Please let me know if you EDITED nominations, because I may miss them. Also is Frozenblockofpissreborn referring to Choken One or is ther a poster I have not heard of names the lovely Choko or Choko?
-
Do you think he deserves to be? Just nominate someone who you think is VITAL to a folder, not just posts a lot.
-
Guys, this is going to come down to one winner, no IC or US or anything. Sorry I didn't specify this as before, and the title is a bit misleading. I'll take all these above nominations in, but THERE CAN BE ONLY ONE!
-
Yes, I knew that, but I didn't consider them too heavily populated. That may be because of ignorant. If you people really feel they should be added, go for it. I'll add them if need be.
-
That match was plagues by a lot of X-Factor interference if I am not mistaken. I don't openly recall MISSING that famed match, but I don't really outright remember seeing and/or liking it back then. I'll probably try to run across that one.

Well consider this. I'm sure we all agree that Hogan probably should have jobbed to goldberg on PPV instead of that Nitro. Would it have been better for Hogan to beat Goldberg and then have Bill chase him for a while, or did it glorify him in the best way for him to run right through Hogan at the time? These are pretty similar situations with VERY different endings.

Just wondering if anyone (Eagan???) has gotten a nice version of the song. I've tried Kazaa and they have a lot of them, but none of them are crisp and clear, and the guitar is drowned out because it is taken from live events or television. That's pretty much all I can do to find one. I think the song is great and any help would be appreciated.

I am thoroughly enjoying him right now, and have since he's been here. I haven't particularly enjoyed his matches sans the last one, but i liked him working with Christian, and I didn't like the Backlash match more because the Rock was booked like such a pussy and really exagerrating his character. Most on here can't get past their beliefs on the guy concerning his backstage demeanor and attitude toward the business, and the fact that he ruined what was left of Bret's career. Much like Michaels. I mark for the man, and I have fun with the time he's around because it could end at any time.

I'm not for it at all, more just trying to justify it a bit. If it happens, that is what I would think could logically go down.

Test was seemingly getting over for a bit, but his last raw match against Steiner put him back in the heatless house. The corwd was DEAD for his entrance and that was one of the first matches on that night. Just hilarious.

Taker isn't taking the title from anyone. If anyone dethrones Angle it will be a brand-jumping Kane.
-
Add to the fact that Brock powerbombed the shit out of hogan (who hadn't taken a nice flat back bump in years, if ever), and that match was outstanding. I'm going to go watch it now.
-
I like the idea of pushing Taker because since his last title run, he has impressed me in the ring. I would much rather have him up there with the upper talent that being in midcard feuds where guys are really getting over and are fed to him. Feuding with Vince, I don't like. The ONLY reason I'd like him to feud with Kane is so Kane can go over, he's always been the little bitch. I think it will REALLY hurt RAW, but Smackdown could use a ratings bump and they are pretty short on top heels. This pretty much keeps him away from having to be beaten by HHH or Goldberg, and will probably help him in the longrun.

Thanks for that clarification, that make me want to REALLY see the match. I love when matches are booked to where two men kill eachother and it takes an incredible amount to put one down, but he loses clean. (Brock/Angle SS03, Rock/Austin WMXIX)

didn't savage hit warrior with about 3 or 4 Big Elbows in a row and Warrior kicked out? How much longer did Randy actively wrestle or remain a big piece of the pie in the WWF after THAT? That is career killing. Could you imagine someone like Brock doing about 4 F5s in a row and have the challenger kcik out and go on to win? Yikes.

That's the big trend. I still drop my jaw all the time when I consider that I am the same age as Dupree and he outclasses me so much in build. I have many friends including myself that are big gym rats, and while a few have impressive physiques, none of us are in that league. It's ridiculous.

So I've heard. My only problem is that when viewing a lot of old school stuff, I asn't able to get into all the hype or the storyline and don't pick up on very subtle things in the match. I didn't enjoy Steamboat/Savage near as much because I'm probably too spoiled by newer generation matches featuring much more over the top bumping and faster pacing. I didn't enjoy it much at all. I just hope I will enjoy these more because I am a big Savage fan.

We are definitely on the right page there. My father exemplifies a lot of this, and it has become quite apparent that many people are. Speaking of Conway, I think he has apretty good look to him with the knee brace and different than usual colors (not just some damned black trunks). He may do very well.

Dude, I must say, bottled iced tea you can get from Wal-Mart fucking owns. I could drink that shit everyday..... That is all, carry on.

I agree with strong patriotism, but having such a closed mind and no factual information or clever thoughts to back up those statements is insane. Why not just shut your mouth?
-
I still have never seen that or the Savage/Flair Wrestlemania encounter because I can't find them online. I really hate I can't see those anytime soon. Perhaps on the upcoming Flair DVD the Savage Wrestlemania match will be included.
-
What is really unsettling is having our big face patriot be Bubba Ray dudley basically saying "We're American, everyyone sucks and the French are all fags". Instead of firing back, we are supposed to cheer the scapegoating views of Scott Steiner and the Dudleyz on-air personas. Mind boggling.

I REALLY did not want to see Brock/Rock, but that turned out to be incredibly great, IMO. The Stretcher Match at JD '03 between Show/Brock was LOADS better than I ever expected. I REALLY liked that match and I fell in love with thier ongoing feud from there. (Although it was near the end). This Elimination chamber was also great to me, and I was really into it, much more than I expected. HHH/Shawn from SS 02 was probably the biggest surprise along with Brock/UT from No Mercy. Those were all mentioned. One I found very good that wasn't mentioned was Flair/HHH from the Raw a couple of onths ago. Flair was absolutely wonderful in that match. HHH busted his ass and sold very well, and it blew the socks off of their previous few matches.

Anyone got a clear and complete version of it yet?

I think you are referring to the pieced together edit of the theme that is clear but low quality when it comes to the guitar rifts. If you put that on a CD, you'd have to blast the volume just to get it to be audible. The clock tiking at the beginning is VERY clear, but it is downhill from there. Obviously not a clear single. If I am mistaken, please let me know the size, quality and title you have. -
Honestly though, if RVD basically got killed Sunday, why in the world would ANYONE believe Shane would have some sort of a chance in a straight match? It is mind boggling.
