Thats....just ridiculous, but not shocking.

Actually Val Venis' career is flourishing on Heat with victories over talents such as Rosey. The crowd loves it when he does the victory pose with his towel!

I attended the September 26, 1995 WWF Superstars taping that came to Valparaiso university and damn, six hours of jobber matches was just too intense for me. I still remember the dark matches as follows: Goldust def. Savio Vega (Dust hadn't debuted on tv yet and I was surprised to see him there) Undertaker def. Kama (the feud of that summer that just wouldn't DIE) Shawn Michaels def. Dean Douglas (nowadays a match that would've been interesting) and after 6 HOURS of jobber matches.... Diesel pins Yokozuna in like less then a minute Man, that Diesel reign of 95 was non stop excitment I tell ya.

I was heavily into wrestling from 94-98, mainly because of Owen-Bret, and because overall wrestling was new to me and even all the wrestlecrap from that time period was entertaining.

Well I watched a little bit more of that event and it was headlined by Bob Backlund defending the title against Ken Patera, and Patterson was the InterContinental Champion and faced Capt. Lou Alabno, so it was in that time period you mentioned. Thanks a lot though

I started watching wrestling in 1993 when I caught....WM 9! Ya damn right I found that event entertaining when I was 9 years old, and began watching hardcore in 1994 and throughout the past decade....funny how I caught on during the dark years, Owen and Bret were what it was all about for me back then.

I've got one concerning the Iron Sheik: I just got an MSG event tape that has an undercard match between The Great Hossein Arab (Iron Sheik) facing Larry Zybysco (sp?) but I do not have the date of this event because it was a bonus event added on. What time period was this when the Sheik wrestled under this name? I never knew he used it and was surprised to see it.

I just picked up Orgazmo on DVD as a gift from my g/f, so it is out there. God bless the woman

I believe my first figures were IRS and the straight armed Hulk Hogan from the 1993 set of figures. Funny how this was around the time I was just getting into wrestling and I saw an old Owen Hart figure from when he was in the New Foundation, but I picked up the other two anyway.......damn what a fool I was.

Great theme, do you happen to have the old version that Harley used?
