Ok e get the point that's the 2nd time you've done that.....can you add a bit more insight instead of just posting things like that next time.... I've seen his other posts. I think we're stretching a bit in asking for insight.

It's not about forgiving. I think anyone would be sad when a dear friend dies even if he went psycho. My guess is Chavo is having a hard time correlating/understanding "that" Benoit as opposed to the Benoit "he knew". Eddie, my guess, would be distraught over this if he were alive. Just a guess on my part, but if Eddy was still alive, I don't think we'd be having this discussion right now.

The thing is, for all the fucked-up things that routinely go on within the business, nothing of this magnitude has ever happened before. It's impossible to say where things go from here, because this is unlike any other bad thing wrestling in general, and WWE in particular, has ever experienced. This is 100 times the story that Eddy was, and I wouldn't be surprised if the heat gets turned on Vince and doesn't go away because of this, regardless of whether he should be blamed or not. Simmons is right in that this IS the tipping point.

They've taken out Benoit's section in 24/7. Looks like most of his matches have been pulled altogether -- the only one I could see was one of the Elimination Chamber matches. EDIT: Some other matches are still there under the World Heavyweight Championship heading, at least, but who knows how long they'll still be there.

I know I'm probably going against popular opinion, but I think this is the right thing to do. The longer they wait to get back to business, the harder it's going to be.

I'd hate to be the guy that has to blur him out of WWE history. I wonder if he's still in the title history? crap wwe.com is down It's up for me. And yes, he's still in all the title histories and stuff, and will probably continue to be. The NFL didn't erase all mention of OJ from the record books in 1995.

I'm sure they were operating in typical WWE style and had no idea who it was going to be at this point.

When I looked at WWE.com it only said it might be a double homicide suicide, it did NOT say that they knew that Benoit did it. It says it's been ruled a double homicide/suicide, but that's just sloppy reporting on their part for some unknown reason.

Chris Benoit wouldn't want you to do that. He took a lot of pride in his Facebook following. Funny...but seriously, a lot of people will change their tune quickly if Benoit did indeed have a hand in this. Then they're morons. I'm going to still love Benoit's wrestling and admire that aspect. He could kill a school worth of kids and I'll still like him as a wrestler. His personal life has nothing to do with him as a wrestler. Wrestling is full of scum bags. I couldn't feel more differently about it. Do you not feel any compassion or remorse for the woman and CHILD Benoit took the lives of? If Benoit did this, I think they should destroy all master copies of his in ring work, or at the very lease blur out his likeness and silence any mention of his name in all future releases with a match featuring the (most likely) murdering scumbag. Too stupid for words. Look, I just found out one of my favorite wrestlers of all-time is pretty much the prime suspect in the murder of his wife and child. I'm pissed, I'm angry, I'm depressed, I'm sad for his family. This is a very fucking hard thing to deal with, for all of us. I'm just not in denial like so many of you seem to be. It's almost laughable to try and imagine Nancy could've over-powered and murdered Chris without a gun or knife. Not jumping to conclusions does not mean people are in denial. It means they are grown ups capable of waiting until they have enough information to make an informed decision. I'm just going by what I've seen on all the news bits I've seen about the case so far, which all say Benoit did it. THEY'RE JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS TOO.

You are without a doubt a fucking moron. It's the very start of the investigation, no one knows who did what. ::shakes off annoying little flea:: *If* Benoit did this (and it's looking more and more like he did), then he's a piece of shit. Plain and simple. May he rot in the eternal flames of the hottest part of hell. People who don't want to believe it, are in denial at this point. Or they have a brain and aren't immediately giving into speculation. That rules out about 95% of this folder.

This was bizarre from the start. Just a different kind of bizarre now.
