Heh, so did I. I hear "Rock of Ages", "Return of the Mack", "Hypnotize", and especially "Freebird" quite often. For some reason, I've been hearing a lot of 10,000 Maniacs songs on DirecTV's Adult Alternative digital music channel lately. I also recently heard "Missing" by Everything But The Girl. EDIT: Just now, the song "What I Am" by Edie Brickell/The New Bohemians came on. I love this song.

They can push him into the upper midcard, give him the IC belt, and then eventually turn him heel/non-retarded. If done properly, he could be a main event player, but it'll probably never happen. You know, I never would have thought 5 years ago that I'd be discussing the possibility of Nick Dinsmore as WWF/E Champion.

Hey, let's make South Park self-portraits
Matt Young replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in No Holds Barred
Same. Mine actually looks like me, although it gives off a goth vibe when I'm not the slightest bit goth. I just wear a lot of black. -
I only own a couple hundred CDs despite being an avid music lover and having had a CD player for 10 years or so. The best examples I could come up with are Tool and The Beatles, 2 of my all-time top 20, maybe top 10 bands. I don't own any Madonna albums (yes, old school Madonna is good listening). No Tupac, either.

I've seen the theatrical version a bunch of times already on TV, VHS, and a few times on the DVD, just for the record.
-
Me. The only DVDs I own are from the Christmas DeepDiscountDVD sale, so my collection is only 15 deep.

*marks out* I should have seen this coming after the latest house show report. You know, Angle and Dinsmore could put on a great match, given 15 minutes or more.

After watching The Butterfly effect about 15 times this month on Starz and renting the DVD to see the director's cut, I definitely agree with VX. I understand why they went with the ending they chose for the theatrical release, but I feel that the DC ending fits much better with the story, and was even foreshadowed in the scenes where As for Clerks, I bought Clerks X soon after it came out, but only watched the director's cut once while I was high. I'll have to watch it again to see what all the fuss is about.

M. Matt Young: sounds like a good opportunity to exploit them. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LOL, I had completely forgotten about those topics until you mentioned that. I have a job interview tomorrow, so if that goes well, maybe I won't need to work the system in the future.

I've still got so many unopened or barely played games, yet I'm tempted to pick up Lego Star Wars ($20), Splinter Cell Chaos Theory ($25), and Conker: Live and Reloaded ($40), all on sale this week, with birthday money. Even when I am home and able to play games, I spend more time reading, watching TV, talking on the phone, or fucking around online.

Well, Buffalo isn't too far from the border. I know more than a few Canadians probably made the trip down for the PPV.

Hockey's the one major sport I never watched, except foe the occasional Stanley Cup Finals. The strike actually made me more interested in the league.

Well shit... I haven't bought the game yet since I want to finish GTA III and vice City first (I got the double pack for the Xbox a few months ago) so I hope I am still able to get my hands on it.

You guys seem to be unaware that just because he will be wrestling for OVW does not mean he is under a WWE developmental deal. Regardless, this is very cool. I have trained before, and it's incredibly tough. I'm sure this will be a huge change in your life, what with the big move and all, but that just proves your dedication. You definitely have my support. Scroby also started training to wrestle a few weeks ago. Someday we may have enough guys for an all-TSM card!

Need a reliable product to pass a drug test
Matt Young replied to Matt Young's topic in General Chat
Actually, I smoked for 2-3 days consecutively, once or twice a day, the last being approximately 7-10 days ago. -
I'm shocked that no one has mentioned Fritz Von Erich as one of the most hated (back when he was a Nazi heel). His name was the first that came to mind when I read this topic. Ironically, he became one of the bigger faces in WCCW in Texas later on in his career.

Just to clarify, since people mentioned it, there has not been another NCAA football game released since 2004. Sega Sports released games for 2K2 9which was awesome) and 2K3, and Gamebreaker was released on the PS2 through the 2004 edition.

You're right. I simply made a mistake. I was dealing with a lot of issues (and it was some heavy shit that I just could not deal with while sober) and I smoked to relieve the stress and pain. I made a mistake, I will admit. I'm simply looking to remedy that as there is nothing I can do to take it back. Thanks for the suggestions. I've been drinking water constantly, so hopefully that will work. I'll look into some of the other methods which were suggested. -
It doesn't exist. Third party support for our precious little purple box is dwindling rapidly.

Technically it was a match, albeit not a very good one. I wasn't trying to be an ass... I just wanted to fill you in (about the Raw thread) since you're new here. And by the way, welcome to the board.

There were 4 matches: 1. Carlito vs. Shelton 2. Angle vs. Striker 3. Kane vs. Edge 4. Cena vs. Snitsky And this should be in the Raw thread.

Just to let everyone know, Lego Star Wars for PS2 and Xbox will be on sale for $20 at Circuit City starting next Sunday. It's an incredibly fun game, but is too short and easy to warrant the full purchase price, but at $20, it's well worth buying. Just in time for my birthday!
