That is true. My parents had one and their house after 2 years fell completely apart, due to the builder. Our house wasn't the only one with problems and my parents, along with 5 other families sued. My family was the first to have their case settled and they paid in full for all repairs to be made. Soon after they settled with us and we had our money the company went and filed Chapter 11. Glam Slam - Believe me I know what a trouble things like this can be, I can tell you horror stories of what my family went through. But on the same token, it's all part of owning a house. My parents had owned 4 other homes prior to our move to Texas and this was the first house they ever had problems with. It does suck, however it all comes with the territory. If I could I would own a house, sure it's extra time and money you need to spend but I sure as hell do not want to be in an apartment for my life. Mowing the yard and doing housework is part of owning a house, you should have known that prior to moving into a house.

It's no different than owning a car. Sure it's fine when it runs good, but what happens when you need an oil change or it needs work done to it? Quit bitching about it, it's part of life. If you don't like it you and your wife should move into an aprtment and live there your whole life. This is just mindless bitching.

I wasn't trying to be sexist, what I was saying is that all the Lakers are doing is whining. They aren't owning up to the fact that they fucking suck right now. It seems like whining and bitching when you suck is a pre-requesit (sp?) for all championship teams. The Yankees do it, the Dallas Cowboys have done it and so on. Detroit is simply better than the Lakers, period. The Lakers come in thinking they are all high and mighty and Detroit from Game 1 put the Lakers in their place. But now when the Lakers have their backs against the wall, they bitch and moan and make bullshit excuses. If the shoe was on the other foot, the Lakers fans would probably be saying "shut up you're being outplayed by a better team, so stop your bitching." It's funny how the mood changes when the supposed dominate team is getting their asses handed to them.

I love the fact that teams can't admit when they suck, they always have to blame someone else and never put them blame on themselves. Men love to never admit that they are being outplayed and outhustled, it's always someone else's fault for you playing like complete shit.

The Pistons could have come into Game 3 down and let the Game 2 loss effect them; but they didn't. They took that fuel and put it into Game 3. It's like Game 2 never happened, they stepped it up and completely destroyed the Lakers. You know the Lakers act a lot like The Yankees when they are losing, let's blame everyone else for the reason we lost. Let's not face the facts that we are playing like shit and we are getting out-played by a better team.

Ys, yes they are. Shaq is going to score, you know that. The key that the Pistons have figured out is let him score, go after the other guys. They are getting to the basket quicker and are just out-playing the Lakers in every aspect. Even when they lost Game 2, they beat themselves, the Lakers did not beat them.

At times like this, I miss not having Johnson aren't just so we could harass him about this.

Pistons know what needs to be done and are executing everything well. They are out-playing the Lakers. I'm loving every minute of this, I'm loving the fact that Payton and Malone have done nothing to contribute.

I guess that makes you smarter than anyone who's ever been on Cops, especially when they search the cars for weapons/drugs/etc. They have to have probable cause to search you or your car. Down here if you have a lighter, that does serve as probable cause. They can't just search your car if they feel like it, they need to have some reason or cause. Most of the people on Cops give them a cause to search their car.

My brother goes to IU and they do this all the time. The school is known to be a party school, so if it's late out and you are just walking cops generally do stop you. I think he said in one case that some student did a research paper on this and one night went out and just took a walk and was stopped by 7 cops...he was let go every time.

There was a softball coach around here who gave out his own personal Titty Baby awards. Some got pissed, some thought it was funny. The school saw nothing wrong with it. And Slayer, your picture of TO made me laugh.
