Trish Stratus is on Off The Record on TSN this evening at 6:00 (repeated tomorrow at noon) for any interested Canadians. Topics include how long she'll be in WWE, and sex in the locker room. EDIT: Damn, wrong forum. Any mods passing by can move this to the WWE folder if they see fit.

Let me just say this... Afetr reading this, there is now hope for EVERYONE in the world to find someone.

Montreal would probably be the perfect city for you, Czech, especially since you speak French. It is a very laid back, very cosmopolitan city. Halifax is a nice city as well, but it's really isolated from the rest of North America.

Yeah...living in Ottawa, I can tell you that we're not even a million. More like 800,000 (less than that, actually). It's the biggest small town you'll ever see. I work in the second-tallest building in town, the Jeanne Mance building, and it's: a) not downtown, and b) 26 stories. Plus, population figures can vary wildly, depending on what you include in a "metropolitan area." The numbers you quoted are probably correct based on the largest definition.

Maybe the Eddie George from four years ago, but today's Eddie George just plain sucks, for one reason or another. Cloud/Faulk/Smith have better combined stats (285 carries, 1016 yards, 7 TD) than does George (233 carries, 747 yards, 5 TD) this year.

That's Spaceman Spiff. And he still has it.

Rochester (proper) has a population of about a quarter million, with a metropolitan area of just over a million. Toronto (after amalgamation) is about 2.5 million.

Sounds like something that came up a couple of months ago. If so, answer's in this thread: http://forums.thesmartmarks.com/index.php?...42417&hl=cpanel

Speaking of which, Kerry Fraser admitted to blowing *that* call during Leafs/Kings game 6. And he understands why Leafs fans hate him... Really? That makes me feel somewhat better about it, then. -
I'm trying to put the machine gun smiley ()in my sig by typing it out (i.e. "firing" with colons around it instead of quotes), but it just comes up as text. Help?
-
How do you put smileys in signatures?

Brilliant. thanks. -
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/columns/stor...ster&id=1676041 GREAT article on the Yankees and Steinbrenner falling into his old pattern. It's what I've said for the last two years: once Big Stein takes control of the team from Cashman, it's going to be a free-fall to the bottom.

The Titans strike me as being the most reliant on a single person, which is why I put them fourth out of the Big Four. When McNair is out, or isn't really on his game, the Titans are fairly easy to beat. I don't see similar weaknesses in any of the other three teams.

Why is everyone mocking the Cubs for the Lee trade? Choi was garbage for most of last year.

How long is this ferry supposed to take? It'd be like traversing Lake Ontario lengthwise. I can't see that it would be much quicker than driving it.
-
I agree, but they did beat Tenn. and Indy. And with that team's coaching, I wouldn't bet against them shutting down KC's offense. It will all be decided in the playoffs -- Man, there will be some awesome games this postseason... And they'll all be on CBS. The NFC postseason is going to SUCK.

Jacksonville isn't anywhere near the second-worst team in the conference. My rankings: 1. New England 2. Kansas City 3. Indianapolis 4. Tennessee 5. Baltimore 6. Miami 7. (tie) Cincinnati 7. (tie) Denver 9. Houston 10. N.Y. Jets 11. Buffalo 12. Jacksonville 13. Pittsburgh 14. Oakland 15. Cleveland 16. San Diego

Be thankful that they don't have the NHL rule of "if you lead the division, you get an auto playoff spot. Sadly, they do. Not that it would matter noww, given the divisional structure, but that's the rule they're going to be implementing under realignment next year.
-
My God, the East sucks. Right now, Memphis would miss the playoffs if they started today...with a record that would be LEADING the Pathetic...err, Atlantic Division.

Looks like Indiana Jones 4 is a go.

I have a horrible feeling about this. I'm having visions of a Rocky V-type debacle with this one. -

I hear you. There's always the wild card, though. -
The RAW after Survivor Series 2001: Vince (to Regal): "Go ahead! It's a nice looking ass! And watch, I can even make my ass do tricks, watch this."

Why Harley? I've still got his beat.

No, the Aztec is bad, and then it gets worse. The Toyota Previa was horrific...looked like a giant egg. And I hate the look of the new PT Cruiser and the new VW Beetle.
