That's the point. I love a great wrestling match, but for crying out loud, learn to have some fun. Wirtz HAD to do something. If he stays pat, he loses what's left of his fanbase, after being one of the biggest advocates about needing cost certainty to compete. I can't see them making much more of a splash though, at least not this season.

I give up. This game could very well go 20, although with Pete Walker pitching his third inning, and only the God-awful Brandon League remaining in the Jays bullpen, I sort of doubt it.

I can't say as I blame him, though, given how the company's used him.
