Thanks for the recommendation. I actually downloaded Limewire after a friend recommended it to me, and it seems to be pretty good so far. Kotz had recommended Kazaa Lite, but it, you know, costs money and stuff.

I think she's trying to tell us something.

I thought only high school girls did that.

I'm a big fan of Snow, myself.

Ric Flair breaks all sorts of rules regardless of heel/face alignment.

Out here in California, you can't smoke in bars or any restaurants... really, any public place. Luckily, it's usuallyw arm enough to head outside for a smoke, but at the rate my friends and I smoke while drinking, it can be a hassle. And yes, I know I'm not 21 til next month, but most places don't card me due to my beard and extremely deep, manly (yet sexy) voice. :-P

The only thing stopping me from ordering the PPV is the fact that it will be out on DVD for $15 2 weeks after it airs.

Somewhat off topic, but Exslade, that is the best avatar ever.

That was fucking awesome. If I still lived in Illinois, i would be there now, too. Even though it fucks Smackdown hard, I marked out like a bitch. I know I'm late and someone has probably said it already, but Batista has to switch shows on the last night of the draft (night after Vengeance) at the Raw/SD supershow in Anaheim, which I will be attending.

Is the one on the left supposed to be Ulala from the Dreamcast game (later released in expanded form on PS2), Space Channel 5?

Everyone talks about legit toughs. what about.....
Matt Young replied to Damaramu's topic in General Wrestling
I don't believe there are any real "pansies" who wrestle professionally. A person has to have a good amount of toughness to take bumps night in and night out. That person might get his or her ass kicked in a real fight, but that doesn't mean they're not tough. -
The fact that an activity takes a lot of skill to fare well in does not make it a sport.

Papa Joe's rocks. Pizza and cheap pitchers of beer? Fuck yeah.

Happy 19th birthday to Corey Lazarus. Is he still around? Also, Corey, I bought Shadows Fall- The War Within Collector's Edition when it was released because of your pimping of the band, and the CD/DVD set was only 8 bucks. I meant to start a thread about the album, but I forgot. It's pretty good compared to most recent "metal".

Pff. AoO brought it up the first time. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That, and the fact that (A) I have used DXM before, and (B) if something happened to me, it would be no one's fault but my own.

So guests can post here now, eh?

I don't usually start birthday threads, but here's my second in 2 days. Come on... I have to acknowledge the birthday of a fellow Packers fan. Happy 25th birthday, Kahran Rasmus.

Definitely. The Road Warriors/Legion of Doom were my favorite tag team growing up, and are at least in my all time top 5 to this day. If only I still had my foam spiked LOD shoulderpads...

Maybe they figured that "deep pockets" means the person likes to spend a lot, so "Deep Throat" would mean that the person likes to talk a lot, since the vocal cords are located in the general "throat" area.... Yeah. I had never even heard of "Deep Throat" until they mentioned the guy on Pardon the Interruption yesterday.

I liked it. I used to be a big fan of 311, , but their last couple albums were kind of "meh". They were pretty good when I saw them at the Warped Tour a few years abck, though. Hopefully the album will turn out okay. My birthday is on July 30th, and I'll probably end up buying quite a few CDs with the cash I'll get.
