Could you pass the US citizenship test?

I just looked it up, and apparently we do. -
I think you're the hundredth person to tell Dama that since he's been here. Can we get a prize for Edwin over here, please?

I'm curious now. Since I'm done picking skaters, could you PM me who you're talking about?

Supreme Court upholds the Right to Bear Arms

So you're proposing, what, that we just uninvent the gun? Great. Why don't we uninvent cigarettes while we're at it? Anyone have anything else they'd like uninvented? -
Well, my right winger made it, anyway: Gamblin' Rick Tocchet, RW As for my last left winger, he was a slightly sentimental pick, but he was tough and could score when needed, and is a perfect fit on the fourth line: Wendel Clark, LW

OK, time to turn my attention to the defence... Nick Buoniconti, LB Super Bowl winner VII, VIII AFL All-Star 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1967, 1969 AFC-NFC Pro Bowl 1973, 1974 Boston Patriots 1960s All-Decade Team AFL All-Time Team Dolphins Silver Anniversary Team Pro Football Hall of Fame 2001 As much as I wish he'd just go away now, with the champagne toasts and everything, there's no denying his toughness and leadership abilities.

Damn, it's my pick and I never even realized it. I'll have it up in a bit.

There's the elephant in the room right there. It's entirely possible the league could have another Vancouver on its hands. Hopefully for the people in OKC, Bennett's got a good plan in place to grow the team, and won't be satisfied just stealing it away from Seattle.
-
Yes, because I'm the only person in the city that likes basketball. Me not becoming a fan of the team means nobody will become a fan of the team and nobody will actually support them. He admitted it! OKC sucks! Let's get Stern on the phone.

Luongo is going to set a record for most 1-0 games lost in a season.

I thought Mahan was pretty funny. More ridiculous bogey has to be Monty. He just butchered that hole. 18 at Augusta isn't exactly a walk in the park, especially on Sunday. I actually thought Norman's bogey at 18 the year before to miss out on the playoff with Jack was worse.

Time to bring in some more funny: Airplane! (1980) I laughed hysterically the first time I saw this movie. Now, even when I know the jokes that are coming, I laugh just as hard. Who doesn't know at least one classic line from this movie (even if they don't know it's from this movie)? Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008) I've watched most of the Apatow movies, and I thought this was the funniest one of the bunch. I've already seen it three times, and it's not even out on DVD yet.

WWE/WCW Match Backwards Draft
CanadianChris replied to foleyfanforever88's topic in General Wrestling
Casket match for the WWF Championship: Yokozuna vs. Undertaker, Royal Rumble 1994 Really, what needs to be said about this one? A fifteen-minute negative-star affair, followed by one of the all-time dumb angles with the Undertaker's "death" (complete with levitation!). -

Still you, Gert. -
You really can't compare TV ratings between now and 20-25 years ago. There were a lot less options for viewers back then.

I missed the opening words of the Constitution (which I knew, but talked myself out of), the President during WWI (again, knew it but talked myself out of it) and the Chief Justice (no idea). -
Guilt by association? I agree, though, it's not their fault they lucked into a duplicitous local billionaire asshole who just happened to be BFF with Stern becoming the owner of a team Stern wanted to move anyway.

Pittsburgh signed M-A Fleury for 7/35, and made a deal with the devil...OK, Miroslav Satan. So, Red Wings/Penguins again next year?

All-Time Wrestling Roster Draft
CanadianChris replied to PILLS! PILLS! PILLS!'s topic in Draft Faggotry
Well, it's about fucking time. -
Didn't see this anywhere -- the Pens extended Malkin for 5/43.5, starting in 2009-10. This surprised me, I did not think Pittsburgh would be able to afford him.

The question is: Will the D-Backs bounce back, or will the NL West potentially be won by a sub-.500 team? Bounce-back. With the unbalanced schedule, someone will climb a few games above. Yeah, this has popped up a few times in the last 3-4 years. It's virtually impossible for a sub-.500 team to win a division with the unbalanced schedule.
