BWAHAHAHAHAHA. I don't even think Czech is a fan, and he's FROM Chicago.

When was Flair WCW Tag champion? Was it during the dark ages? Because I dont recall him holding it... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think back when it was in the NWA days, Flair never won the tag title in "WCW" Steve <{POST_SNAPBACK}> He was a 3-time NWA World Tag Team champion in Mid-Atlantic, which became known as WCW later. So yes, technically, he did hold what would become the WCW Tag Team title.

Put the FF back on every leg, and eliminate the Yield, which is stupid. I think they dumbed the clues down when the started hand picking telegenic people who weren't very bright to be on the show. Can you imagine Brandon and Nicole from Season 5 racing with Season 1-type clues? They may not have made it out of JFK.

Wow, is he ever barking up the wrong tree. The gas sellers are making no money off the price increases at all. Typical NDP, though.

What is this "Smackdown" you speak of?

Once they get rid of all the applications written in crayon, or with food stains on them, or with more words misspelled than spelled correctly, or with no fixed address, or who have an "x" as the signature, they should be down to 600 or so.

Incidentally, still six spots open in the roto league.

The one you have is fine. I wouldn't mind it a little earlier in the day, but I realize we have to accommodate any left coasters. Any later is too late.

Niskie has it right. Roto is more of a season-long competition, whereas H2H is more week-to-week. H2H also depends a lot on the luck of the draw (i.e. who you happen to be playing for a given week). Both have their pros and cons.

Alright, the roto league is set: League ID: 7635 Password: hockeysback Any feedback on the settings is more than welcome.

Yeah, that could work.

Crap, I was in the process of creating one.

He should be unhappy. He's one of the few people in this company who actually got himself over through sheer effort, and he gets cut off at the knees as a reward. Anyone else, in any other line of work, would be evaluating their career options at this point; all he can do is shut up and take it, because it's the only game in town for anyone who wants to make a decent living in this business.

I was disappointed he didn't put his foot through the TV.

The Blue Jays got to a season-high 6 games over .500 with their win last night, and are suddenly back in the thick of the wild card chase. I'm pulling hard for Kansas City to snap their losing streak this weekend.

SNME Comp I Made...Creative Criticisms?
CanadianChris replied to UseTheSledgehammerUh's topic in General Wrestling
I'd add the Hogan/Bad News Brown match from just before WMV, just for nostalgia purposes. I'd probably also throw in the British Bulldogs/Dream Team match and the Hogan/Muraco match from just before WM2. -
Sting, Starrcade 97. Sting won that match.

They're planning to announce it sometime in the next two weeks: http://hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey

If by "greatest team ever," you mean "team I would most like to see being slowly roasted on a spit," I agree.

Entschuldigungen, doppelter Pfosten. (Sorry, double post.)

You know what, I'm actually looking forward to this. It's different, and I respect the fact that they're taking a risk and changing what's been proven to be a winning formula. Here's some more background on the Weavers: http://www.news-journalonline.com/speed/sp...ver/weaver1.htm

Yeah, that was back when CBS was jerking it around, and no one was sure it would survive past that season. Then came the AWESOMENESS that was Colin, and they took off and haven't looked back.

Royal Rumble. All the rest I only like in general if there's someone good working it. There's nothing I can't stand more than a poor gimmick match, because the gimmick is supposed to make a bad match watchable.
