Strike Force wins the tag team titles from the Hart Foundation on Superstars of Wrestling: Part 1 Part 2 Quite a pop for the title change. Too bad I can't get that damn song out of my head. Here's the "Girls in Cars" video so the rest of you can feel the same way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQ2YwofUbkU

Why don't you just do that here? It's not like this thread is exclusively the domain of 20 Questions or anything.

How old is Bill Wirtz again?
-
Buffalo will always have a decent shot at the playoffs with Ryan Miller in net.
-
As I remember, she was flaming outside CS with that post scoring gimmick and Al finally had enough.
-
As always, it doesn't pay to win too big.

Patriot was one of the guys in the aforementioned segment. That was his RAW debut, in San Antonio, eight days after Canadian Stampede.
-
You're pretty much the only person I would expect to have him, so the fact that you're asking makes me feel pretty safe in assuming no one did.

Because it's generally held on the hottest days of the year, and it just doesn't hold nearly the appeal that the Masters or Opens hold. It's the major that most feels like just another golf tournament.

The kid did it! Second major league start and Buchholz throws a no-hitter.
-
I'm surprised Joe Carter doesn't make your top 3 worst moments.
-
Am I the only one surprised to discover that Jacoby Ellsbury is white?
-
Clay Buchholz is having a pretty decent game against the Orioles right now.

Today's lesson: NEVER pick Duke. Still an easy win, but I had UConn down on my sheet until the last moment before I submitted it. I also had Wyoming over Virginia for a while, so it looks like I second-guessed my way out of a perfect week.

Like that should come as any big surprise after the past few seasons. No one wants to go to Syracuse for football anymore.
-
A chilling prospect, indeed. Put me in the group that doesn't want to see Sox/Yanks again. This is the problem with the unbalanced schedule -- the networks burn everyone out on these teams during the regular season, because they play 6 series against each other and it somehow needs to be a national event every time. I can think of several matchups that would be just as entertaining as Sox/Yanks -- the Tigers, Angels and Indians can be every bit as entertaining as those two teams.
-
And there goes the no-hitter, too.

You should work for ESPN, Vern. Very effective jinx.

My dad and I were thinking about snagging Presidents Cup tickets, but neither of us thought it would be a really enjoyable time in person. That's my opinion of most golf tournaments, actually. The only PGA tournaments I would go out of my way to attend if I could are the majors, minus the PGA Championship. On the other hand, we're probably going to try and get tickets to the Canadian Women's Open next year, which is being held here in town.

Rodney Harrison to be suspended 4 games for admitting he used HGH: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2999994

I wish there was an FJM specializing in football, so they could rip the announcers covering the Washington/Syracuse game. About 8 minutes left in the first quarter, SU up 3-0 with the ball around their own 20, facing 3rd and 13. QB drops back and pitches to the left slot receiver rolling toward him, who then uncorks a quick kick that catches the defence completely off guard and rolls all the way back to the UW 12. So, do the analysts praise the Orange coaches for calling such a well-designed trick play to gain a big advantage in field position, instead of asking your sophomore QB to make a high-risk play deep in his own end? Of course not! Instead, they say how much they hate the call and the message it sends, saying you need to have confidence in your QB to get it done! Cliff notes: ESPN sucks.

See, this is where I wish there was at least one high-profile member of the media who's knowledgeable about pro wrestling, because anyone who knows anything could tell you that firing Mike Bucci doesn't mean a damn thing.
-
Why did they switch from I-AA to FCS, exactly? What is I-A called now?

Heh, Damon uses Batista's entrance music for his at-bats. I did not know that.
