Christ, you'd have thought Jones would have gotten the hint to roll out of the ring after the 2nd or third chairshot. -
Do us all a favor and go away, jackass
-
Either way, I'd like to see them dominate the small tag division for a while and get crisper in the ring. I think they could put on great matches tagging.
-
Batista, Orton, Nowinski and Conway would be a great Evolution , IMO. That would be the best combination of young guys I could see happening on RAW.
-
This "Will Holly shoot on Brock?" or vice/versa seems a bit far fetched in my eyes. If anything got out of hand AGAIN after I'm sure the original dispute was settled by management, Holly would be let go and/or Brock would be reprimanded (depushed, jobbed out, etc).
-
I keep getting the feeling that management is high on the guy. I just don't see how. I know they get all worked up over really big hosses, and I can see thier logic, but don't agree with it. Then there's Cade. I mean what can you do with a guy who has a preppy haircut, fat cheeks and Billy and Chuck like attire?
-
Ok. Agreed. I know he needed a stady track and some strong booking. There is no way just feuding with Brock could have done it. Just as a long time fan of his, and someone who has always been pulling for the guy, I've seen the booking comittee book him strong and he just falls on his face because it just isn't there. Even being in the worst shape of his life, Brock tore it up with him as best he could. I personally believe that even if they gave TBS the same sort of steady push, had Brock always been heel and they never feuded, he would be trading wins with Shannon Moore.
-
Oh, I get it. Problem is, if they banned and overhead belly to belly, it would have to be out. Perhaps he'd do it to Brock at SS, though because the man can sure jump.
-
What is that move? (The Gas Mask) Sorry, I'm pretty Velocity deprived.
-
So yourt insults are now being used to amake up for your lack of arguing the point. I was never worked up, I disagreed. "Horseshit" must have come off to you as me being pissed off, which is not the case. You then proceed to try and pass for a bully, and try and put me down. I saw your comments as insulting. If you did not mean them in that way, I am mistaken and apologize. To further the ACTUAL CONVERSATION, do you not agree with what I was saying before? Wight has feuded with every mega face on the roster even Rock, but never managaed to catch the spark he did with Lesnar. Therefore, I attruibute Lesnar to saving his career. And, don't call me son. Just call me Dan.
-
Brock and Big Show feuded on again off again for months. I attribute the Brock feud to saving Big Show's career. Yes, it had a lot to do with the booking, but Brock and Wight had a great chemistry that would have not been captured had it been with any other babyface. He's worked feuds with all of them. I used the "Wight should give him 10%" just to accenuate the main point. Then, you decide to rip it apart, and then insult me by implying that I may have a "boner for Brock"?!?! Kindly fuck off.
-
No, booking Big Show as a credible heel saved his career. Lesnar was just there. If that's the case, Lesnar should give all of his salary to the various cruiserweights, upper carders, and main eventers he was put over as a heatless lug back in 2002. Horseshit. If Brock didn't carry his ass to the best matches of his life and bump like a man for him night in and night out, no one would have believed this was any more than Big Show push # 456. He's been booked as credible before, and never got anywhere because no one would make him look good. Brock did that.
-
Brock is going to be used as an attempt to rejuvinate his career. He did it for Big Show, and he just may be able to do it for Bob. Wight should be giving at leats a 10% cut of his salary to Lesnar.
-
Or Kane? I think it more of people being upset at WHO he is selling for and not so much that "he never does it". I have to agree there, but blaming Austin for WHO he sells for is ludicrous.
-
Well, a bunch of bandwagon jumpers who haven't watched wrestling for more than 4 years just wouldn't be able to use that logic now would they?
-
Not sure what you're getting at there JOTW, but if you want to talk about making money with someone, you forgot Vince. By the way, hows that Goldberg boycott going?
-
Andrew, you just helped me remember that quite well. I always got a chuckle out of Briscoe talking to Vince Mac-Man. That is just gold. Thanks.
-
Yes. Commercials will let you know whether or not a book is good. Your sarcasm is getting old. I actually thought the book looked like it would be good when hearing him talk about the chain Pillman gave him. It gave some insight on the kind of stuff he may talk about. If you have nothing to contribute, then stop posting your worthless crap please.
-
Your joke is funny in theory, but would you seriously wear a shirt that said that!??!
-
I think the paperback will be released later, but, for now, you have to shell out for the hard cover.

Will Lesnar/Goldberg even happen at Wrestlemania?
Just call me Dan replied to JN News's topic in The WWE Folder
I'd say Goldberg ends up in TNA after XX. -
Makes perfect sense, but then will come the "Goldberg has the belt, so Fuck him and Fuck the WWE" cycle. THAT is what I'm about tired of.
-
I chalk up these pathetic matches to the booking, which he may be a focal part of. I don't condone looking upon something that has happened and was bad with a sour attitude as bad. I do it. If it sucks, it warrants that type of reaction. I just hate when something is just billed as "this is going to suck" right off the bat. Things on Raw seem to be improving, and storylines have a bit of longevity to them. I sincerely hope things come off well and I look forward to that as a wrestling fan. I just don't see how you can even watch when you harp on everything past and never give anything a chance. Perhaps that is a false hope I have, but at least I have something I TRY and look forward to.
