Tony K. called Ken Jennings a dickweed.

PYL's limit was $25,000 for the first half of the run, and $50K for the second half (although you could keep whatever you won over that amount on the day you exceeded the limit). It was also a restriction for all CBS shows. All networks had time and/or money limits; it was a holdover from the seventies to prevent networks from rigging game shows for ratings again. Jeopardy! has never had a money restriction. Jennings will play until he loses and will walk away with everything he earns. -

A few people have. When you've got a guy who's got nearly 30 shows worth of experience at handling the buzzer, though, I'd think he'd just get more difficult to beat as time wore on. -

This isn't a real Rocky song poll without Going The Distance. The Final Bell is just a crapified version of Going The Distance.

Seen it? I've been in the middle of more than one. Very annoying when you're trying to watch the game. Wavers should be strung up by their nipples.

That sound you heard? That was Max Power blowing his brains out.

I'm assuming there's a crew member at the YIELD marker that takes the team photos out as they pass. That's what I figured while I was watching the first episode, anyway. Why the hell are we writing YIELD in ALL CAPS?

According to the CBS website: So no, any team can use it as long as it hasn't been used. I think it appeared that way in the summary just because that was the only time they showed it during that episode.

If you read the TWoP forums, I think EVERYONE there has a crush on Phil. I've got no problems with the teams trying to get help or using whatever to their advantage, but it is annoying when it directly contradicts their "motto". Miss Alli has a crush on Phil. Everyone else follows her like sheep.

I liked seeing Ant go as well, but I disagree with the 4 weakest bit. I think Alonzo is one of the strongest in the competition. I picked him back in the semifinals to win the thing.

Looks like Cleveland will be #1...4 through 2 have been Chicago, Buffalo and Philadelphia.

Weird is what it is. Why would they make this move now, and not either a) when the firing rumours were swirling around Granato at the trade deadline, or b) right after the club got bounced out of the playoffs? And why the hell is Granato staying on as an assistant? This makes no sense. Oh, and Craig Conroy signed with the Kings. 4 years, $12 mil and a no-trade clause.

TV Guide said that there are only two Fast Forward passes on this season's Race.

He's a virtual wrestling encyclopedia. You can watch three of his matches and not see him do the same move twice. I would put him fourth, behind Benoit, Eddie and Rey. WAY ahead of Angle right now, and ahead of Jericho and Chavo as well.
