go out there and get owned all the time like a Vince or Bischoff because then what would he be? Nothing. Lay off the biased bullshit and just dislike the character itself rather than taking shots at the man.
