Looks like the days of one week between the conference championships and the Super Bowl have officially come to an end.

Ravens over Dolphins -- The Ravens are definitely good enough to beat the Dolphins. They're 0-5 against teams with a better record than them this season, though, and have shown a disturbing trend of not being able to close out games against good teams. I expect that trend to continue against Tennessee. Still, they'll beat a team they should beat this week. Colts over Chargers -- Hopefully the Colts' win in San Diego put an end to the whole "Chargers have their number" thing. This will be sweet payback for the playoff game in Indy last year. The Chargers just don't have a good enough defence to stop the Colts, and if Bob Sanders is healthy, the Colts can definitely stop the Chargers. Right now, Indianapolis is my pick to represent the AFC in Tampa. Falcons over Cardinals -- Atlanta has to come falling back to earth sometime, right? Maybe, but this isn't the week. I wouldn't be surprised to see Michael Turner rip off over 200 yards against the worst defence in the playoffs. The Cardinals should have had to forfeit their spot with how they've played since clinching; they're clearly unfit to play anyone outside the NFC West. Vikings over Eagles -- I, for one, don't think the road teams will sweep the weekend, and this seems as good a spot for the home team as any. The Vikings may have the best home-field advantage of any of the playoff teams, and Andy Reid vs. Brad Childress isn't nearly the coaching mismatch it should be when you consider Reid has been to four NFC title games. I don't trust Tarvaris Jackson at all, but he has played better since retaking his starting job, and the Vikings have the best player on either team in Adrian Peterson, so I'm going with Minnesota.

OK, I'm in for Gert.

Two days left for submissions.

Geez, we're done already? I misread the OP and thought we were picking 20 each.

He's got his priorities in order. Crushing donkaments is way down on the list.
-
$0.62/L here this morning. Lowest prices in Canada.
-
The announcers are complete idiots as well. The guy's won $7.5 million this year alone.
-
OK, I feel better about not being in a draft with someone who can seriously think that.
-
Or not, I guess. Who starts a draft Christmas weekend, anyway?
-
Thanks. Seems like nothing's gone right since the playoff win over the Pats three years ago.
-
Come on. This team finished exactly where they were supposed to. I said at the start of the season they'd finish 8-8. And 8-8 with pretty much every running back the team signed going on IR is pretty respectable. How are you supposed to win when every team knows you'll be throwing the ball on virtually every down? Besides, Pat Bowlen LOVES Shanahan. No way is he not back next season. It'd be nice if they get someone who can coach some defence, though.

Romeo Crennel and Eric Mangini (!) are reported as being out as well.

I'll play if there's still time to get in.

I almost don't want to watch this game. It's like the outcome has been preordained. Funny how if you'd told me the Broncos would have a game in week 17 to win the division, I'd be ecstatic; now, not so much.

More finals: Jacksonville (9-7) d. Baltimore (8-7-1), Jax and Bal clinch AFC wild cards Cincinnati (6-9-1) d. Kansas City (8-8) Houston (10-6) d. Chicago (5-11) NY Jets (9-7) d. Miami (6-10), NYJ wins AFC East Atlanta (13-3) d. St. Louis (6-10) Minnesota (11-5) d. NY Giants (7-9) Carolina (9-7) d. New Orleans (6-10) Seattle (9-7) d. Arizona (6-10), Sea wins NFC West Washington (9-7) d. San Francisco (9-7) AFC playoffs look like this: 1/2 - Pittsburgh/Denver (Den gets top seed if Broncos cover tonight, otherwise Pit) 3 - Houston 4 - NY Jets 5 - Jacksonville 6 - Baltimore Looks like San Fran and Washington win the NFC wild cards based on conference record (8-4 for both compared to 7-5 for Carolina).
-
Three games with playoff implications are final: Buffalo (8-8) d. New England (8-8) Cleveland (7-8-1) d. Pittsburgh (10-5-1) Detroit (8-8) d. Green Bay (7-9) Gert can now win the AFC East with a win.
-
Looked like Brees was going for the record instead of the win there.
-
Vikes hit a 50 yard FG to win. AWESOME.

Denver - 24 Atlanta Baltimore New England Cincinnati Detroit Chicago Tennessee Minnesota Carolina N.Y. Jets Philadelphia Pittsburgh Tampa Arizona Denver Washington

I'll take my turn now while I have a couple of seconds, then I'm dashing out the door for a couple of days: Jay Leno
-
I'd say they'll be able to get up for this one, since they lose the division with a loss and an Atlanta win.

Funny, he did that when someone WON A MILLION BUCKS WON A MILLION BUCKS WON A MILLION BUCKS playing Clock Game:

I can't see Denver winning this game, I really can't (much to my chagrin). Their #1 running back was selling cellphones for a living two months ago, their #2 back was just signed off the practice squad, and their #3 back is someone they waived just last month. The Chargers should have won in Denver in week 2, and they're going to win this week.
